The hotel was easy to access and the rooms were a decent size. I have only spent one night, but had everything that I needed. The staff at reception was very nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable and fluffy, great amount of storage for everything needed for a short stay. Would stay again.

It was cheaper than most other places, relatively well located (very easy to get to and from the airport, by train), and the room was relatively large and very clean. They had free bottles pf water and a snack in the room, which was nice. Water pressure and temperature was good.

It was barely a hotel in any other terms.. I have been to two-star motels that at leas has a lobby you can sit in and a two-bit bar or snack counter. Here - no lobby, and no amenities of any kind. We got a ground floor room, right behind the reception which was a little weird, and our room had a window, but not to the outside instead it was to some internal shaft that didn't get sunlight and had no view. This was not clear from the room photos. The price (in December) seemed a little too high for such lacking environment - I think I would prefer to get an apartment next time for similar or cheaper prices.

Really good location, not far from Farringdon and Chancery Lane stations. Very cosy bed and strong AC system. There was a window but is obstructed so did allow some natural light in the morning, but nothing to see. Reception was very responsive and happy to extend check out for a fee.

Area felt a bit dodgy at night, glad I wasn't alone. There was a hair in the shower but besides that very clean. The room and the desk were quite small though - I was going to work from there in the morning before check out but then decided not to just because of the lack of space. Rooms are definitely NOT very sound proof and could hear other people especially in the morning.

We really enjoyed our stay here. There were some lovely touches such as bottled water for each guest left daily, as well as some muffins, tea/coffees and biscuits. This was very much appreciated. The room was well air conditioned and very quiet. The shower was excellent. It was very easy to leave our luggage in the secure facility on both our arrival day and departure. The nearby Farringdon tube station was just a 5 minute walk away (if that). Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Online check in /check out was also handy.

My mum did not find her pillows very comfortable and the bathroom was extremely warm.

The size of the room was exactly what I expected for central London at this price point. It was a good size for 1 perso, very clean, and well-maintained. The shower and bathroom were modern, spacious, and spotless, making the stay even more comfortable. The hotel itself is well-kept, with a comfortable bed and well-insulated windows, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep. A nice touch is the complimentary water and two muffins every day—even though I didn’t eat them, it’s a thoughtful extra that’s great to pass on to someone. There are 2 Underground stations nearby, making it easy to get around the city. Overall, a fantastic experience. I’d definitely stay here again if needed. Thank you so much for the hospitality!

Really nice option - good location 5 mins walk from Farringdon rail/ subway, 15 mins walk to St Paul's/ Tate/ Old Globe. The room was very clean and modern. The immediate neighborhood is all jewelry shops, but there is great food and street life just behind the block.

The room is quite small and the bathroom sink has no room for toothbrush, etc. - felt a little cramped. Also, the room had no outside window, which was a bit weird.

​I chose this hotel because of its convenient location, because in the morning I had to go to Stansted Airport, which is conveniently accessible by train from Liverpool Street Station. Moreover, the room is neat and clean, the shower is spacious and the sink is comfortable. It is also worth noting the large panoramic window.

​Of the cons, please note the small size of the room and the bed. If this is enough for 1 person, but it will be cramped for 2. Another disadvantage is the lack of slippers, because guests can walk around the room in shoes, and a 4-star hotel had to have slippers in the order of things.

Superb little hotel tucked away right in the centre of Hatton Garden, which is where I had some business. Perfect too for exploring central London by train and also on foot. Leather Lane street good market is around the corner for superb tasty and filling boxes. The hotel has lovely clean rooms with ensuite bathrooms accessible by lift. They give a small refrigerator and kettle, coffee, tea and small tteats, I especially appreciated the lovely muffins! I'd stay there again on any trip to London

Nothing to dislike.

The hotel was accidentally booked, but I'm glad it was done. Area was mostly quiet specially at night, and rooms r ample size specially ground floor economy rooms but no windows or outside views but even their bathrooms are designed for handicapped, big shower. I was impressed with a kettle and tea coffee with milk facilities including a muffin and cookies. Touletteries smelled amazing and Malyali guy at reception was very helpful. I asked for a room with windows that opened abd he was more than keen to help.Rooms r impressively big or else London is notorious for its tiny hotel rooms n even tinier bathrooms. Normal rooms have disappointing sink size though but it was tolerable for one night

Nothing that I didn't like apart from GF rooms that are not comfortable for claustrophobic apart from room 2. They even got basement rooms.

A pleasant experience to recognise the room as advertised: interesting decor and pieces of furniture. Very comfortable bed and free tea, coffee, biscuits and muffins. For those who use it - soya milk. Very nice bathroom toiletries. Easy access to Holburn, Clerkenwell / Shaftesbury Avenue / SoHo.

The only thing that reduced the score for me was no restaurant / breakfast on site although there's a coffee lounge in the basement (didn't try it) there was also a costa coffee shop next door, Prét a Mangé at the end of the road and if you can't find anything to eat for lunch on Leather Lane (runs parallel) in the week, you must be really, really fussy.
