Great location, excellent quality furnishings and well equipped. Loved having a choice of fresh air or air conditioning.

Mostly great, but kitchen bin is ridiculously small. Also didn’t like the way housekeeping staff left the fire doors open every single day - thus puts everyone at risk if there’s a fire, the doors have a sign on them that says ‘KEEP CLOSED’ for a reason!

I stayed at The Rosebery aparthotel for 5 nights, which is located in Farringdon. The neighborhood is very quiet at night and I felt very safe. The Farringdon tube is about a 10 minute walk. There are two different bus stop a 2 minute walk from the building. It's a 5 minute walk to Exmouth Market, which has lots of interesting places to eat. There's a convenience store about a block away. The room was spotless and the front desk staff very helpful. I asked for an early check-in (for 2pm), but was able to get into my room by 11Am. The only criticism (and this is on me), is that there is a bathtub instead of a walk-in shower. There's a stocked kitchenette and refrigerator. The microwave took some figuring out because the printout in the room doesn't match the appliance. The tub doesn't have grab bags to get in and out of the tub, which was an issue for me.

The only criticism I have is navigational, and is a Google Maps issue. I walked from the Farringdon tube. Both Google Maps and Citymapper told me to walk along Warner Street and then make a right onto Rosebery Avenue. This is not possible because Rosebery Avenue is located ABOVE Warner St. I only discovered the error when a passerby pointed out the staircase (1 Warner St on Google Maps). Before the bridge, there will be an brick arch and then take the staircase up to Rosebery Ave. or walk along Warner St until you get to Mt. Pleasant, make a right unto Mount Pleasant, and then a sharp right onto Rosebery Avenue. Perhaps instructions can be included in the emails I receive before my visit E

They have a 24 hour reception service and the people there could not be nicer. Every one in the service was extremely nice and helpful. On Christmas they I got to my apartment and they left some chocolates for us. The apartment was Top notch, clean, modern, everything I needed was there including soap and shampoo and a Nespresso machine. They offer an extra bed in case you have a person visiting and the price for it is very reasonable. I absolutely loved the apartment, there was a wall of windows. I felt very comfortable and I was really sad I had to leave it.

There was no underground station really close. The closest is Farrington and it is a 10 min walk. But there are 2 buses that stop right in front of the property that take you to Oxford Street right in front of Tottenham Court Station. So no biggie!

Nice size apartment with washer/dryer. Very convenient when travelling. Very clean. Good size bathroom in 1 bedroom apartment. Very quiet. We had nice views of Gerkin and Shard from our window.

Advertises King Size bed but we got a double. Really uncomfortable for 8 days. Bath/shower needs rails as it's really difficult getting in and out without slipping. This should be a safety requirement.

Excellent apartment! Great amenities, bedding, size, comfort, kitchen, AC, water pressure, hot water, windows opened a little for fresh air, elevator excellent. Front desk wonderful assistance and checkin, needs, etc. On one occasion I needed bottled water to take some medication and it was late at night. I went to the front desk to see if they had any, and they didn’t, but he took off down the street and bought me a bottle of still water! I offered to pay him back and he refused. He spent his own money and took his time to go get it for me! Who does this? We loved our stay! Close to bus and train station and a neighborhood grocery store :) Very safe area!

Tub drain leaked water out so it didn’t hold for very long. But I didn’t tell the front desk as it wasn’t too big of a deal

The apartment was very clean, spacious and as described. We appreciated having a 24 hr reception for safety and assistance. For a family of four, having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms made it so comfortable for our stay. The kitchen and washer/dryer were a big plus too. The location was in a quiet and safe area with stores within walking distance. The bus route and nearby train station were a big convenience for our trip. Farringdon station which was a 10 minute walk was a direct ride to Gatwick Airport. We took the Thames link and it saved us from the taxi expense.

The dishwasher was broken, and I was not informed beforehand. I appreciated that housekeeping helped me to clean the dishes everyday, whenever I left some dishes in the sink.

Property was well placed and handy to all forms of transport and, cafes and restaurants.

The property had panoramic windows but there was very little to see as the facade of the building rose half way up the windows. The windows were also unable to open very far to catch a breeze. Cheep fittings for the cost of my stay I would have expected a little more.

Got the premier studio room for 3 people. Excellent amount of space, with plenty of room for our bags. Great use of amenities, including the kitchen area, that allowed us to cook breakfast, using ingredients from a nearby store. Elevator came in handy for my parents who were old, compared to other hotels where there might only be stairs.

Had asked the reception to replace my towels, to which they did not do. They had agreed to change the bathroom floor mat while we were gone, however upon our arrival, they were never changed! There seems to be a lack of communication between the cleaning staff and reception at times. A sutle point would be to keep bathroom slippers in the cupboard, regular room cleaning from the staff.

Apartment was super clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Kitchen to make light meals, hot water for shower, excellent air condition in the hot days and very comfortable bed. Staff was very nice and helpful and is there to help 24x7. Location was excellent, about 20-30 min walk from all the central locations of covent garden, theaters, museums etc... so we walked everywhere. Also 5 min away is a beautiful street with lots of restaurants, bakeries, pubs..very convenient and highly recommended

The only issue I had was with the process of the 250 pounds deposit. I understand the need and it's ok but a visitor must be part if the process and final inspection so an inspection of the room is needed before leaving it. That way there will be no surprises but the current process is that you leave the room. The cleaning personnel go in to clean and inspect and if they decide something is broken, you will be charged and notified... that is a wrong process! The visitor needs to be apart of the inspection and know before they leave whether or not they will be charged.

Very large room - and not just for London. The studio had everything we needed. Good location as is walkable from Farringdon Station (although maybe a long walk for some people).

Not something I did not like, but writing to inform potential guests: if you are coming from the side street (Warner St, which Google Maps suggests as the shortest walking route from Farringdon Station), beware that you will need to climb several flights if stairs to reach the main street (Rosebery Ave) where the entrance is located.
