Breakfast was lovely, and pre-payment made check in far simpler. The staff were friendly, and the facilities were spotless.

Nothing to dislike. It all depends on your expectations. This was a very well presented hotel, in a good location, within easy walking distance of public transport. There was nothing to dislike.

The location was convenient to go anywhere. The breakfast is a great plus. The staff was so friendly, and when I let them know that I'd be checking out early morning at 5am to catch my flight, they suggested to bring me breakfast to the room the evening before. The room is simple, everything you need, and very clean - I'm an OCD clean person, and was happy with the level of cleanliness.

The room is quite moist and stuffy, maybe because it was on the lower level. Though this is probably the case in many buildings like this in Britain. Nevertheless I'd stay here again.

I stayed in the budget room with its private bathroom located on the same floor. This is not the most convenient, but it is okay for a very reasonable price I paid for my stay. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The room itself was of sufficient size, clean and even featured a nice view of the tennis courts. The bed was good, and it was quiet in the area at night. The hotel is located in the beautiful district of Russell Square. Camden, King's Cross Station and the British Museum are all just a short walk from it.

Breakfast was not particularly tasty

I was impressed by the nice neighborhood and good location. My room is very clean and has good facilities. Aneta quickly confirmed my room request. Other staff at the front desk were very helpful as well. I realized the next morning that ladies who worked for room cleaning also prepared delicious breakfast for customers. They were truly busy and worked very hard to make us feel welcomed. We appreciate those Polish and Ukrainian ladies, and they are nice and friendly to us. I recommend this hotel for those who travel through King’s Cross and Euston stations. It is close to everything and definitely worth the value.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had to check out very early, so they prepared a breakfast tray for us the night before, and booked a taxi for us. Basically, they were all really helpful. The location was handy. Just several minutes away from the underground stations. The breakfast was nice. They freshly cooked English breakfast for you.

The only 2 things we didn't like were the hooks and the toilet. We 3 people couldn't hang our wet towels as there were only 2 tiny hooks in the bathroom. And the toilet was really loud when we flushed it. I always wondered if that would wake up other people next door.

Stay in London for 24hrs only and this hotel was highly recommended on booking.com and i can see why. Only slight downside was no AC since it was veRy hot but since the building is older thats not surprising and they provided a fan which was perfect for me. Was on ground floor so no view except of the back wall, but i was there for exploring so didn't need one, room was only a base. And a perfect base it was, close to Euston and loads of tram and bus service, such a cosy quiet corner of the city, my room was on ground floor beside reception so i expected some noise but it was perfectly quiet and chilled out. Well organised friendly staff on reception and asked if i wanted to leave luggage before i even had to ask them myself. Nice breakfast included in price and attentive staff don't leave you waiting too long for your food, Will definitely go back.

Bright, airy and clean dining room and bedroom.. Friendly staff. Room had plenty of tea, coffee, and milk, an air con unit and desk fan. Lots of room for clothes. Shower had low pressure, so it took ages to rinse yourself - glad I wasn't washing my hair! Breakfast selection was good, with fresh pineapple, melon and grapes, pastries, cereals, and lots of jams. The cooked breakfast was OK, but had obviously been cooked first thing and re-heated when ordered. Ok if you have breakfast early, but not so good if you're dining near the end of the sitting. Great location - close enough for a short walk to King's Cross St Pancras, but far enough away from noisy traffic!

Good location in Bloomsbury and good value for money. Close to St Pancras station, the British museum and tube stations. Nice English breakfast every morning. The staff is very friendly and very reactive. To be recommended.

The room was a bit small, but very comfortable. I would invest in a proper coffee machine like most hotels nowadays already have. They still use an old-style filter machine in the breakfast room. But it’s only a detail. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location, close to St Pancras Station (we arrived from Paris by the Eurostar train) and an easy walk to the rental car garage, also a manageable walk to the Russell Square tube station. The staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast room is bright and cheery with a good breakfast selection. The rooms were clean but basic.

The rooms are smaller and basic with no Air Conditioning, and there is no elevator.. Because it’s London it’s quite a bit more expensive than an equivalent hotel in Paris, the room taxes alone add a huge cost. Overall I thought the room cost was expensive for the size of the room and for the basic room amenities.

We were on the second floor which was quite a climb carrying suitcases. The very helpful receptionist did try to see if she could offer us a ground floor room but unfortunately there wasn't one available. We should have requested a ground floor room in advance. Our double room, although comfortable in terms of beds and good ensuite, was on the small side and it was uncomfortably warm. There was a portable air condition machine in the room but it was too noisy to leave on at night. A table fan was provided which helped slightly.
