Great location, close by St Pancras International & King Crossing's station so it was easy to utilize public transport. They offer a few amenities in the room like a kettle and coffee, soap and shower gel, etc. Room was cleaned daily and they provided new towels every day. The hotel will store your bags before check in and after check out.

There's construction work right in front of the hotel and the noise was audible in the morning during the week days. Our room was right underneath the outer smoking area and that was the pathway that lead to the rooms so we'd hear people walking by and talking outside. I wore earplugs to sleep to avoid all the noise. The safe in our room was obsolete.

Very central to all the sites & accessible to the tube/ train station, reasonably priced. There is 24hr concierge & all are very attentive & helpful.

No breakfast option.The street to get to the hotel is a little dodgy . A group of men are always standing to where we pass by that can be intimidating especially at night. The hotel has Tiny bathroom/ showers.

This was a low cost, near the train station hotel/option that I specifically chose. It was a very tiny room, but not at all inadequate. The purpose was for sleeping as I was sightseeing all day. Staff were on duty 24/7 and each person I spoke with was helpful and kind. TIP - several takeaways in the area for breakfast (within 3 blocks) and there is a lovely courtyard at the hotel with 3 tables to sit at. There is a self-service coffee machine/bar and snacks available for purchase. There is a room dedicated to luggage storage - we arrived at 8:30am and left our luggage there until 6:30pm without any issue. This is NOT a place for people in a wheelchair or with mobility issues - stairs are everywhere. Some small sets of stairs, 2-3 going down to a small hallway where 4 rooms are located and longer stairways to upper floors. Interesting - there are numerous outlets and USB chargers in the room. A single bed, small room, yet there were 6 electrical outlets and 4 USB chargers.

I suggest adding a dim light in the room or on the desk - there is a step up into the bathroom which is a bit hazardous in the dark. I realize this is an older hotel, yet I could hear the people next door talking - very thin walls. I put in my ear plugs and I was fine.

This is a very convenient hotel for Kings Cross/St Pancreas. We stayed following a trip by Eurostar. It's a collection of town houses so lots of windy stairs and rather old fashioned but clean and perfect for a one night stay. The guy on reception was friendly and helpful and the desk is open 24 hours. There are great restaurants nearby (try the Spagnoletti for great Italian).

There's no lift to the upper floors - it's mentioned in the small print but not highlighted - so if you have large cases or mobility issues, you need to specify a ground floor room.

Had a great stay at Crestfield. Reception persons were helpful and assisted with option to stay at their sister hotel when we returned after a few weeks holiday as the Crestfield was full on our return days. Great value for money for a short stay. Easy walk from Kings Cross/St.Pancras station. A couple of good Thai and indian restaurants close by.

Our room was on the lower (basement) floor so there was some sound from the underground trains. It was not loud enough to bother us or disturb sleep.. and offcourse there is nothing to Hotel can do about it....A tip may be to request a room above the basement.

We had a room with two single beds at the back of the hotel (quieter as there wre big construction works going on in the street at the front). There was enough space in the room for two people to move around comfortably. Happy to have a small kettle with free tea/coffee and free bottles of water. Glad there were two pillows on each bed. The shower was comfortably spacious and there was plenty of hot water/water pressure. Staff remembered greeted us each time we left/arrived.

We could have done with an extra towel (we received 2 regular and 1 small towel) and a bath mat for the floor of the bathroom, even if that wasn't cold and dried fairly quickly. There was no fridge in the room. The wash basin was very small (only a tiny shelf to put toiletries) and very low (reached to the top of my thighs). We didn't use the TV, the hair dryer, the safe, or the fan, so cannot say if those were any good.

Location couldn't be better, hotel is exactly what you pay for. Clean, good water pressure in shower, free drinking water, coffee and biscuits in room, very quiet despite the construction work outside (even if I could hear the guest next door snoring).

It was not clear that I could have requested a room on the lower floors so I had to lug my very heavy suitcase all the way up to the top floor. There should be more hooks and hangers in the room for coats and clothes.

Double room.Great powerful shower. Plenty of hot water. Thermostat on radiator. Spare blanket. Kettle and sparkling and still bottled water available. 3 towels. Thin duvet but heating available all night.Very clean.Fire exits clearly marked. Luggage storage made available on ground floor. Assistance given to move luggage up and down the stairs.Excellent location near Kings Cross and St Pancras stations. Friendly helpful staff with knowledge of London. TV in room. Shops in the nearby stations were good quality such as Boots, M&S food and so on. Plentiful restaurants around. Wellcome museum 15 minutes walk away. Nice food choices there.

The location is absolutely perfect, very close to St.pancras and King's cross station as well as metro station. You can easily reach the British museum (15min walking) and the surrounding is very nice with many restaurants, bars and cockail bars. The staff is lovely! They're all kind and ready to give you advices 24h. Price/quality is perfect. The room was super clean; still and sparkling water were provided every day for free as well as tea, coffee and biscuits.

To be fair, everything was perfect for our staying. If I really need to find something I "didn't like" might be the room size (we had to move carefully around as there was no much space for the 3 of us) but honestly, we just needed to sleep and shower so it wasn't an issue :)

I recently stayed at a hotel conveniently located just steps away from the railway station, making it an excellent choice for travellers. The room was spotlessly clean and incredibly cozy, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The room was also pleasantly warm, although it was a bit too warm for my preference. Overall, a wonderful stay with fantastic convenience and comfort. What I didn’t like much was the noise from the street, especially due to construction works during the day. It disrupted the otherwise peaceful environment, but this was not an issue for me personally, as I was out aduring the day.
