convenient location - close to buses, 6 metro lines, St.Pancras station (Luton and Gatwick airports' trains, Eurostar train) and 1 stop to the Euston station where from the train leaves to the Harry Potter studio The hotel is located across the street from the King's Cross station, but the street is quiet. At the station there are grocery shops (until 23.00) and many cafes where you can have breakfast. If you want quieter and not overcrowded places, then you can exit the hotel to the right and go towards the Brtitish Museum. Our room was on the top floor, so it was quite quiet. Cleaning and replacement of towels was every day. Wifi was good. The room is small, but fresh, furniture feels new, the bed is comfortable, there are many sockets, there is enough light, there is a kettle (tea, coffee, sugar, milk), hairdryer and a fan (which was very useful at hot weather). You can borrow an iron and ironing board at the reception for the whole stay. Also at the reception you can take a Lebara starter SIM card for free and load the Internet onto it. (5GB of internet, 100 min calls outside the network and 1000 on the network - 5 GBP) You can buy some soft drinks from the vending machine at the reception (1.20GBP) The staff is very friendly, makes you feel very welcomed. And of course their silky and cute dog Chanel ;) The luggage can be left before and after your check on/out

Maybe just some noise from the school nearby between 8-9am

Nice hotel, no frills, basic but clean, functional and comfortable; very kind, friendly staff and you can’t beat the location, it’s literally 2 minutes from Kings Cross and St Pancras stations. The bed was comfy, the shower had good pressure and lots of hot water, the WiFi was fast enough for remote working. The street was quiet despite the proximity to a main road, and I felt safe walking back at night. It was perfect for me as I arrived by train in King’s Cross with heavy luggage and I just crossed the street to reach the hotel. I stayed 2 nights, then I crossed the street again to catch the train to Gatwick airport. I walked to Covent Garden in only 25 minutes but there are plenty of buses and the tube just around the corner. You’re in the heart of the city, with many places to eat, the British library etc.

These are just a few things to note. They weren’t a big issue for me but they might be for others. The room I was in was very small, I had to put the suitcase on the bed to be able to open it; there is no lift but the staff members are kind enough to help you with the luggage. The bathroom was also very small, I could see how a large built person could seriously struggle to use the shower and even the toilet.

The property is located in the city center. Not so noisy and I am pretty enjoy staying in this hotel with prime location. Further, I didn’t catch their name, but the Black receptionist made my check-in experience very pleasant and he is very very helpful. I would like to say him a goodbye and thank you for his help during my stay but didn’t get a chance to meet him since it wasn’t his shift.

One thing, there is no stairs; thus, if having heavy (like 20kg plus) and big luggage (like 28inch plus, it would be hard to climb up stairs if you get the room on 2nd-3rd floor (considering that ground floor is Floor 0.

We stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights as a group of 4 and were all very satisfied and happy with the service. The staff was very amicable, funny and helpful and did not disappoint at any point. Rooms were neatly organized, clean and serviced daily for things like towels and shampoo. The beds were comfortable which is important to get a good night's sleep after a full day of sightseeing. As for the ambiance it was very calm and peaceful without any noise or disturbances. The luggage service they offer is very practical and hassle free and allowed us to visit London without dragging suitcases around both before our official moving in time on the day of arrival and after our official departure time on the day of departure. We can definitely recommend the hotel in every regard, including its proximity to the train stations and bus stops.

Great location (the best feature of this hotel), nice staff as well. Bed was comfortable enough. Toilet was clean. Double window (great for noise reduction from outside - there was an event and I couldn't hear a thing). Box for returning keys for flexible check out. Great value for money. Perfect for single travel. Would definitely return.

Not soundproof inside. Because it's like a house where the rooms where converted, you can easily hear the other guests next to you coming in and out of their rooms because the doors are normal doors. Also, keys are used instead of cards, which for me is okay. The toilet door couldn't stay open (minor inconvenience) and the shower water after a few minutes, would go hot and cold at the same time (like it wasn't "mixing" well before coming out of the faucet). The top bed covers appeared they are re-used (sheets are changed but not that one cover on top). The desk chair needed cleaning. Double window (great for noise reduction from the outside) but not locking. Overall, a good stay though.

I like this small, friendly basic hotel for its excellent location near public transportation, friendly & helpful staff, and budget kind accommodation in central London. Rooms are tiny but comfortable for a short visit. This was a second stay - found beds to seem updated, very comfortable. Fan provided in room. Help with luggage up steps. Felt safe day and night

Bathroom needs updating. It was tiny but space dictates the size which limits privacy in the room Street facing room noisy at night Was grateful for mild summer days during our stay (no AC)

For a bed to sleep in, it was perfect. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly, I left my phone in my room on the Saturday and I am please to say they had made my bed, tidied my room and placed my phone on my pillow for my return. So it's a trustworthy place to stay and I'd more than likely stay again, I dont need much from a hotel, just the basics and they provided. Was it worth what I paid for? Probably not but I do know it was a busy weekend for London overall with so much going on and I booked last minute so it's a fair price to pay.

The location is superb, just a 5-minute walk from King's Cross station. The hotel is near the main street, and it's very convenient and safe. The best location in London I've ever stayed! Also, I can leave the luggage safely at the hotel before check-in and after check-out. All the staff are very nice and friendly.

The room is a bit old, but everything works properly. The wall is a bit thin; I could hear the noise of other people talking and walking in the corridor. There is no lift, but I stayed on the first floor, so I had no problem with this.

The location of the property was fantastic! Super close to St Pancreas/King's Cross train station with plenty of food options in the area and most importantly, it was in a safe neighborhood too. I traveled solo so the single room with shared bathroom was enough for me to have my own privacy and space while on a budget. The staff were super helpful and friendly as well with good security all over the property to ensure safety. There's also a very cute and friendly dog that would hangout during the day time in the front desk/doorway of the hotel. Like pretty much any property in London, there is no central air conditioning, but they do provide a fan in the closet for use. Overall I would recommend this place if you're looking for a central location with basic amenities provided while on a budget for your travels. This was definitely a nice steal for how expensive London can be, very reasonably priced and a very clean place (they clean your room daily). I've stayed in a hostel in Notting Hill earlier in my trip that cost almost as much per night but I had to share the room with 5 other people without privacy and unclean bathrooms to be able to make a comparison.

Because of the central location, like many urban areas, there will be noise from people going out to bars at night but I find it gets very quiet around midnight. There's also construction in the area that start early in the morning around 7am. Basically you're trading location and convenience for noise.

It was far better than we expected. Yes, the rooms are small but we were there for an overnight stay before catching the Eurostar. Wilson, who looks after reception, is a delightful man who we felt would do all he could to help us and was kind, courteous and “on the ball”. It is a safe hotel, warm, comfortable and clean and not expensive and we are staying there again on our way home.

Nothing to comment on. It is a budget hotel and therefore not perfect but we even fell asleep quite happily to the sound of the underground - it can, we suppose, be noisy if another traveller is unthinking and noisy but that can be true if even the most expensive and luxurious hotels so we ignored the one noisy couple and got on with our business.
