Decent for the price. It's a small room with a small bathroom but it worked for me and my friend. Great location as it's right next to the underground station. There's a 24-hour shop out the front, which was great for late night snacks or any emergency buys. There was also a cute coffee and pastry stand out the front which was perfect for breakfast before setting out for the day. This place is great if you're on a budget and just want somewhere private to sleep and keep your stuff and are out exploring most of the day.

Our window didn't lock, which was a bit stressful, but we had no dramas. The toilet didn't have much ventilation, but again, it was not really a big deal. Our main light was broken, but the side light was good enough for us.

I was a little unsure after reading the former reviews for this hotel, but it exceeded our expectations! The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the hotel's location is absolutely unbeatable. It's great value for the money, and I would absolutely come back here again.

There were no lifts to the upper floors, but aside from that, everything was great. It's important to keep in mind that this is a budget hotel, so if your expectations are realistic, there's not much to complain about.

Being on the third floor with no lift was hard going for myself age 71 and my mother age 92, but we managed it ok.

Quiet, comfortable beds, shower, toilet, washbasin, soap,TV, clean. Hotel entrance door answered straightaway, very helpful lady.

Only one peg to hang clothes on, no lift. No food, no lounge etc, so really just a room but next to Tube, restaurants etc.

Fantastic location right next door to Russell Square Underground station. We booked the lower ground floor apartment, 2 x large double beds and 1 X single and it was wonderfully self-contained. Everything we needed. Tesco Express right across the road was ideal. Incredibly quiet accommodation. A great find. Would recommend highly and definitely book to stay again.

The hotel is of a very decent price, location and quality. Next to Russell Square station with tesco opposite the street and many restaurants located around. So convenient if visiting London. The facilities in the rooms are clean and neat. We had a very good sleep in there. Definitely will go for this hotel next time when we visit London.

Small room with low ceiling and no air-con made the exceptionel heat hard to cope with. Room wasn't smaller than promised though but the layout didn't leave much room for two suitcases.

The staff member who met me at the door was friendly, and incredibly welcoming. She made me feel right at home.

the property is quite old so some of the facilities could do with updating, but for a basic stay it was absolutely fine.

The location is amazing . it is right next to Russel square tube station at central London. It really do offer value for money for people on a tight budget. I will definitely use it again.
