He location across from the station is what we wanted. We knew rooms would probably be on the small side as we knew the property. It was clean, there was an abundance of tea and coffee in the room and in the bathroom an excellent shower and toilet facilities. The food at the attached restaurant was really good. We would use it again. The ratings I have given re property related to properties in general. The staff were all helpful and friendly.

I had rang in advance to check if there was a lift and was told there was, however I was not told that the lift was accessed by a flight of stairs and didn’t stop on every floor so my disabled companion really struggled to get to the lift and still had to climb a flight of stairs from the lift to our floor. This should be made clear on the description of the hotel.

We've stayed here before. The location is perfect for access to train and tube stations. The rooms are adequate. TV and tea/coffee facilities. Clean towels, bins emptied and beds made daily. Staff are really nice and very helpful. This year our fridge wasn't working properly so they changed it for us. Good value for a 4 night stay. You can also leave luggage if you're too early to check in, or if your train is not while later in the day as check out is 11am.

Only thing this year was there's a building going up next door. Not a big issue as we were up anyway but the workmen had to start using heavy and loud equipment from around 8.30am.

Fantastic place to stay especially with it being on the doorstep to Kingscross and St Pancras Station aswell as the tube lines to get you to where you want to be in London. Great value for Money, much cheaper than a premier inn. Multiple places to eat and drink. Very friendly reception staff. Room view was of the St Pancras clock and King’s cross station which I thought was really nice.

Noise from traffic never settles through the night. Horns and sirens can be heard regularly through the night. However this didn’t bother me but if you like a quiet and peaceful setting to sleep in, this maybe isn’t guaranteed at this hotel.

the location is perfect, Kings Cross station is at the middle of everything, so very very convenient, and that is the thing that matters the most. Very basic room, with no toiletries other than soap, body gel, and shampoo; it's best to bring your own. Quite a lot of siren around the area, but we sleep ok during our stay.

Quite some stairs to do before reaching the room, even when there is a lift, yet easy for us since we have very light luggage. Very heavy rain one day, and we asked reception if there is umbrella to borrow, where there isnt, and telling us to buy from shops closeby. Not too satisfied with this.

the location is perfect just across the road from the train stations and underground. they have a free luggage holding area, even after you checked out. there are plenty of plug sockets to recharge devices/phones inc USB ports. we were greeted by a very polite and accommodating man, who despite our last minute request, made it happen. Although you are just across the road from the train stations, where we were located, there was very little noise. the room was very clean and tidy, plenty of tea bags and coffee and there is a small fridge to keep drinks etc in, if needed. the beds were very comfortable too. there is a 24 hour manned front desk, despite what time of the night you come back or require anything. All in all a little gem for all your needs while visiting London.

If you are looking for a well located property around Kings Cross Station this is a good place to stay. Close to tube links to centre of London. There are some good restaurants around and the very trendy Coal yard area around the canal.

The mattress in our room is in some serious need of replacement as every spring could be felt. I would suggest that reception be a bit friendlier. I know that most of the people that might stay at the hotel might be more of the backpack fraternity, but there are some of us that travel for enjoyment and have taken a liking to this hotel because of its location and its value i.t.o location and comfort.

The room was clean and the bathroom was clean and modern. There was a mini fridge in the room which was so helpful for keeping our snacks/fruit fresh. I wish more hotels would have one in the room. The double bed and single bed were comfy. Just what we needed as a place to stay after spending all day out in London. The room was small but that wasn't a problem for us personally, just noting it as it may be an issue for some.

If I am being really picky, the room probably could have done with a lick of paint where it had been chipped off on corners etc from the usual wear and tear. But we weren't bothered about that for the cheap price we paid and in a great location opposite King's Cross. We don't have mobility problems but if you have mobility problems let the hotel know when booking or look for alternative accomodation. We were on the third floor, to take the lift you need to go down a set of stairs. When we got to the third floor, there was approx 3 or 4 steps up to our room.
