The hotel was in a great location very close to the train stations (King’s Cross & St Pancras). Easy to get in with the code and the room was very clean and inviting. Was pleased to find a small safe and a kettle in the room. Bed was comfortable and a good size. There were two good mirrors in the room and a chair on the back of the door to use if you didn’t want to sit on the bed. Felt safe returning to the property late at night.

The toilet doesn’t have a sink so have to go back to the basin in room to wash hands. Also the toilet had a bit of an odour. I had to contact the hotel for my door code as it wasn’t sent to me as it was meant to have been. The WiFi didn’t work in the room and the plug sockets behind the bed didn’t seem to work either. Also personally I found the curtain let in a bit too much light at night but that’s my opinion.

The location is great, the room size was okay and the separate bathroom and toilet to the bed room we good.

The toilet door didn't lock so had to hold it or it would open.. The shower head wasn't attached to anything so had to hold it to shower. The room was a little dirty and two of the lights didn't work. When you arrive if you're early and want to drop your bags you have to go to the next hotel along as its owned by the same people and the reception is there.

So close to central london and tube station. Comfortable double beds and good shower. Check in instructions sent prior and had no problem getting in. Very nice stay.

Few cleaning problems. There were not enough mugs, and room was a bit hot. An alarm was going off during the night. The single bed was not comfy, but as there were only three of us, two of us shared, so we all slept ok.

Perfect location. I had a room on the lower floor and it was good. Some blinds of the window which is rare in London !

I don’t know if I missed it but there is no reception and you have to go to the next hotel, the Melville, to see someone. It was quite a scare the first day because I didn’t know were to go but it went smoothly after that.

Absolutely amazing location and the best friendly staff for sure couldn't help you any more if they tried. Was great being only a 5 minute walk from Kings Cross and great being able to leave luggage on both days too. Other that my other comment if was clean, comfortable, big enough for what we needed for 1 night for myself and my 5 year old and was warm at night once I turned on the radiator.

Only little thing could do with a lick of paint on the windowsill and few other little areas nothing major.

Location is brilliant and the place has a really cool vibe, really good for a short stay.

The fire alarm went off both mornings of my stay, no incident occurred but the only explanation I got from staff was ‘someone must’ve been smoking in their rooms’. This was a terrifying way to wake up for no warranted reason - there should be signs saying no smoking in rooms.

The room was clean. The bed was amazing for me as it was a double. There was even a fan in case it's warm.

It was noisy during the night because neighbors have been using the shared toilet so many times and slamming the doors. It's a bit too expensive, but it's a common price considering the location

Location is great, few minutes walk from Kings Cross. 3 flights of stairs, thank God a very nice gentleman helped me with my luggage up to the top! Thank you!

Bathroom is tiny. Room layout can be fixed, move the bed to the other wall and you'll have a lot more space at the entry point. Needs a little TLC but it is low budget, it met my expectations.

Great location, walking distance to Kings Cross/ St. Pancreas, convenient neighborhood, easy access to hotel and room. Clean toilet and bathroom, no big deal sharing with other guests - we barely saw/heard them. Amazing hairdryer in room!

Heater didn't work properly. We couldn't turn it off/on as knob was broken. Staff said it would automatically turn on every two hours, but it was terribly inconvenient since the room got boiling hot at times and we couldn't do anything about it.

Close to train station and easy to find

We were on the 3rd floor and omg that fire door is not safe. It was so heavy and the tiny bit of landing after it made opening the door risky. The shared toilet handle was falling off.
