Staff were helpful and friendly. It's a great location very close to Euston Station. Facilities are quite basic but you've got everything you need and it does the job! Nice powerful hot shower (shared), and a kettle and TV in the room. And it was very quiet at night despite location, even with the window open all night.

Some more hooks in the room would be good to hang up towels and things. The shower was on a different floor to the room, but this wasn't a major problem for us. Mattress and pillows weren't the best. But it was the standard we expected for the price/location.

A few minutes walk, in good area with shops, restaurant and pubs, midway between Euston station, and Russel Square underground. So easy to get to on Piccadilly Line from Heathrow. Its a basic hotel, with shared toilet/ shower but our Room 10 was nothing like the other horror experiences of others. Manager was friendly, helped with luggage. Room had tea, coffee, kettle, mugs, towels. Sheets fresh. For the price, a good location. You can hear the tube rumble but in our room not a problem.

Easily accessible, near to Soho. Beds were clean and comfortable. Nice simple rooms with TV and basic stuff. Cheap and cheerful with private bathroom and shower. Good little stay!

No mention of the noise of the underground beneath the room, trains passing often. No headboards on beds and beds weren't pushed up against the wall, so pillows fell off the top of the bed when you're sleeping, can cause neck pain and restless sleep. No cutlery in the room.

The reviews for this hotel are some of the most unfair we've ever. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff were some of the nicest hotel staff we've ever met, the location was incredible. Couldn't fault it in the slightest at all. We had a wonderful, comfortable stay, we didn't have a single complaint.

I read a lot of mixed reviews before booking, some bits i agree with but i wouldnt slam this hotel for them, as the location, price and helpful sfaff, you couldnt ask for much more for the price we paid. We were in the deluxe family room. A lot of reviews complained about the size, but we had 2 teenagers with us, and we managed fine. It was a room to stay in as we were up and out all day. Shower was hot every morning and night. The older guy was very helpful, we had no remote so he found it for us, he helped with extra pillows and with fresh bin bags. He was very pleasant. The room was at the front of the building/street we felt totally safe. When we give the keys back we asked about the £10 deposit and we were given it back strait away.

I think we were next to a shared bathroom. The door slammed quite a lot through the night. It woke us up the first night but it was the shock of wondering what it was. Once we realised it was just the door slamming we got used to it and we all slept fine the rest of the week. I really have no complaint for this hotel as you get what you pay for. We will stay again.

The feeling of the hotel is extremely comfortable and the room was lovely and warm, nice carpet and comfy bed. The location is absolutely perfect. A vibrant community on the footstep of many of the City's attractions. There is a convenience store 2 doors down and a very popular diner that seemed always busy. If you're on a tight budget and want to be in the heart of the City, I would highly recommend.

The shared bathrooms are freezing...but it adds to the charm in a way. It is what it is and it didn't really bother me.

The staff were so helpful and understanding. They accepted to keep our luggage after checking out for six hours. That was really kind of them. The hotel' prices was good for this excellent location that is near to SOAS and the British Museum. It is very practical to practical people.

Perfect location. Very clean. Very comfortable. Very quiet. Easy to walk into London and tube station Very close. Great facilities around. Amazing Turkish restaurant a few doors down and shops and other restaurants. Excellent price. Will be back definitely and stay again soon . Thankyou

The Hotel was very well situated, just few minutes from Russel square station and St Pancras station (for those who want to use the metro). The university college of London was near, I walked to it every day.

I liked the location, and the helpfulness of the hotel stuff. Whenever I needed something they provided it with a smile. They made my visit to London different and enjoying.

I thought Goodwood Hotel was Excellent! I was a little wary before arriving, as I had read some different reviews on the hotel. However, I was very impressed!, and I'll be staying there again, the next time I visit London in early August. I really liked the Bloomsbury location. The cleanliness & the value for money. The Late, Great Kenneth Williams lived just around the corner from the hotel, (there's a blue plaque above where he lived) Just have £10 cash available on arrival, (for the deposit for the room key) Keys have maybe been lost in the past. I would highly recommend this hotel, and I've visited London probably more than 100 times on leisure breaks, and stayed at literally dozens of different London hotels over the years.

There's was nothing. With regards the shower, simply let the water run for a couple of minutes, for the right temperature.
