Lovely staff

Very tiny bathroom, Small room, not comfortable bed, we had neck and back pain in the morning, after sleeping 1 night. It wasn’t enough clean in a room , it looked like nobody hover a room. There was problem with hot water. We did not have hot water at first and we spent a lot of time to solving this problem. Thank you for help lovely lady in the reception. Breakfast was included but we did not have it as they closed at 9am , it is also disappointing. You should do breakfast at least until 10 am!!

In a nice area, close to amenities, transport links, leisure activities, entertainment and shops. It is a fun area to explore. The hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful which made my stay very enjoyable.

In the unusually excessive heatwave , some kind of fans would have been useful,. Not something to expect in a traditional building like Guilford Hotel, but something to supplement the air from the window would be welcome.

Location midway between station and meeting place. Value for money for what is offered and perfect for one or two nights stay. Breakfast offers all of the basics which is enough to get your day started.

Room is quite small as is the ship style ensuite, stairs are also narrow - but must remember that this is an old victorian house. Cannot really change things. Remember that it is value for money

Breakfast was cereal and toast. Also tea , coffee and orange juice. Had a ground floor room which I asked for and they managed to accommodate this. Good location and staff very friendly and helpful. Have stayed here a couple of times now and won't hesitate to return.

Good beds, decent shower , easy access to the hotel , great location

The bathrooms are too small , was difficult to seat comfortably in the toilet. The carpet floor is not the best higiénic option .

I liked the fact that a breakfast was included in price. It was standard continental breakfast - toasts, butter, jam, yoghurt, cereals etc.

The price for the area was great. Staff lovely and helpful. The place was nice and tidy ish. Great location

The shower head was broken. But was still able to use it by holding it. The continental breakfast was just cereal and toast that's what they should put instead of continental breakfast. Thank you

Good location. Very helpful Receptionist who booked early morning taxi for St Pancras

The room was fine in a quiet location. The hotel is close to St Pancras as described. It was fine and reasonable value

Heating was not working. Luckily the weather was great. I hope in winter they work. Overall great place

24 hrs reception with very helpfull staff, e.g.: they provided me a phone charger, luggage storage was no problem. Spacious room (according to London standards).

Breakfast room was somewhat narrow and crowded.
