We stayed for six nights in August at Cove Cannon Street and overall it was a very pleasant stay. The location is excellent: right in front of the building is the Mansion House underground station. St. Paul and the Millenium Bridge are just in a few minutes walking distance. Also, there are many pubs and cafe’s nearby. The apartment we stayed in was large enough for 3 guests with one bedroom and a sofa bed. The beds were very comfortable, the equipment in the kitchen and bathroom was brand new and functional. Also it was important for us that elevator and air conditioning was available which is not always the case in London apartments. The personnel was very polite and helpful.

There is really very little to complain about: some may find the bedroom a little small, the bed leaning against the wall on one side. The room was not cleaned during our stay, but we have been told about this beforehand, and cleaning may be requested for an additional fee.

Simple from the outside, the hotel is warm and cosy on the inside. Room is spacious and bright, bed is large, window is large, furniture is comfortable. Staff are young and gregarious. Great location. It's within walking distance of Tower Bridge, Tower of London... We all find the rooms, service, facilities and location of this hotel good value for money.

We booked two rooms, but they are not close together. But that’s no big deal.

Great location very close to St Paul's Cathedral and other central landmarks. Directly by Mansion House tube station (circle line) so direct access to Paddington Station which is very handy. Apartment was very spacious for central London which is a huge plus, and also very clean with great facilities for a self catered stay.

Bed was a little uncomfortable as it was against a wall to maximise on space.Not a big deal but something to consider if you're looking for a more luxury stay.

The property is in close proximity to two train stations so access is easy. Clean apartment with all we needed for a three night stay.

No direct access back to reception from our room. We needed to leave via a side entrance then walk around the outside of the building which was a bit strange.

I do a lot of research when choosing hotels, and Cove Cannon was a great choice. We stayed for 5 days as a group of 8 in 4 double rooms, including an accessible room for my son who uses a wheelchair. The hotel is centrally located within walking distance of many spots, with plenty of small convenience stores nearby. The rooms are spacious, fully equipped for cooking, and the indoor and outdoor common areas were perfect for our group to relax and have a drink together before heading to our rooms. The hotel was stylish, comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. It’s in a lively business area, so weekdays can be noisy with people heading to nearby pubs, but it was very quiet over the weekend. The noise was never a real problem. Overall, a great stay.

One of the rooms had an AC issue where it wasn't working at full capacity, which wasn’t ideal during an unusual June heat wave.

Location was great, staff were professional and the 1 bedroom apartment was sufficiently spacious and well maintained.

Would be nice to have a waste paper basket or two in the living room and bedroom. Also the bed mattress needs to be changed. The current mattress was sunken in the middle and not very supportive. Had a bit of a back ache as a result. The room given was also tucked away in a corner on the first floor so very little light with the windows essentially facing walls or the backs of other rooms. Had to just keep the blinds down for privacy. Fortunately we spent most of the day out so it didn’t matter too much.

This was an exceptionally spacious one bedroom apartment for the same price as I'd paid for a tiny room the week before. I was only there one night, so didn't use the kitchen facilities, but the sizable lounge and kitchen, generous double bedroom, and superb shower room, and air conditioning made this one of the best places I've stayed in London. The check-in process was easy. The apartments are a very short walk from Cannon St tube and rail station (also very near Bank). The tube station is on the Circle and District lines making it easy to get into town. St Paul's Cathedral is a short walk away. I'm not sure if I had a particularly good price for that night, but it was exceptional value. In future, I'll start with this property when I'm looking to stay in London.

There was nothing not to like. It really was perfect.

The staff were so incredibly friendly! Especially a staff member named Teresa! They checked us in efficiently, explained everything clearly, gave us amazing recommendations for shops and near by things to do and in general was so very kind! Couldn't have been more thrilled with the service. The rooms were very nice and spacious. The beds were large and the kitchen was very sweet and extreamly well designed for space! There was even a dishwasher and washing machine! The shower was excellent and the bathroom was spotless. Very close to the underground and Sainsbury's which was a huge win win for us.

Great location and well connected to public transport, 15 mins walk from London Bridge station and a couple of mins from Cannon Street. Plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes around. The studio was very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The staff are lovely and super helpful.

The bed was comfortable but a bit squeaky (sprinted?) and could have done with extra pillows of which there were only 2. A business directly below my room started building works after 11pm meaning my room was shaking from the drilling and noise, but when I reported this to reception the staff were extremely helpful and quickly moved me to a room in another part of the building - much appreciated :) It wasn't their fault of course and I was grateful to have been moved without any quibble. Great value and a comfortable stay despite the building works drama.

We really liked all the facilities, cleanliness, staff, and the location, as well as the overall size and organisation of the apartment and how quiet it was, as we were travelling with a baby. Would certainly choose this accommodation again when coming to London, thank you for a great stay!

Difficult to adjust the temperature of the room, bedroom a little bit too small when one has a cot, view from the windows is to an inner courtyard and easy to see into other apartments and vice versa
