amazing appartement, perfect location, great value for money as I traveled in jan. so guess not too busy and lower price!
only had to push a bit in the beginning for the lady to take the fire alarm as it was beeping the whole time(something was wrong she said and was going to be taken care of the next day) so luckily she did so it was nice and quiet. could’ve done with extra toilet rolls and maybe a netflix tv would’ve been a plus too(normally I’m out every night but this time coincidentally had two nights off so did miss it a bit, but wasn’t a big deal!). little bit annoying you have to give deposit also but other than that great stay!

Very nice and quite large apartment for a couple (maybe one small kid may be added). Beautiful view, great location, big refrigerator and cooking facilities. Various public transportation . Central but quiet
No air conditioning! True for many hotels/apartments here but since it’s on the 7th of 7 floors the apartment was very warm even when temperatures outside were 16-22! A ceiling fan will do the job I believe (unlike the 2 weak fans we had)

It was clean and it was a good size place.
Didn't have paper towels in kitchen and barely enough toilet paper for 2 people for 5 days. Could've used 1 more roll of toilet paper because we really had to conserve.

Like the location. Quiet. Spacious apartment.
No housekeeping service although stay was 16 nights. 3 dishwasher tablets provided on checked in. Property staff brought more the next day when asked. Only 3 toilet roll’s provided, bought more myself. Also had to buy laundry soap as none were provided. Non stick pot & pans need to be renewed as they were badly scratched & unusable.

Property was very well located, about 5 mins from both Farringdon station and St. Paul’s. The apartment is in on a quiet street, not too much street activity. The apartment is secure, with a concierge at the building. Neighbours are quiet. There is a supermarket round the corner where you can buy provisions.
Be prepared for the bells of St Paul’s ringing (every half an hour) and a neighbour’s dog barking every morning.

Well located for transport links and local grocery shops. On site elevator access was essential. Secure property was good. Quiet apartment/ with decent WIFI
Bed and pillows uncomfortable, Curtains were ready to fall down, very shabby A mixed bag of plates, cups and glassware could have been better and more practical

Location and general facilities offered being close to shops, trains and buses.
Unfortunately, the Apartment was too hot the whole week even though it was September. This is due to the building having no air conditioning and being on the top floor with a flat roof. Although 2 fans were provided, they made very little difference to the temperature, so we had 7 uncomfortable nights rest in our bedroom even with our fan on all night. Even in the mornings and evenings it was uncomfortable so we had to sit with just underwear on. This was the only downside and in the winter this apartment should be ideal for London breaks.

- Great location and nice views - Very nice and friendly staff I had a chat with - clear check in instructions
- The flat (701) is a little dated and it was getting hot on average summer days (20-25 degrees) - can hear neighbours talking at night if the window is open - very small bed (double) and not comfy pillows. There is enough space to fit in queen or even king, it would make such a difference - late check in fee is very inconvenient. I would expect at least a little bit more “guest friendly” timings - £250 deposit is very high , but was returned in time once asked - I would prefer to be charged via booking system instead of arranging links/bank transfers
