Lovely little boutique hotel with a personal touch and staff that really care. Clean, comfortable rooms, great atmosphere and fabulous little roof terrace made this a wonderful short stay. We will definitely be back!

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! Although small it really is luxurious, everything done very tastefully and to detail- everything you could need and in its place! Beautiful rooftop bar and the staff were amazing. Really close to tube station and very central in general. I honestly have never stayed anywhere where each and every member of staff was genuinely welcoming and helpful. Check in was so efficient, made us feel welcome and valued by the gentleman at the desk, who couldn’t do enough to make our stay enjoyable.We really hope to stay here again!

I stayed here the night before participating in the London Marathon. The staff were friendly and even went the extra mile to provide me with a goodie bag for the morning of the race. The location of the hotel was ideal. Mansion House underground on your door step and Cannon Street up the road made it a great place to stay before the marathon. If I am one of the lucky ones to get in to London Marathon 2025 I’ll be booking again.

Bespoke small hotel, perfectly located for pedestrian access to this fabulous city. A stone’s throw to various tube stations and other forms of transport. Right in the heart of London preserving traditional architecture and service with a contemporary twist. Roof top restaurant with skyline views of surrounds - spectacular. And the food was excellent. Lovely quiet spaces and a gym to boot. Staff were exceptional and most welcoming. We only stayed two nights but would certainly return.

The actual room may be a little small for a longer stay but its excellent design and a large en-suite assuaged the lack of space.

We couldn’t fault V&M. From the moment you step through the door with your luggage the staff are attentive, and incredibly welcoming. We booked the hotel as a birthday celebration and it felt like the perfect treat. We were lucky enough to be upgraded, so the room exceeded our expectations entirely. We also used the Minuty roof terrace, and DnD bar during our stay. Again the staff in both bars were attentive and ensured we had everything we needed. On the morning after our stay we ordered room service breakfast, and although there was a mistake with it, the error was quickly rectified. We couldn’t have been more impressed.

The staff were extremely accommodating when we requested early check in due to a lunch reservation. When we arrived around 2 hours prior to check in we were informed a room was ready for us. The staff were all happy and attentive. The hotel is spotless. Our room was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed during our stay. I requested an iron which was delivered by house keeping within minutes. We made use of the rooftop bar which was a very nice start to our day.

The area is great as it’s much quieter than staying in central London but with the nearby tube stations everywhere is accessible. Unfortunately I’m guessing with it being a weekend businesses nearby had left rubbish bags out. Whilst walking down the street back to the hotel on the night we did see a rat. This is nothing to do with the hotel however, just the location.

We didn’t have breakfast as it seemed quite expense having already paid a lot for our room.

We had a great time but our TV didn’t work so spent a lot of time trying to get it to work and gave up. We went to the roof terrace bar which had a lovely atmosphere but unfortunately we waited 35-40 mins for just 1 drink each. We are patient people and very understanding but this was too long to wait & we had a restaurant to get to. A different person delivered our drinks on the end with no apology. We felt it would have been great customer service for the waitress who knew we knew we’d been waiting to offer for us not to pay service charge but that didn’t happen. Lovely cocktails but just very slow service.

The staff cannot do enough for you! Absolutely fantastic service. Very comfortable with plenty of amenities and a great location too. I’ve stayed many times and will always be back.

The room I stayed in was right next to the church and the bells were ringing every 15-20 minutes for ages first thing on a Sunday morning. Guests should be made aware of this when booking this room type or at least ear plugs should be made available, not that they would have helped because it really was so loud. I’ve stayed a few times and never experienced this on a Sunday before.

Beautiful room and very clean. Service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. Easy to get to and close to the tube. Very quiet considering it's location.

View was of an office opposite so did feel the need to keep the curtains closed.
