I had a great experience staying at the Crowne Plaza London! The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with all the amenities you could need for a relaxing stay, like a flat-screen TV, a cozy bed, and a work desk. The bathroom was also spotless, with a walk-in shower that felt very luxurious. As for the location, it's fantastic! It's close to public transport, with a few tube stations within walking distance, which makes getting around the city a breeze. The area is also filled with great restaurants, cafes, and shops, so there's always something to do nearby. Overall, I would definitely recommend the Crowne Plaza London – it’s a great choice for both comfort and convenience!

While my stay at the Crowne Plaza London was mostly positive, there were a couple of things I didn't love. For one, the room felt a bit on the warmer side, even with the AC on, which made it slightly uncomfortable during the night. It wasn’t a huge issue, but it did make it harder to sleep soundly. Also, while the breakfast spread was great, the wait for a table during peak hours could sometimes be a bit long, especially on busy mornings. A little more seating space or faster turnover would have made the experience smoother. That said, these were fairly minor inconveniences, and overall, it didn’t detract from the enjoyment of my stay.

Breakfast was very good - we ate like we were about to walk 20,000 steps! The staff were helpful and professional. There was a great selection of places to eat just up the street in an area called Exmouth Market, including English pubs. It was bustling with locals every night. I felt safe walking around the neighbourhood at night.

The location was a bit out of the way. A 15-minute walk to the tube is fine when you're excited and on your way out for a day of exploring, but exhausting on the way back.

Our room was very comfortable and spacious enough for a couple. Bathroom was well laid out and the shower was good. Beds were comfortable and the other facilities were good. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice.

We found the restaurant, which we used once on our first night, was very disappointing. It was comfortable and service was good, but I had potato and leek soup which was thin, very watery and tasteless. Also I had a margarita pizza which was tough, leathery and the topping was miserable and lacking flavour. Just a smear of tomato sauce and a thin sprinkle of low quality cheese. Probably the worst restaurant I’ve eaten in for years.

We visited London in August for five days, we are a family of four, me my wife and 14 and 17 years children. The checkin was smooth we arrived a little early and got a room straightaway, the reception was friendly and nice. After arriving we needed to walk for about 10~15 mins to reach the hotel, the hotel location is good, in a relatively quite area, when arriving at night we needed to walk a about 8~15 min pending on the which bus or train station, so generally speaking its a good location near to transportation. The breakfast was very good with a lot of options and tasted good The room is clean, the view was nothing special, since we were on the 6th floor we could see some building roofs. The elevators was fast and quick with no long queuing The GYM was very good and well equipped, our 14 and 17 years children used several times. The room service was good and clean towels were added whenever needed. Was nice to find a couple of cookies everyday along with the tea, although we always get 2 when we where four people except for last day :) The television had good amount of channels. we used to watch some cartoons before going to the breakfast. :) No noise or annoying smells. On our checkout, we could leave our bags in a room till our flight time. Generally I would say we had a good experience in the hotel.

The Room size should be bigger when four people are to stay, it was a little hard to move in the room from the bags on the floor even though we only had backpacks no very large bags. One thing that we were expecting in a four star hotel is to find plug adapter/s since we are visiting from europe and the a plug adapter is needed for our mobile changes etc. luckily we thought about that before travels and called the hotel and bought a couple of adapters before travelling.

They let us check in early which was so kind. Also, we got two rooms and we got them very near by each other how we liked! Thank you so much! Staff very kind, comfy beds, not bad location, good breakfast - the tastiest eggs in the world, good WiFi.

Rooms were small for family rooms and there was no wardrobe or any kind of storage to put your clothes out. One out of two rooms that we got wasn’t clean, shelves in the bathroom weren’t wiped for a good while I think. Breakfast was good, but no fresh vegetables at all, no sliced cucumber, lettuce or tomatoes.

This is the best hotel I’ve tried in london so far. We took a room for three specifically 553, it was amazing very clean, big bed and very big sofa bed, there was a cattle for coffee and tea and coffee, water and biscuits everyday , the toilet and shower were very good as well. Room service everyday. The breakfast had very wide variety. There was a queue but maximum you will wait for 5 min even less. It was a very good experience. There were around 3 bus stops around the hotel with maximum walking time for 5 min. Very well connected.

The room was clean and fresh and the bed comfy, room temp was good. The walk in shower was great for and had a little seat as well. I liked the touch screen Uber taxi ordering service in the lobby. I didn't eat in the hotel so can't comment on that.

I was in Room 650 (I think) and there was no mirror in the room close enough to the plug sockets in the desk area to use for hair drying. The full length mirror was right next to the door at the other end of the room. The room was a little cramped because of the shape of the room okay for one person but two might find it a struggle.

As a person who is gluten dairy free. There was an alternative milk available but not much choice of anything else. They ran out of muesli gf and only had cornflakes which is ok if you can eat corn but I can’t. You can have eggs and fruit, beans, mushrooms, bacon so that is all good. They will make toast for you and they are very accommodating. If you are not gf or dairy free it is am excellent breakfast.

It takes for ever to get an elevator because there are so many people at the hotel. Every time it stops it’s already full and you wait for ever for one to arrive. They have 3 elevators though so I think it’s probably the popularity of the hotel. Figuring out the bath and shower was an experience.
