Great location within easy walking distance of Kings Cross Station and Euston Station and tube. Could easily get to anywhere in the city we wanted to go. We attended a concert at Wembley which we were able to get to easily on the metropolitan line. Check in was quick and easy as was check-out. There is a £20 fee to check in early which I was happy to pay or they will store your luggage for free. Room was big enough for two. Beds were comfy. Complimentary water in the room and a Nespresso machine. Bathroom was compact but had everything we needed and the shower pressure was excellent. Air con could be adjusted freely with no temperature limits which I liked.

There was nothing not to like. It was a little pricier than what I would normally pay for a one night stay, but it was in an excellent location. We didn't have breakfast and so I cannot comment on that.

This hotel was absolutely fantastic. We originally had a reservation elsewhere, but upon arrival, the place was nothing like the photos and was not clean at all. In a bit of a panic, we booked this hotel—and just 10 minutes later, we were welcomed into the lobby. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredible. They could see we were still a bit shaken from our earlier experience and treated us with such kindness and professionalism. Their warm welcome immediately put us at ease. Our room was perfect—clean, spacious, and exactly what we needed after a stressful start to our trip. It truly felt like a breath of fresh air. Thank you so much for turning our London stay around. We’ll definitely be returning next time we’re in the city, and we’ll be recommending this hotel to all our friends and family!

Room clean and comfortable. It was a single room so quite small but it had great facilities - iron, decent long mirror, nespresso machine, water, tv, toiletries. Breakfast was excellent - lovely fresh fruit and decent quality hot / cold options. Nice coffee too.

Would have liked a big light over the full length mirror for doing hair, makeup, dressing etc. I needed a private space to work with a colleague in the morning after my stay. I was told to use the restaurant area, I explained this wasn't private for my confidential discussions, I was told I could use my room...this would not be an option as I would not invite a co-worker in to my private hotel room! I was then told there were meeting rooms which would have been great but they then asked me for £100 to use a room for 2 hours. I declined this. If this hotel would like business clients then I'd suggest some space where people can work in pairs would be beneficial.

A nice and practical room for solo travelers within a 6 minute radius of the London Euston station. A comfortable bed with fluffy pillows is included as well as a disposable shower cap, shoe covers, shower gel, conditioner, hand soap and lotion. It has a coffee maker, kettle and water is provided.

The only shortcoming is the lack of house shoes and bathrobe - for that price, it was my expectation that these would be included in the room. Additionally, the room service doesn't go beyond 10:00 pm with the last requests being at 9:30 pm - however you can order food from outside the hotel.

Property was located in a great location. Few minutes walk from St. Pancreas train station and only a short walk to the tube station also. Staff were so friendly on arrival, we were able to check in early and the male & female on arrival were so friendly and welcoming. Both made us feel very welcome and were attentive and friendly throughout our interaction. The room was small but that was to be expected in the location. But despite this it felt big enough for two people easily. Clean, tidy and had all the basics you would need. Warm shower, toiletries and fresh water waiting in the room for us. Overall I would genuinely rate this hotel 10/10 and will definitely stay again. We came for an Arsenal match and it was the perfect spot to rest our heads at such a reasonable price for somewhere so central. Room was great, staff were great, location was great. Would highly recommend! Staff should be very proud of themselves for how welcoming they all are, from the check in staff to the night staff to the two staff members down in the restaurant!

Nothing! Despite renovation works being completed at the hotel, you’d never know. We never heard or saw any disruption.

The staff on reception were very friendly, quickly checked me in and resolved the water issue by offering me a different room. This was sorted easily and I even got an upgraded room! Bed very comfortable, nice room and modern amenities. Quiet overnight despite location right near the station. Lovely hotel bar with nice staff.

I arrived late at night and unfortunately got to my room to find no running water. The bathroom - water spilled out of the shower easily and there was no working extraction fan.

The breakfast staff this morning were exceptional, turned up late and our server made sure we were still well accommodated. A credit to the hotel and an exceptional level of hospitality skills were displayed by him. I'm so glad we chose to have breakfast here. The check-in and out staff were also lovely and this was done efficiently without fuss. The staff here are clearly well trained and they all look happy to be there. The room was fresh and modern. Great location to both Euston and st pancras station. Would happily stay here again.

It's hard to criticise a well oiled machine.

Great location for the trains and tube stations, stayed as a solo traveller for a gig in Wembley and found it very convenient and comfortable. Bed and shower were nice, couldn't fault the room at all.

When checking in rather than dealing with one customer at a time the reception staff member helped multiple people at once which while was good I did find myself waiting a while for him to deal with people who were behind me in the queue which wasn't a problem as such but was a bit frustrating especially after a long commute, once checked in the room was very nice and check out was a smooth process.

I really liked this hotel. I arrive this one after I left another one that was so dirty and loud. The room was great, very very clean, very quiet! I have been in London 6 times and no doubt this is my favorite one! When I arrived to the reception I asked for a quiet room and they were so nice by giving a really quiet one!

The only thing I didnt like and its really small one is that the shower is not completely closed so a water get out a bit from the shower :)
