The staff at Bryson Hotel ( Miss Rozina and her colleagues) were exceptional and accomodating I had to check again whether I was paying too cheap of a price for my stay ; in hindsight I only booked Bryson Hotel upon arrival in London which on any normal circumstance one would expect to be charged heftily. On my second day I received a bottle of complimentary wine from the hotel and a letter that provided a warmth unmatched if not for the sanguine spirit I experience from your staff throughout my stay. Having the letter printed on a Conqueror paper speaks volume and is not unnoticeable. Thank you for the great hospitality and the pleasure or misfortune of having me as your guest.

If I may, lugging a trolley baggage on thickly tufted carpets is not neccesarily a pleasant experience.

This hotel definitely deserves a much higher rating. Even if it is an older hotel, it offers all the facilities of a 4-star hotel, for example tea, coffee, toiletries, impeccable cleanliness. But what matters most is the humanity of the staff, very attentive to satisfy the client's wishes. For example, I received a much earlier check-in, even before 12 o'clock, or I received a quiet room with a view of the inner courtyard. In short, impeccable services. I spent eight wonderful days in London and thanks to you. Sincere congratulations !Horia and Dana Troanca, Romania.

Excellent location. Very close to Farringdon station and Elizabeth line which takes you quickly to Heathrow. Also next to a bus stop that goes to Oxford Circus. A Pret just around the corner and less than 10 minutes from Exmouth Market which is full of nice restaurants and bars. Overall, quite convenient and very decent. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Would have rated excellent if the $ was lower but heck this is London and hotel prices are high!

Room was quite small and wall to wall carpeted. A bit of renovation for the flooring would be good. Mattress was too soft

The prestige room is spacious, free toiletries, located close to Central London, good pressure of water, clean bed and floor, reception available 24/7, decent wifi connection, a good smart TV which had a variety of channels available.

The toilet wasn’t cleaned before we came which wasn’t a pleasant sight, the AC didn’t work correctly - had to contact reception to give access, very thin walls as we could hear people in the rooms opposite and above us; we didn’t expect this from a prestige room as we paid extra, some of the facilities from the room were missing but after informing the receptionist they were provided.

The room was spacious, clean, and tidy. The internet connection was stable and fast, and the air conditioning functioned properly. Although the view overlooked the main street, the noise was minimal when the windows were closed, allowing for a peaceful sleep. The room also included a water heater with a sufficient supply of tea and coffee. The elevator was adequately sized to accommodate large suitcases. I had requested early room preparation during the booking, and this was arranged without any additional cost.

Hotel is located very conveniently close to a metro (underground) Farringdon station and bus stops, close to restaurants, Tesco express where you can buy bottled water and some groceries. Room is not very large, but it is enough space to rest after a busy day, bathroom is not small. Bed is large and comfortable. Air conditioning was working well. Small refrigerator is helping a lot. A staff is very friendly and ready to help. Samuel at a front desk was very friendly and proactive to help and answer all our questions and to give a valuable advises. We also got a converter to charge our phones. And we got a surprise from a hotel: a plate filled with grapes, bananas and strawberries delivered to our room. It was very nice! Thank you!

Didn't like a view from the window: it was a wall. But it didn't bother us much, we were returning to a hotel at night. See through door in a bathroom is good when you come with your couple, but with kids it is a bit tricky.

It had everything I needed.I thought the room was very nice, modern and clean..I observed that there was a crack in the mirror on the wardrobe door but otherwise all was fine .The location was perfect for where I needed to be.5 min walk to the train station which was very convenient. It was quiet and the staff seemed pleasant.

It did not have a bar😃

The location and room overall was great.

I had a long stay....The daily up keep of the room was poor, which was sad as I did complain about it and it was not addressed. The neighbouring resident to the hotel were very uncurtious. They were building n drilling throughout 2 nights, which was no fault of the hotel.

I liked the style of the room, even though upon first apperarance the bed semmed very low and uncomfotable we both enjoyed 2 good nights sleep. The hotel was located idealy for bars and resturants.

The minmal sockets to charge our phones and devices, we had to pug out one od the lamps in order to charge our devices.

Fantastic location, short walk from/to Farringdon Station. Super convenient to get to on Elizabeth Line from Heathrow as well as to get into central London. Room was comfortable, had everything I needed for a 1 wk stay for business & leisure. Bed was comfortable, had a small safe and fridge + kettle and basics. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. I was also able to store my luggage on the last day before flying out.

As the room faced main road, could have done with sheer curtains/blinds for privacy. There was also a street lamp directly outside my window. Room was a little worn but clean.
