Location great and surrounding area full of lovely cafes and restaurants. Hotel clean and beds comfortable. Staff professional and friendly. Breakfast was superb.

The room was uncomfortably hot. Like, REALLY HOT. To the point of wedging open the door to the corridor to get air. We mentioned this to staff at reception who said that they would sort it out, but didn’t. Cannot stress enough just how bloody hot it was. PLEASE sort out the heating/aircon. Comfy beds but TERRIBLE night’s sleep. Sweating just thinking about that room! Hottest place on earth.

Great location shopping centre right there with supermarket, takeaways and pubs. Easy walk to train stations and hotel staff were fabulous. Beds comfortable and rooms spacious.

There were a few additions things we needed- fan as the rooms were very hot and no ability to open windows, fridge to keep medicines cool and special diet requirements. Staff were happy to accommodate all our extra needs. Laundry service was good. Only other thing was our toilet kept blocking up. The water pressure is quite low so assistance with this was provided on numerous occasions.

Location, location, location. That's the best feature of this place. However, the staff was excellent. Breakfast was good and offered a variety of foods. The quality of sleep was great, and even though the hotel is located in central London, no noise disturbed the room. Russell Square tube station is nearby, as well as a mall with bookstores, several restaurants, and a supermarket. King's Cross Station and St. Pancras are also quite close. The menu of the hotel's restaurant was poor, nevertheless, it is London...there are plenty of places to eat.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here, just near St Pancras station (we walked for just about 15mins to and from) and there's a tube just beside (Russell Square) the area is generally calm and near the British Museum. We had an executive room in which we have enough space for 3 adults and an infant. The room is clean (and being cleaned everyday). Probably my only gripe here is the water pressure for both the shower and the toilette. What made my stay here more special is how i was treated by Ramone who works at the bar, went down to ask for some ice and beer, we had a delightful conversation and he was really nice and was kind enough to treat me a pint of beer when he learned that it was my birthday. Really, people like him makes stays like this memorable. Will stay here again on our next trip in London.

I sprained my ankle on arrival in London and when I arrived at the hotel the desk staff, concierge, and cleaning staff were amazing. From changing my room to a more shower accessible one, to greeting me ever morning with how are you? Is your ankle better? They brought ice to the room, the room service was prompt, the food hot and overall, saved my vacation from ruin. I was able to get out and do things after just a couple of days, because the Tube station was just a short walk away, there was a mall, with a grocery store, drug store and literally anything else I needed right across the street. I would stay here again in an instant!

Well, this seems to be true in every hotel in England, but they don't have outlets for blow dryers in bathrooms, ,,, only for shavers....so you have to stand or sit out in the room, with not the best lighting, to blow dry your hair.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. All the staff were friendly (from housekeepers, to breakfast staff to reception), well presented and helpful. The breakfast options had a large variety to choose from cereals, to cold meats, to hot baine marie options, to pancakes, croissants, wide selection of teas and coffees. At reception you had an opportunity to book tourist attractions. The souvenirs shops, underground train station, hop on hop off buses were all within 150 meters.

Wish there were balconies to just sit outside and watch the world go by. In all honesty this place cannot be faulted!!

For breakfast they had a buffet & a variety of different options. I liked how it was self served and everything was freshly made. The front desk staff were always kind, especially Mr. Ahmed who would assisted us with our taxis in the morning to make sure we would get to our locations on time. He also made sure that we had our taxi booked and ready on our departure day to heathrow in advance. When I booked my stay I requested an accommodation for my kid which I changed my mind but the staff was nice to provide it to me regardless & that really helped me. Bloomsbury was a calm neighborhood & easy to get around to other locations. Best holiday inn stay.

Excellent staff. Super helpful and very understanding. We came from a horrific time at another hotel in London. We checked in out of the blue, really late, but the person at reception was super helpful. Apologies, I have forgotten his name.

There’s a space that’s under construction next door. The works started early which did disturb us in the morning. Luckily we were up early most mornings but I’d imagine it would be very annoying for someone trying to sleep in on their holiday.

The location was excellent. In the center of london .just 2 min walk to underground station.Staff was so friendly. Breakfast was very good with different options.they had prepared a qote for my kid.and it was raining and the weather was little cold I said to them and they had prepared an extra warmer in the room .I recommend this hotel .

I think just housekeeping was a little weak.it seems that they haven't enough workers.they had some delay in servicing rooms.but they were so friendly and after talk with them they had done it .

Hotel just a short walk from tube station, staff at hotel exceptional friendly helpful respectful welcoming smile on all staffs faces room very clean beds made up toiletries & towels provided toiletries smelt beautiful food & evening meal excellent everything cooked & served fresh seated for breakfast which worked very well no queuing anything & everything you could think of & more on the menu, What a brilliant experience will definitely be using this hotel again Thank you to all staff WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMEND.

Nothing to dislike could not have asked for anything better.
