Close to St. Pancras Station for taking Eurostar early in the morning.

For this high price when comparing with other hotels of similar standard, it is unexpected that there is no offer of kettle for preparing tea and coffee in the room. The size of the room is also too small.

Great staff at every level! Keep it up. We booked a room with windows. They opened onto the upper branches of London Planes. Lovely. Great to have frresh air. Closed at night, they kept street noise out. Effective aircon kept us cool. The compact shower worked well. The room was very small, but that was stipulated on booking.com. Buffet breakfast was an excellent spread of quality options.

Complimentary tea and coffee would have earned you 10/10. It is not as close to the stations as you might like. I counted 700 steps from St Pancras. On departure, we took an Uber to Euston Station.

location: very convenience! you can take bus, underground, etc to your destination as these stops are so close to the proximity to the hotel lots of restaurants close by and there is a coop (supermarket) just across the hotel room: big enough for 2 and have enough storage places food: I didn't purchase breakfast with our stay but when I passed by the lobby in the morning, I see there are a lot of choices for their continental breakfast facility: our room is equipped with their smart system, hence, when we went out, the lights, air-con will automatically shut off. so, when we go back to our room, it is a bit stuffy but their air-con is good, the room can cool down in a very reasonable timeframe. staff: Most of the staff at the welcoming team (reception table) have been extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. I would especially like to express my gratitude to Rashid and Keerti. They have consistently gone above and beyond in their assistance, and I truly appreciate how they greet us with a warm smile as soon as we enter the hotel.

one of their lifts / elevators is very small and can only go up. My room was in the basement, and luckily the elevator that can go down is big enough to fit a few people + luggage.

An excellent place to stay with incredibly friendly staff and facilities that truly exceeded expectations. The property is beautifully located in the heart of London, just a 2-minute walk from St. Pancras Station and the Mosque (offering all five daily prayers, including Jummah). It’s surrounded by great restaurants and is perfect for anyone who loves exploring London’s rich heritage and culture. With easy access to any part of the UK, this location is unbeatable. A special mention goes to the Front Office team, particularly Rashid, whose exceptional service stood out. Rashid went above and beyond to assist with anything, making him the go-to person for support, whether personal or professional. I stayed in Room 9, which was compact but equipped with excellent amenities, making my 6-day stay truly memorable. If you’re planning to stay here, don’t forget to ask for Rashid he’s an incredible guide who will ensure your stay surpasses expectations. Highly recommended

Rooms, as most London hotel rooms are, are on the smaller size but fine. Well designed rooms and in a very good state of order. Large TV that you can cast to. Breakfast was excellent ( no hot items). Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

We had a minor issue of no hot water in the sink. It lasted our whole stay(4 nights) This was mostly a comms issue as rather than explaining that the maintenance man wasn't there that weekend they continued to give us the expectation that it would get fixed, which it didn't. The Manager though was excellent and chatted to us about it and gave us a small refund on our stay.

It was a great location, with a coffee shop (Costa Coffee) and a Co-Op (convenience store) across the street, and close to the train station, and walking distance to a little mall with a nice movie theater. The wood was small, but clean and comfortable. We were on the top floor and had a nice view of the city. Room has tech controlled air conditioner/ heater unit, lights, and do not disturb feature, which was cool: Tv has local and some movie channels, and is linked to YouTube. Room cleaning is every third day, unless you request it more often. There is free coffee and tea for guests in the lobby. And a breakfast is served as well (for 13.99 a day, unless you book directly, and then it’s free). Staff was friendly and helpful- check-in is done at an automated kiosk, but staff is there to help if needed. Elevators are small, but we fit 2 people and 4 suitcases in fine. They also offer luggage storage for 3 pounds a bag, which was very convenient.

The room was a little smaller than I expected, and there was no table to have meals at, but we made it work and it wasn’t a big deal.

The location is super!

I didn’t like the fact the towel (one per person) was only changed once in three days. It was ridiculously big; if they cut it in three pieces it will still be big enough. A fresh towel every day, and the same amount as when it is big and only changed once in three days. I do like the idea behind it - less laundry and save water. But this only works when there is a good hang-to-dry place which there isn’t. Only a very small hook for two big towels. On request a clean towel was given so that is positive. My advice is to change to smaller towels, and make sure there is a place to properly hang the damp towels.

Good location, with clean and comfortable rooms. No coffee or tea facilities in the room BUT reception had coffee/tea machine available at all times. We could have used one hand towel in the bathroom because we only got a shower towel each for 3 days. A bit noisy from the street, and it can be an issue if you are a light sleeper but probably you'll get tired from all the walking you'll do and sleep well anyways. We would stay here again. PS: Get rid of the throw pillow and bed runner, they're probably dirty and no one uses them. It's a shame to cover perfectly clean white sheets with them.

The location was great, very close to Kings Cross Station and nearby lots of places to eat and drink. It was very clean and the check in process was smooth and easy, no fuss. The room itself was good standard, the bathroom was quite small and generally space was slightly tight but it was good for the one night we needed it. If we had more bags or suitcases then it would have been quite a squeeze...

The cost was higher than I would have liked to pay considering the size of room but I suppose it was relatively average for the area, but ultimately made it worth it because of the location.

Super clean, comfortable bed, and extremely close to kings cross. Could easily get to everything via the underground. Very close to a bunch of food places. Loved the late night check in without extra charge as my flight was delayed and I didnt arrive to check in until just past midnight. Absolutely would stay here again.

Very tiny room (which was completely fine for my 2 night stay) but for long stays or for couples, it would have begun to feel too small.
