Delicious and plentiful breakfast in the restaurant and attentive, friendly service. Very comfortable, spacious room. The bed was very comfortable. Great coffee, tea, and biscuits in the room. Big bottles of both still and sparkling water were provided complimentary. Nice robes and slippers provided. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful - the front desk staff provided superb customer service! Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again, without a doubt.

The Shower/Tub was a little dangerous to step (up) into and out of. It would be ideal to have a grab bar for safety.

The Marrable's Farringdon was such a nice place to begin my stay in London. The room was on the small side but just the right size for me. I was greeted by friendly staff at the front desk. The location in Clerkenwell was excellent and easily accessible to buses, trains, and walkable to anywhere as well. Also there is a nice restaurant bar in the hotel and other dining options just across the street and around the corner. The bed and especially the superb down pillows helped me sleep well after my long journey. LOVE the pillows! The coffee maker and tea stand with cold water bottles was such a nice thing to have just down the hall from my room. Really loved my stay at the Marrable's Farringdon and have already recommended it to my friends and colleagues!

My friend and I were in London for an express trip for Lana Del Rey's concert and the hotel was top notch! Conveniently located in Farringdon, next to a lively area with nice bars and restaurants, a lovely square behind and the hotel bar in a French style (we're French so that was a cute coincidence). The coffee machines on each floor available at all times were a bonus and the Head of Housekeeping (sorry I forgot her name) was so lovely and helpful when one of the machines was having an issue. We loved everything from the cozy room to the smiles and assistance of the reception team and waiters, we'll definitely come back here on our next London adventure!

Modern feel, with bright colours. Room was large with a really comfy bed and quality linen. Extra large bath towels and luxurious toiletries. Loved the coffee stations on each floor where the machine dispensed a range of coffee and hot chocolate. There was also an extensive choice of Twinnings Teas. There was also an ice storage container and glass bottles of chilled water (nice touch). The breakfast was served in the french brasserie and the choices for breakfast were plentiful. Staff friendly. Would love to stay again. Thank you.

Friendly welcome from reception. Room (twin 309) was very clean and roomy, beds so comfy. The room was at the rear of the hotel so away from main road traffic noise. Coffee stations on floor so convenient, free tea/coffee/water. Lovely soap products in room, bathrobe and slippers too. Couldn’t fault it. If I had to have one moan it would be that breakfast on our first morning felt a bit rushed, however we raised this the next morning and everything after that was perfect. The breakfast food is lovely. Didn’t sample evening meal but if breakfast is anything to go by I suspect it will be very good and well presented. Serviced by close bus stops and Farringdon Station a couple mins walk away. Would definitely recommend and I will return.

The staff are lovely! Everyone we talked to was so happy to help, always smiling. I visit London once or twice a year and have to say that this is the best service I have experienced in a long time

There is no tea/coffee making facilities in the room although you can get coffee at a machine on each floor but two of the three machines were out of order on one of the evenings which wasn't great. Would have preferred to be able to make a coffee in my room rather than to go to the machine. Especially first thing in the morning.

I was very pleased with the location of the hotel. It is conveniently situated near the Farrindon station, providing easy access to both the metro and the Thameslink train service, which offers a direct route from Gatwick Airport. The hotel room itself was comfortable and exceptionally clean. Additionally, the neighborhood felt safe and was close to central London, making it a perfect base for exploring the city.

However, I encountered some bureaucratic issues during my stay. The hotel was unable to change my room from a double to a twin with single beds, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, upon check-in, I was required to provide a credit card for a security deposit and personal information, which felt overly bureaucratic and somewhat intrusive.

I felt so grateful finding this place. All small things made my trip easy and comfy! I often stay in UK for business trips and as always all my meetings or trainings are location outside London. This time I stayed Marrables three times in my 4 weeks length stay in Europe. Every time, when I need traveling outside London the hotel kept my unnecessary luggages safe and then they put the luggage to my new room! Also they make all the effort to check in early! I’ll definitely come back here next time too:):) thanks a lot!

It’s very personal and not a problem for most of the travellers but I am fear of caterpillars and worms and one of the room has a drawing of these…

My partner and I stayed in London on the weekend of the 19-21 July 2024. I chose the Marrable for its location as I used to work on St John St and knew the area well. The location is great. Easy access to TFL tubes and buses as well as renting VOI scooters (which is fun). The hotel staff were very helpful and the room we stayed in was clean, great decor and the bathroom was spotless with a super Rain Forest style shower. We had breakfast at the Marrable's sister Hotel (The Zetter - Clerkenwell) and again, the staff there were very helpful and the breakfast was generous and very tasty! Not forgetting the attention to detail by the waiting staff in The Zetter!). Would definitely stay here again.

Cozy room, nicely decorated and well presented. Hotel very conveniently located not far from Farringdon underground station, so very easy to get out and about. Quite a few pubs, bars and restaurants nearby, too. The tea and coffee stations are very handy.

The room was quite warm, even with the heating switched off. We had to have the window open which meant a lot of noise from outside which was quite annoying. The hotel also was covered in scaffolding, which we didn't realise until about one day before hand when they sent an email about it. Fortunately, the scaffolding didn't cross our window but I would have been pretty disappointed if it had. Hopefully the other guests were aware of this before booking.
