Spacious appartment. Had a great stay , would come back again.

The only cons were that you could hear and feel metro train passing underground. Strange experience. And St. Paul's bells chiming..no need for an alarm clock in the morning..on Sunday it started chiming at 7am..:)

The suite was clean and well appointed. Very good kitchen for hotel room suite. The staff were great. Very good location for visiting London Bridge area: easy walking to St Paul's Cathedral, London Tower, Tower Bridge, Tait Modern museum. The Millenial Bridge/Tower Bridge riverfront area is just a block away. Lots of good restaurants and supermarkets in the area.

It is very noisy with outside noises. London City Airport is nearby and the sound of airplanes landing and taking off continues from 6am to midnight. Also, there is a lot of evening street noise from bars on the street below that goes until 2am. The unit is not air conditioned so it isn't practical to close all the windows, and the airport noise goes right through the walls anyway. On the other hand, there was no noise from the units of other guests, other than the occasional slamming of a unit door.

Great location. Apartment well fitted out with everything you needed. We had a room with a balcony, although no view it was nice to have fresh air. Also the windows do open but have safety restriction as you would expect. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were going to Barts hospital the next morning for 7am which is why we stayed overnight. It was a 20 minute walk. Perfect location to the river, St Pauls etc. After reading some reviews we were not sure but were pleasantly surprised.

As per other reviews you do hear the underground trains but they stopped about 11.30. We had no issue with sleeping at all. I think some of the negative reviews are unfair. We were on the 1st floor too. The bed was uncomfortable because it was 2 singles pushed together and you roll into the middle. Apart from that we slept. Need more lighting around the bathroom mirror.

Great location close to many transport links (and the place we were working all week), with a lovely flat which was well appointed and clean, with friendly staff.

The fact that we were right on top of a tube station meant there was some train noise, but after a day or so it wasn't noticeable. The property said they could split one of the the double rooms into a twin, which we needed as two work colleagues were sharing it, and they charged us a small fee for the extra bedding - but the beds were actually only possible to move about 10cm apart (not an exaggeration!) and it meant they were still sleeping very close together. This caused some amusement, and thankfully the people staying there were able to deal with this. I'm not sure if less familiar work colleagues would find it so amusing!

Great location, tube station, doctor, shops all nearby... had everything I need. Perfect for a week of business or leisure in the city. Pret is across the road, dominoes is next door and loads of pubs nearby. Close to St Paul's and Bank for all offices. Would absolutely stay again over a hotel room.

Very warm but a fan is in the apartment. Check out at 10:30 seems very early and the late check out fee is very steep at between £30-60.

Location, cleanliness, accessibility, and friendly staff. The place is super clean, well situated and very accessible with any luggage. The staff is their strongest point, always available to help, friendly.

Terrible climate control in our unit. The unit was hot all the time due to lack of air conditioner. Unable to cool it off even at night with open windows despite temperatures being in the 50s outside. Most likely this has to do with this particular unit (88). With today’s technology and compact AC units, my advice to the owners, please put an air conditioner in this unit to make it tolerable. The beds are very firm and not very comfortable for long sleep.

The staff was very attentive, patient and kind. The cleaning service was exceptional! The location was great for kitchen essentials with a Little Waitrose, Sainsbury Express and M&S Food nearby, and there were 3 tube stations which was really convenient. Also the restaurants in the arcade near the Bloomberg building were all excellent.

The elevator button to go from any floor to the ground floor was not working, so everyone had to get off on the 1st floor and walk down the stairs. It seemed like something that would be resolved quickly, but it was broken for my entire stay. Disappointed to learn there was no air conditioning during a heat wave, but staff provided an additional fan for my living room which was kind. I couldn't open one of the freezer drawers. Americans are very partial to ice, and there were no ice trays. The pub across the street gave me ice every day.

The location was EXCELLENT. Across the road from our offices and within walking distance of all three investment conferences. The staff were all (without exception) friendly and couldn't do enough to assist with any questions. It was during a heat wave so they also provided fans to keep us cool.

The location, approachability of the staff and the convenience of self catering were all very appealing. It's my fourth stay here and I will continue to come back! It's also lovely that there is a 24 hour reception service. I always feel safe even when I am out with clients until late. It's great to know that there is someone at reception when I get home. It's the main reason that I booked Marlin apartments for both my daughters and their friends when they too were in London.
