I have to say I was a little worried by some of the reviews for this place: noisy, messy, dirty, bad internet, etc. but for me none of those things were true. Room was perfectly clean, albeit small - kinda like a ship cabin, so not sure I would recommend for a couple or an extended stay, but for me staying one night with minimal luggage it was ideal. Also I'm 6'4" and while the bed was just about long enough for me, it *was* long enough. I agree with the other reviews that the room was pretty hot, but there was a fan. I was fine, but worth considering if you're staying in summer & struggle with heat. Breakfast was great, they had fruit, cereal toast, eggs, croissants, pastries, ham, cheese - ok no fry up but I certainly wasn't disappointed by the choice. They do only have 13 tables in the breakfast room, so I'd imagine it gets pretty busy later on but I was awake anyway so I went down at 0730, and by the time I left there was only 2 other people there. A lot of people seem to be complaining about having to walk through a store room to get to breakfast - while this is true I don't really see it an an issue 🤷‍♂️ Yes you're in the middle of a busy part of London, but if you need a central location then don't expect warbling streams & birdsong... So in summary, if you know what you're getting in for then you won't be disappointed. Or you can go around the corner to the Premier Inn and pay 3 times the price.

This is the perfect hotel for a short trip to London. Near to St Pancras, it was very easy to access to the hotel and to travel through the city due to the large number of metro lines available at St Pancras station. We had the lovely surprise to stay in a just renovated room with all the comfort. The hotel staff was very kind and available at any time.

A minus will be the lack of shower’s water pressure and the size of the room (as we were two staying in the same room). Rooms don’t have air conditioning. We stayed at the 4th floor and the heat was real, despite a cool weather outside.

Excellent value for money - £68 for a single room including full Breakfast. Considering this is London, where most rooms in this type of location are £150+ a night. Full breakfast, including Tea/Coffee/Juices/Cereals & fruit included for the £68 served 7:30 - 9:00am If you are looking for a budget / 'no frills' hotel near Euston station & you aren't bothered about everything being perfect, for £68 including breakfast this is the place for you

Considering this is a 'no frills' budget hotel, I won't be too critical. The Shower was a mixer shower & had a low trickle of water pressure, both of the taps on the sink were pouring hot water. It took around 15 mins from my Booking.com confirmation before it updated on their system.

This hotel was excellent value for money. Located really close to tube stations and UCL., it had everything I needed. The bedroom was very clean, I found the bed comfy and the room was lovely and warm on a cold night. Having breakfast included in the price was amazing and I appreciated the choice of cereal, toast and pastries.

The bedroom was small which was absolutely fine for me as I was only staying a night and didn't have much stuff. Could be trickier for a long stay.

Nice little hotel, good breakfast and friendly stuff.

When I asked to prolong my stay for one more night at the reception, I was told the price that was 40 pounds more than I paid earlier on booking.com. When i expressed my surprise, I was urged to check the booking.com, while the clerk was doing something at the computer. Indeed at that moment the price was that high. I did bargain off 10 pounds and ended up paying 30 pounds more for that one extra night. However, when I checked booking.com on the day for which I paid extra, the price on booking.com was back to the original one. Looks like cheating to me and not the way to treat an already staying customer.

Great location with very friendly welcome. Hotel is being refurbished however my room wasn't one of them so looked tired. Comfy bed. Easy to connect to wifi. Didn't experience any outside noise to disturb me in the night. Shower was hot. Breakfast was continental with cereals, toast, fruit, yoghurt and small selection of pastries.

Very tiny shower cubicle with shower curtain that kept getting in the way and the water pressure was poor.

1. Heating in room that worked (radiator). 2. Opening window. 3. Good tea and coffee making facilities. 4. Complimentary bottle of water. 5. Comfortable bed, slept well. 6. Excellent breakfast.

1. The lift was out of order during my stay, so a trek up the stairs to my top floor room. 2. Only one glass in the room, which was the toothpaste holder in the bathroom. 3. The light over the bed didn't work. 4. The shower was tiny, both in floorspace and height.

For travellers coming to London by train, the hotel is in an ideal location, just off Euston Road, halfway between Euston and Kings Cross stations, so whether coming by Avanti or LNER, the hotel is very easy to reach. The room was snug and warm and the bed comfortable. The towels were of good quality, two bath towels and a hand towel, and the bath towel I used was replaced each day. Breakfast decent, with cereals and cooked breakfast options. Reception and breakfast room staff were always friendly and smiling. There is a lift (a sweet old-fashioned one with manually operated doors). There are eating places nearby, on Euston Road.

The shower had good temperature control, but water pressure was rather low, whether morning or evening. It might have been nice to have little croissants or pastries available at breakfast. The building is slightly more 'tired' looking that you might suppose from the online pics. Hotel prices seem generally to have risen since Covid, and there are not quite the bargains that there used to be. But of course operating costs, utility bills etc, will have risen.

The hotel is in a fantastic location. I was only staying overnight so I was only a stones throw away from St Pancras but even if you’re travelling , you’ll be super close to London’s major transport hub. The room was comfortable and tastefully decorated. There was a lovely view through the window and a fan which made the night comfortable. Other amenities included a tv, kettle and hairdryer. The staff were incredibly friendly. Additionally, included in the price was a fully cooked English and cereals - definitely a great start to my morning!

Only 2 things: The hot water in the bathroom was scalding hot, so a ‘hot water’ sign would be a really important health and safety inclusion. In the corridor, a washing bag was left behind a fire door. Even though this could be easily remedied but it could be very dangerous in an emergency.

Great value for money. Loved the toiletries, tea and coffee, ensuite bathroom, and comfy bed. I needed somewhere near to King's Cross to stay due to train cancellation. Easy to book on booking.com. Not too noisy either. Amazed to have received a delicious breakfast in with my price. The hotel had all the essentials for a weary traveller. I was extra impressed by the reception staff, who displayed exemplary professionalism and compassion when helping an elderly guest book a room. When I left, I received a friendly farewell. I found this hotel out of necessity. Next time I stay in London, I will certainly check availability at this hotel.

The doors to the floors were a little awkward to open.
