Location is good, close to shops and restaurant. Well connected with several bus lines especially The appartment is clean and have things that we need during the stay. The size is enough for 2 persons also. We had issues during reception closure to enter the appartment, the emergency line ( a guy picked up) was friendly and keep us updated on when the security would come. Appreciate the support.

The reception ( the guy) attitude can be more friendly and as comany without 24 hours front desk, please make sure the residents get all the keys/info required for the appartment during check in. The door has 2 locks, but we only got 1 out of 2 keys during check in. We were locked outside since most probably somebody (e.g. house cleaning) entered the appartment and locked both. We went to reception and immediately got the response "your lock has no issue, you didn't use correctly". I need to kind of push him to come with us and it turned out we missed the other key....

Location was excellent just £10 in an Uber to the west end and lots of cafes and bars close by the staff were always ready to help and very knowledgeable. The apartment was clean and had lots of home comforts shower was poweful and clean. I will be staying again

The sofa bed was not comfortable so my daughter slept on it as a sofa wich was not ideal and may be this could be improved. I would only stay here as a couple not as a familt but will return. The shower tray was slippy so maybe a shower mat would be a good idea

The area was very central and we were spoilt for choice when choosing coffee shops and restaurants. The apartment was nice and quiet for a restful sleep. There was a washing machine and dryer and fully fitted kitchen so all you would have needed for a longer stay. .It was great having the large outdoor balcony which I felt safer in as the wall was nice and high. The apartment was clean with lovely fresh white linen and large fluffy white bath towels with toiletries supplied.

There was a low corridor railing on the level 5 apartment 501 therefore I felt queasy going in and out of the flat as I have a fear of heights. I felt the apartment living area was slightly "tired" and in need of a revamp.. i.e. a cupboard door in the living room was off and resting inside the cupboard, the sofa was quite "bobbled " cupboard doors around the kitchen were a bit worn and didn't open smoothly.The single beds were high and narrow so you felt you might fall out of bed .The lamp on one bedside didn't work.Tried the TV but couldn't work it.You could tell it was a smart apartment in earlier years. The guy at reception on checking in seemed a little lacking in communication skills although on our departure it was a different story as the reception girl was delightful.

There were minor issues with the kintchen sink drainage, but they got sorted really quickly. Main bathroom sink tap also was playing up - providing hot water only, and the host agreed it needed replaced. The host had managed all our feedback really promptly and also provided a 10% refund, which was really pleasing and reflective of excellent attitude towards the customer. The SACO Holborn team have also stored all our bags after our checkout for a considerable amount of time - safely and free of any charge - which allowed us to spend another great day in London. Overall good experience. Would recommend and choose again. Thank you!

The apartment was modern, ideally located and close to grocery shops and public transportation.

It was quite hot (but we had a fan). I would have liked the kitchen to have a bit more utensils but it was fine in the end. Needs a deep clean, the apartment was generally clean but there were some spots with stains. There where no utensils to clean such as brooms, mops or a vacuum cleaner.

The staff are lovely. The location is excellent, very central and good transport links. The apartment was a good size.

The apartments need a complete makeover. The sofa was old and not very comfortable, same with the beds. Why only one two-seater sofa for accommodation for six? Everything was just so tired looking. There could be more storage, especially in the bathroom.

Everything was provided for, though it took some time to figure out the heating. the maintenance came the next day to check and it was working after. Ran out of washing detergent pretty quickly as I had to wash for the work wear and had to go dwn to get refills a few times. Friendly staff but they seemed unfamiliar with the facilities, though they really tried to help. kudos to them!

Communication on the mid-stay clean could be improved as cleaning did not happen on the day communicated despite me checking. It was done the day after. Still alright for me thankfully as the reception gave me an extra set of towels for the night. Thank you!

The hotel agreed to an early check-in option which was fantastic considering we were traveling with a toddler. On the top of that we have been upgraded to the two bedroom instead of one so made our stay very comfortable. Location is very good overall, just few minutes away from the Russel Square underground, there are plenty of bars/restaurants/shops nearby. It's a 15-20 mins walk from the Oxford street. Apartments are well equipped, beds are comfortable, the heating worked very well too.

It might be a bit loud late in the evening due to many restaurants/pubs nearby and early in the morning when the trash is being collected- but this would affect only very sensitive ears:)

Interesting and attractive little street with good cafes, pubs and restaurants. Tree lined, Georgian terraced housing in a pedestrian area with boutique shops. Close to British Museum. We love it. Spacious and quiet 1 bedroom apartment with big Lounge/Kitchen. Well equipped to cook if there for a longer stay. Dishwasher, washing machine, 2 TVs - all the equipment you need. The reception staff were very welcoming, friendly and efficient.

The bathroom could do with a bit of improvement. The shower is ageing and has only a fixed shower head. I prefer one on a flexible hose.

We were very positively surprised. The equipment in the apartment was completely sufficient for a short trip. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is really good. In just a few minutes you could be at the large central stations of Holborn, Russel Square or Kings Cross. Supermarkets are five minutes away. (The supermarket right next door is not recommended). A minute left or right is a pub where you can drink beer or a café to get your morning coffee. It was our first time in London and we absolutely loved it, so we will be back.
