Property was located in a great location. Few minutes walk from St. Pancreas train station and only a short walk to the tube station also. Staff were so friendly on arrival, we were able to check in early and the male & female on arrival were so friendly and welcoming. Both made us feel very welcome and were attentive and friendly throughout our interaction. The room was small but that was to be expected in the location. But despite this it felt big enough for two people easily. Clean, tidy and had all the basics you would need. Warm shower, toiletries and fresh water waiting in the room for us. Overall I would genuinely rate this hotel 10/10 and will definitely stay again. We came for an Arsenal match and it was the perfect spot to rest our heads at such a reasonable price for somewhere so central. Room was great, staff were great, location was great. Would highly recommend! Staff should be very proud of themselves for how welcoming they all are, from the check in staff to the night staff to the two staff members down in the restaurant!

Nothing! Despite renovation works being completed at the hotel, you’d never know. We never heard or saw any disruption.

The breakfast staff this morning were exceptional, turned up late and our server made sure we were still well accommodated. A credit to the hotel and an exceptional level of hospitality skills were displayed by him. I'm so glad we chose to have breakfast here. The check-in and out staff were also lovely and this was done efficiently without fuss. The staff here are clearly well trained and they all look happy to be there. The room was fresh and modern. Great location to both Euston and st pancras station. Would happily stay here again.

It's hard to criticise a well oiled machine.

Great location for the trains and tube stations, stayed as a solo traveller for a gig in Wembley and found it very convenient and comfortable. Bed and shower were nice, couldn't fault the room at all.

When checking in rather than dealing with one customer at a time the reception staff member helped multiple people at once which while was good I did find myself waiting a while for him to deal with people who were behind me in the queue which wasn't a problem as such but was a bit frustrating especially after a long commute, once checked in the room was very nice and check out was a smooth process.

I really liked this hotel. I arrive this one after I left another one that was so dirty and loud. The room was great, very very clean, very quiet! I have been in London 6 times and no doubt this is my favorite one! When I arrived to the reception I asked for a quiet room and they were so nice by giving a really quiet one!

The only thing I didnt like and its really small one is that the shower is not completely closed so a water get out a bit from the shower :)

Great location just across from Euston Station. Lots to do around. Walked to Russell Square and on to Holborn easily. A lovely little park opposite. Restaurants on our doorstep. We had a room facing at the rear of the hotel so no street view. This suited us as it was amazingly quiet - you would not believe you were in London! Ok, the view of a building opposite with looking down into a conservatory of another building wasn’t the best view but after 30000 steps around London the peace and quiet and a fabulous nights sleep was more welcomed!

Duty manager Ahmed has to be commended as captain of this excellent hotel. All the staff are seriously professional, along with good old-fashioned manners. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the food is aplenty and extremely tasty. The room was so comfortable, clean and well provided for. Five minute walk from Euston main line and four minute walk to Euston Square underground. Before you go to London, check the availability at this hotel. Any other hotel I'm sure would be a let down.

The property is of a great standard, modern, clean and fresh. It is in an excellent location, right across the road from Euston or 5 minutes walk from St Pancras. Taxi and buses also located at Euston Station so very easy to get around the city. Even walking to Oxford street was a 20 minute enjoyable walk. The staff were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were very comfy, they aren’t massive however we weren’t staying at the hotel to be in the room.

I received an upgrade which meant the room size was not too small and not too big. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in and the best part of my stay. Toiletries were cute and tea making facilities welcome. Lighting also very good. Reception staff very helpful and I was grateful I could leave my bag when arriving early. Good location, few minutes walk from Euston Station. Direct journey to Heathrow airport after 10 minute walk to Russell Square tube station (Piccadilly line).

Shower head fixed to wall and wet room style floor meant one had to watch shower water did not go over the lip to the bedroom. Beautiful bay window in room left me feeling exposed to onlookers from opposite hotel if blinds were not lowered.

Great location very convenient if travelling into London via train. Very clean and tidy. Staff were professional, helpful and kind. Room was exceptional with very comfortable bed, clean modern bathroom and good views.

Unknown and unexpected additional payments on arrival. Was demanded to pay an additional deposit of £50 to cover any breakages and informed this would be returned to my bank within 8 days if no damage was caused. Not happy about this cause this was above my budget.
