It’s a big, stylish and comfortable apartment. Nice and comfortable beds. Very good price / quality ratio. Close to Farringdon station. Nice location. There’s a nice street food market at lunch times, just around the corner.

1. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. 2. The procedure with App to enter the apartament should be better described / detailed well in advance: how the App and key works, how many guests might need to have the App. Relying only in one phone to have the key to access the apartment was stressful since the phone might get stolen, lost or the battery dead). Also, App and key code should be communicated a bit earlier, to avoid last minute stress. Finally, the check out should allow the App to have access to the building to leave luggage after check put. We were told that after check out we could leave our luggage behind the stairs. However, the App and key didn´t allow us to access the building main door. Communication with management was not very helpful with these access issues.

The house is spacious and clean with a convenient location. Supermarket is just 2-3 mins away, and train station is 5-7 mins away. House is warm and good for cold weather.

Everything was according to description and photos. Very easy check-in, access and check-out system. Communication with property staff was good enough. Beds were comfortable and there were everything you need for a stay. Very good that there are two toilet-bathrooms.

Early check-in was not possible, but it’s understandable if the rooms needed cleaning after previous guests. Maybe there should be some kitchen essentials available (eg. baking paper, paper towels). The most uncomfortable concern was living room, because there was only the small sofa for two, and no seating for all family, but we managed.

We stayed in the apartment with our family. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and tidy. The bathroom is very nice, with plenty of towels and bathrobes. The kitchen is also fully equipped with everything needed, including a washing machine and dryer, which is especially important for a family with children. The apartment manager was very friendly. He responded quickly to my messages and helped with all the questions that came up. The registration process to get the electronic key took a bit of time, but by following the instructions and with the host's help, everything went smoothly. The location is very convenient—close to Farringdon train and underground stations. It’s easy to reach both the city center and the airports. The apartment is right next to Hatton Garden street, known for having the highest concentration of jewelry stores in the UK. Even if you don’t plan to buy anything, it’s worth walking around to admire the abundance of sparkling jewelry. If I had to mention anything negative, it would be that we would have been pleasantly surprised if there had been at least one socket suitable for a European plug. Since the lock is electronic and opened via phone, it would be nice to know that you can charge your phone if needed. But this is more of a bonus wish than a real drawback—socket adapters are widely available in the UK.

After some initial communication issues, and thanks to the invaluable assistance of Booking Customer Service, I highly recommend this accommodation. It's well located, close to buses, train stations, subway stations, restaurants, pubs, and supermarkets. The apartment is spacious and modern, with large bathrooms and all the amenities. The kitchen is comfortable and very well-equipped. The key system via the telephone application for four guests is a major advantage, allowing for independent entry and exit.

Check-in and communication with the host whas great, everything went great. Apartment is very spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. Proximity to the metro and bus.

Next time I would rather choose a different area of London. Not happy with the one toilet paper roll per the toilet. The shower in the big bathroom didn't work properly, and the other bathroom was very cold, so we couldn't actually use both (and that was one of the reasons to chose this apartment). Also, didn't have Nespresso machine, also one of the things that are important to us. Could use some hooks on the wall for the jackets in winter time.

Quiet location but very close to Oxford Street and other central London places to go. Comfortable and private. Two bathrooms very useful, nice kitchen area with table and chairs. Beautiful light from large windows and stylish curtains to ensure privacy when lights on.

One bedroom door had digital key lock on? So you had to make sure phone with digital key wasn’t left in that room

Good location about 25 mins walk from Kings Cross, but well served by tube if you don't fancy the walk. Everything you'd need in a kitchen, but with the added bonus of the Nespresso machine - and complimentary coffee pods! Nice contemporary decoration.

Sleeps six, but two of these are on a fold down sofa in the lounge area. Not a problem in itself but the bed had the worst 'roll together' i've ever experienced. could be solved with a rigid board under the mattress.

Good apartment with one large bedroom, there is a spring bed in the living room and the sofa also can be one bed for single person. Kitchen equipments are all fine, they have extra pillows and towels for back up. The location is close to British museum only 20 minutes walking, and price is great value compares to others room which available for 3 people in the summer. Recommend.
