Breakfast was good, facilities and room was clean, staff was great. Gym was also good, although somehow small (can host 3-4 person).

The window was locked intentionally (apparently for security reasons), but this resulted to towels not drying out completely when we were returning to the room late evening. Maybe there were options with unlocked window but because of the fact we were traveling with 11 and 14 years ols kids, we were not offered. Admitedly, once we asked for change of towels (on our way to the city in the morning) because they were moist and the receptions desk gladly arranged it.

I had a great experience staying at the Crowne Plaza London! The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with all the amenities you could need for a relaxing stay, like a flat-screen TV, a cozy bed, and a work desk. The bathroom was also spotless, with a walk-in shower that felt very luxurious. As for the location, it's fantastic! It's close to public transport, with a few tube stations within walking distance, which makes getting around the city a breeze. The area is also filled with great restaurants, cafes, and shops, so there's always something to do nearby. Overall, I would definitely recommend the Crowne Plaza London – it’s a great choice for both comfort and convenience!

While my stay at the Crowne Plaza London was mostly positive, there were a couple of things I didn't love. For one, the room felt a bit on the warmer side, even with the AC on, which made it slightly uncomfortable during the night. It wasn’t a huge issue, but it did make it harder to sleep soundly. Also, while the breakfast spread was great, the wait for a table during peak hours could sometimes be a bit long, especially on busy mornings. A little more seating space or faster turnover would have made the experience smoother. That said, these were fairly minor inconveniences, and overall, it didn’t detract from the enjoyment of my stay.

Great location within walking distance to Kings cross station and also Russel square tube station on the Piccadilly line. Breakfast was good with a great selection and always replenished. Even when it was very busy it was well controlled and not difficult to get a seat. Rooms have proper AC which made a huge difference especially with it being warm and humid outside during our stay. Rooms are a good size and very clean.

The only 2 points of criticism are the lifts being a bit of a nightmare small and not well programmed. We found ourselves waiting quite a big of time for a lift both up and down. Stairs are a better option. And the noise of the doors slamming as quite a few of the guests don’t know how to close a door softly rather letting it slam shut. Room shakes.

A warm welcome greeted us on arrival , we were very grateful that our room was ready despite our earlier than anticipated arrival. Room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and air conditioning was much appreciated as we were staying in London during heatwave. Breakfast was great - plenty of options. All the staff we met from reception, to housekeeping to breakfast room staff were friendly and courteous very helpful. Location was vey accessible to subway and railway at Kings Cross - St Pancras 10 - 15 minute walk. We were deligbted to be offered luggage storage as we had late return flight. Easy to get into central london. We had a very enjoyable stay at this Hotel and would definitely recommend.

Overall we were very happy with our stay , lifts can be a bit slow in the mornings but wasn't a big deal for us.

The location of the hotel is very good, 15 minutes away walk from British Museum and close to transport hubs, allowing you to plan your tourist day very easy. The breakfast was excellent, rich choice and very diverse, and all the food was precisely prepared. The staff was very friendly and helping. We needed a towel and received it within 5 minutes after the request at the reception. The room was a little bit small for 2 adults and 2 kids, but in fact, the pictures are not misleading. If you had forgotten you AC adapter for UK, don't worry, Crowne Plaza Rooms are friendly to foreign tourists - there are 2 x USBs at the desk, allowing you easily to charge your smartphone or any other electronic device, just by using the USB cable. And another good thing to mention is there are a lot of electricity outlets in the room, in case you have more devices that need power supply (but UK adapter may be needed). It seems like a lot of hotels ignore the growing need for more AC outlets, but Crowne Plaza is not one of them. The bathroom was clean and tidy.

At busy hour there was a queue of people waiting to be seated in the restaurant for breakfast.

Breakfast options were fantastic. The buffet style breakfast was always well stocked amd there was good choices. The food was very tasty and expectionsl standard. One morning there was a line for breakfast (Sunday morning), the staff were fantastic and we were were not in the line long at all. Very well organised, during a very busy breakfast. All staff were very helpful and the hotel had great extra services such as cabs to the door and left luggage store. This was very helpful when we checked out at 10am but our train hone was at 3pm. Rooms were very clean, well set out and I thought the bed was comfy. Me and my son were staying with my niece and her mum. The room was spacious enough for us all. It was great to have a bath and a shower. A very nice hotel and I would stay again!

It was a little out the centre for us as we were going in to the centre most dats but on the other hand it was nice snd quiet with very little traffic. Russel square and kings cross are 15 - 20 minutes walk. We got used to it and grabbed a cab for those days our feet were sore from exploring and walking.

The rooms were excellent - plenty of room for 2 lady friends travelling internationally. The front desk staff were extremely easy to deal with and very helpful. All of our requests were heard and acted upon. The beds were extremely comfortable and a queen size bed each was a real treat. The bathroom had a bath as well as a shower over the bath on our second stay. The air-conditioning worked well. This hotel is position plus for getting around London. The number 65 bus stops near the front of the hotel and is an easy and cheap ride to and from Kings Cross Station. There is a good shopping strip nearby with some excellent restaurants. We left most of our luggage at the hotel while we had a quick visit to Paris and this service was much appreciated. The breakfasts were generous with plenty of choice and the staff in the restaurant were excellent. Overall, I would book this hotel again and have recommended it to friends.

On our first few nights there we had a bathroom where the shower leaked into the bedroom after a shower. Staff responded to this and our next room had a bath as well as a shower.

Breakfast was very good - we ate like we were about to walk 20,000 steps! The staff were helpful and professional. There was a great selection of places to eat just up the street in an area called Exmouth Market, including English pubs. It was bustling with locals every night. I felt safe walking around the neighbourhood at night.

The location was a bit out of the way. A 15-minute walk to the tube is fine when you're excited and on your way out for a day of exploring, but exhausting on the way back.

Our room was very comfortable and spacious enough for a couple. Bathroom was well laid out and the shower was good. Beds were comfortable and the other facilities were good. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice.

We found the restaurant, which we used once on our first night, was very disappointing. It was comfortable and service was good, but I had potato and leek soup which was thin, very watery and tasteless. Also I had a margarita pizza which was tough, leathery and the topping was miserable and lacking flavour. Just a smear of tomato sauce and a thin sprinkle of low quality cheese. Probably the worst restaurant I’ve eaten in for years.
