Close to St. Pancras Station for taking Eurostar early in the morning.

For this high price when comparing with other hotels of similar standard, it is unexpected that there is no offer of kettle for preparing tea and coffee in the room. The size of the room is also too small.

An excellent place to stay with incredibly friendly staff and facilities that truly exceeded expectations. The property is beautifully located in the heart of London, just a 2-minute walk from St. Pancras Station and the Mosque (offering all five daily prayers, including Jummah). It’s surrounded by great restaurants and is perfect for anyone who loves exploring London’s rich heritage and culture. With easy access to any part of the UK, this location is unbeatable. A special mention goes to the Front Office team, particularly Rashid, whose exceptional service stood out. Rashid went above and beyond to assist with anything, making him the go-to person for support, whether personal or professional. I stayed in Room 9, which was compact but equipped with excellent amenities, making my 6-day stay truly memorable. If you’re planning to stay here, don’t forget to ask for Rashid he’s an incredible guide who will ensure your stay surpasses expectations. Highly recommended

Compact Rooms

Rooms, as most London hotel rooms are, are on the smaller size but fine. Well designed rooms and in a very good state of order. Large TV that you can cast to. Breakfast was excellent ( no hot items). Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

We had a minor issue of no hot water in the sink. It lasted our whole stay(4 nights) This was mostly a comms issue as rather than explaining that the maintenance man wasn't there that weekend they continued to give us the expectation that it would get fixed, which it didn't. The Manager though was excellent and chatted to us about it and gave us a small refund on our stay.

It was a great location, with a coffee shop (Costa Coffee) and a Co-Op (convenience store) across the street, and close to the train station, and walking distance to a little mall with a nice movie theater. The wood was small, but clean and comfortable. We were on the top floor and had a nice view of the city. Room has tech controlled air conditioner/ heater unit, lights, and do not disturb feature, which was cool: Tv has local and some movie channels, and is linked to YouTube. Room cleaning is every third day, unless you request it more often. There is free coffee and tea for guests in the lobby. And a breakfast is served as well (for 13.99 a day, unless you book directly, and then it’s free). Staff was friendly and helpful- check-in is done at an automated kiosk, but staff is there to help if needed. Elevators are small, but we fit 2 people and 4 suitcases in fine. They also offer luggage storage for 3 pounds a bag, which was very convenient.

The room was a little smaller than I expected, and there was no table to have meals at, but we made it work and it wasn’t a big deal.

The location is super!

I didn’t like the fact the towel (one per person) was only changed once in three days. It was ridiculously big; if they cut it in three pieces it will still be big enough. A fresh towel every day, and the same amount as when it is big and only changed once in three days. I do like the idea behind it - less laundry and save water. But this only works when there is a good hang-to-dry place which there isn’t. Only a very small hook for two big towels. On request a clean towel was given so that is positive. My advice is to change to smaller towels, and make sure there is a place to properly hang the damp towels.

Good location, with clean and comfortable rooms. No coffee or tea facilities in the room BUT reception had coffee/tea machine available at all times. We could have used one hand towel in the bathroom because we only got a shower towel each for 3 days. A bit noisy from the street, and it can be an issue if you are a light sleeper but probably you'll get tired from all the walking you'll do and sleep well anyways. We would stay here again. PS: Get rid of the throw pillow and bed runner, they're probably dirty and no one uses them. It's a shame to cover perfectly clean white sheets with them.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly We arrived early for check in at 1030 and room was available Super clean and fresh Modern and well kept Toiletries in bath room Fantastic location, about 5 minute easy walk from King's Cross train station We walked into Camden too from the hotel and this was only 20 minutes, again an easy walk Attached photos of Camden - definitely a good place to visit Can't comment on breakfast as we left just after 1am for an early flight and were only there one night - there were machines with free hot drinks available in the reception area though

Pillows were hard, personal preference I know, but a soft fluffy one as an option would have been nice Latte from the hot drinks machine was unfortunately just not nice and not really a latte No instructions to operate air conditioning - electronic panel on wall - looked great but couldn't figure out how to use it, so room was a touch warm. We could have asked, and I'm sure the staff would have been very helpful, but we were already ready for bed None of these impacted enough to spoil our stay, but with these would have scored a 10

Some of the staff was really friendly and helpful and helped us both with our miss of not booking breakfast and helped us get a cab that took us to the airport later when we left as well. Great options for the breakfast menu, not too crowded either and we had at least 3-4 different vegan options, including a croissant and different sausages. The cost VS the location is really what has brought me back here. It's hard to find something this good for this money, but this hotel hits just that spot.

Some of the staff was quite the opposite of the other and seemed quite distant if not slightly irritated. It's a bit sad there was such a difference of how we were approached depending on who we spoke to, at least there was good staff as well as mentioned below.

Location was convenient since it’s near Kings Cross Station. The room decor and furnishings seemed modern and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was fulfilling and there are variety of pastries, yoghurt, egg, fruits, drinks, etc. Also there are 2 Coffee machines available at the lobby 24/7 which will cater to a coffee drinker’s taste bud from cappuccino, espresso, latte,etc which is the reason why there is no coffee tray in the rooms. The Staff are friendly, accommodating, and helpful particularly Muhammad and Rashid and living up to the Hotel’s motto of “small hotel with a big heart “. The hotel applies a self-check in system.

The hotel has a policy of every 3days housekeeping and change of beddings. I hope it will change to at least every other day since the bins in the rooms are small for daily waste especially if 2 people are occupying the room.

For a no-windows room, it was very comfy - the bed was lovely, tv worked well, I enjoyed the mood lighting and the climate control. I slept very very well and the location is just great. The hotel does very well at being clean and pretty whilst being affordable. I love that the tea and coffee includes a good herbal selection.

Waking up with no daylight felt quite groggy and as there's no window, there's no phone signal so you're entirely reliant on the free wifi - it took me a long time to order food as the wifi just wasn't quite strong enough. The bathroom was really difficult to access as I'm a bit fatter than others - a really tight squeeze, and definitely a room for one person not two. I would have preferred breakfast to be exactly as advertised, and the vegetarian vs vegan signage was very confusing, but I managed to eat a little.
