Great location, close by St Pancras International & King Crossing's station so it was easy to utilize public transport. They offer a few amenities in the room like a kettle and coffee, soap and shower gel, etc. Room was cleaned daily and they provided new towels every day. The hotel will store your bags before check in and after check out.

There's construction work right in front of the hotel and the noise was audible in the morning during the week days. Our room was right underneath the outer smoking area and that was the pathway that lead to the rooms so we'd hear people walking by and talking outside. I wore earplugs to sleep to avoid all the noise. The safe in our room was obsolete.

Very central to all the sites & accessible to the tube/ train station, reasonably priced. There is 24hr concierge & all are very attentive & helpful.

No breakfast option.The street to get to the hotel is a little dodgy . A group of men are always standing to where we pass by that can be intimidating especially at night. The hotel has Tiny bathroom/ showers.

This is a very convenient hotel for Kings Cross/St Pancreas. We stayed following a trip by Eurostar. It's a collection of town houses so lots of windy stairs and rather old fashioned but clean and perfect for a one night stay. The guy on reception was friendly and helpful and the desk is open 24 hours. There are great restaurants nearby (try the Spagnoletti for great Italian).

There's no lift to the upper floors - it's mentioned in the small print but not highlighted - so if you have large cases or mobility issues, you need to specify a ground floor room.

This was a low cost, near the train station hotel/option that I specifically chose. It was a very tiny room, but not at all inadequate. The purpose was for sleeping as I was sightseeing all day. Staff were on duty 24/7 and each person I spoke with was helpful and kind. TIP - several takeaways in the area for breakfast (within 3 blocks) and there is a lovely courtyard at the hotel with 3 tables to sit at. There is a self-service coffee machine/bar and snacks available for purchase. There is a room dedicated to luggage storage - we arrived at 8:30am and left our luggage there until 6:30pm without any issue. This is NOT a place for people in a wheelchair or with mobility issues - stairs are everywhere. Some small sets of stairs, 2-3 going down to a small hallway where 4 rooms are located and longer stairways to upper floors. Interesting - there are numerous outlets and USB chargers in the room. A single bed, small room, yet there were 6 electrical outlets and 4 USB chargers.

I suggest adding a dim light in the room or on the desk - there is a step up into the bathroom which is a bit hazardous in the dark. I realize this is an older hotel, yet I could hear the people next door talking - very thin walls. I put in my ear plugs and I was fine.

Thing my wife and I liked most was the combination of the price, location, cleanliness of the room, and how great the staff was. Located just a block away from Kings Cross & St. Pancras, it was super convenient to travel to other areas of the city, and it was walking distance to great shopping in dining in SoHo, Camden, and around the train stations. Room was clean. And the staff was very accommodating - notably we asked if they had any desktop fans we could borrow since the oscillating fan on the wall in our room didn't reach the bed, and the staff member at the front desk gave us one of the fans they were using right there at the front desk, no hesitation. And that second fan made all the difference to help us sleep at night.

Honestly can't think of anything that we didn't like. We had zero complaints.

Absolutely marvelous location, close by the trains/ underground. Easy access, the room was small, but adequately organized and equipped. Very smart storage under the beds, clean towels daily, complimentary water, lovely shower/ great water pressure. Soundproof windows to block city centre noise was the best surprise and gives you a good night's rest. The ventilator brought some cool into the room.

The only little thing I missed was like a drawer or some other way to have a mini fridge in the room. It was really warm in the room and it would've been nice to have an option for like a small drawer that'd function as a fridge to put like bottle of water or a soda can in to have a cooled drink.

Hotel is 2 minutes from kings cross station. The staff at reception are super friendly. Rooms get cleaned daily. Everything was very clean. The sink was not draining so i told them and it was fixed when i got back in the evening. There is no breakfast but there is instant coffee in the room. Also two great places 3 minutes away: cappaccia (for full english, fresh) and au pains de papys. Amazing french bakery with good coffee. Alternatively there is food at the station.

Pretty warm in the room. There is no elevator, but only two flights of stairs. Should be okay if youre fit. Rooms are not insulated very well so you can hear people coming in at night. Rooms are small but everything is there. Overall a good stay though.

This would definitely be my Go-To hotel when travelling via Eurostar. The room, although compact, had been so cleverly designed with the traveller in mind - under bed lit storage for suitcases, good hanging space and storage, multiple sockets plus tea and coffee, great water pressure and temp. Outside there were ironing facilities, a small bar lounge and outside tables and chairs if you wanted to picnic. It was minutes from Kings Cross and St Pancras so perfect for onward travel.

If I was being picky, I’d say the receptionist could have been more welcoming; and I don’t think the hotel had a lift so if we hadn’t been on the ground floor, I wouldn’t have been happy taking heavy cases up the stairs.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I needed the location for one night within my budget and the room turned out to be on a par with other places such as premier and travel hotels. The staff were very friendly with the reception staffed 24 hours per day. Access to the hotel itself seemed secure. There was a cute little Mediterranean like patio where I could sit in the evening. The bathroom was spotless, fully tiled in a light colour. I did not have breakfast or any other refreshments so cannot comment. There were facilities for tea and coffee in the room that I did use. Thank you.

The room was a little on the small side with rather dark decor, however it was fine for one night and my budget. The entrance was a little rundown and dubious - on settling into the place, it met my needs perfectly.

We stayed at this simple cozy hotel two times. It is conveniently located within a 3-minute walk from St. Pancras international (from where we took Eurostar to Paris) and King’s Cross Station. The rooms are small, but not tight, like in many other hotels. It is clean and well-maintained. Rooms have a tea kettle, complementary water, biscuits, tea, coffee packets, milk and sugar. There is no fridge though. We didn’t need it because we stayed over night but it would be nice to have. There is a construction going outside the hotel, and a big crossing is nearby, so be prepared for outside noise. The staff is very friendly and responsive. When I asked for a bathroom mat, they provided an extra towel (they don’t offer bathrooms mats). There are a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby to get food and coffee.
