He location across from the station is what we wanted. We knew rooms would probably be on the small side as we knew the property. It was clean, there was an abundance of tea and coffee in the room and in the bathroom an excellent shower and toilet facilities. The food at the attached restaurant was really good. We would use it again. The ratings I have given re property related to properties in general. The staff were all helpful and friendly.

I had rang in advance to check if there was a lift and was told there was, however I was not told that the lift was accessed by a flight of stairs and didn’t stop on every floor so my disabled companion really struggled to get to the lift and still had to climb a flight of stairs from the lift to our floor. This should be made clear on the description of the hotel.

Excellent location directly opposite Kings Cross and St Pancras stations with friendly staff and comfortable, but basic, room. Easy to find and access, although stairs may present an issue for some travellers. There may have been a lift however? No food provided in the hotel, but lots of places to eat right on the door step so wasn't an issue. There was breakfast provided at another location, but as we checked out early 6am, we missed it so can comment on it really. Checking in was easy enough, staff were pleasant and friendly. Our room was on 1st floor, and we had a fairly nice view of the station outside. Facilities in the room were good, kettle and tea/coffee provided, and a large under counter fridge. There was a TV, plenty of sockets/charging points, and lamps, etc. We had a twin room and beds were comfortable. Plenty of space for 2 adults and a child. Bathroom was en suite and clean enough. We only stayed one night between trains, and this hotel suited our needs perfectly. However, would also perfectly suit a longer stay if you're looking for a place to just sleep. Would definitely stay again.

Had to leave a pre-authorised deposit upon arrival which would be collected if we were to smoke in the room. Understand the reasons for it, but wasn't expecting it.

Booked last minute, as in 11pm that night and it was only £104 for one night until the train came the next morning. Room was spacious, very warm and had air con if we wanted to cool it. Staff were kind and welcoming. Room was quiet, could hear someone snoring next door but it was very very quiet and didn’t affect sleep. Same with the tube, very very quiet but could hear it. But can’t be shocked at that for the centre of London. Very very central too and easy to find. Room had coffee and fridge and shower. Easy check in and check out.

Arrived late at night after a gig, not from London and there was a few questionable characters outside. Nothing the hotel can do, but was a little intimidating. Wouldn’t book if I was travelling alone due to this, but this is totally personal preference. The hotel has locked doors and cctv so well covered regarding security.

We've stayed here before and the location is perfect for access to King's Cross and St Pancras and tubes. Our room was just big enough with twin beds and good sized bathroom, with a very decent sized shower area. Towels changed daily and beds fully remade, bins emptied. Tea/coffee facilities and fridge stocked with little cartons of milk. A hairdryer was also provided. Reception staff very helpful and provided extra tea etc on request. We were also able to leave our luggage on the final day in the holding area. The only downside (although this did not apply to us) is that although there is a lift, this would be no good to a wheelchair user as there are steps to get down to it.

At the time of our visit, directly outside our window there was/is something under construction so not a great view. However, as we were out and about every day this did not really impact us. The workmen didn't start until approx 8am and were finished by the time we were back.

We had a pleasant one-night stay at King’s Inn London and were generally very satisfied with our experience. The check-in process was quick and efficient, allowing us to settle in without delay. Our room was clean and surprisingly spacious for London, which was a nice bonus. The location is fantastic—just across the road from St Pancras Station and only a few minutes' walk to various tube links, making it ideal for getting around the city. The room had all the essentials, including a hairdryer and coffee/tea-making facilities, which we appreciated. It also came with some useful amenities like shampoo and shower gel, which added to the convenience.

The only downside was that it was a bit cold in the morning, but this didn’t impact our overall experience too much.

My partner had a leg injury that happened post us booking, and when we arrived the team member who booked us in asked if we would like to change to a room on that level if that would help, which was such a lovely touch and we were very thankful for this. Tea making facilities were amazing! Plenty of everything for multiple teas without having to ask for extra milk, tea bags etc which was such a change from other places we've stayed so that was amazing. Overall very happy with both the room, hotel, location and service we received.
