Great location. All the staff were efficient and helpful. Check-in and out was smooth. Lovely design touches across the hotel, lots of places to sit and relax, and beautiful chairs too. Breakfast was excellent. Enjoyed sitting in the bar for an evening drink - good selection too including my favourite champagne by the glass. All in all a great choice of hotel for our London weekend stay, and with great service too.

There is a bit of traffic noise and a little bit of noise from other rooms. Have experienced worse elsewhere so this did not affect our stay. Likely for London this is a quiet location overall.

Rooms are big enough. Nice cleanliness. We are thankful to Mohammed who sorted out all the problems with his efforts. He made our visit a comfortable one. Apart from him most of the staff were also welcoming. Hotel location is pretty close to several tube stations and far from the hassle of busy main streets. Close to attractions, cafes and supermarkets. Nice breakfast, nice sufficient gym.

We didn't like the approach of the check-in lady who has greeted us at the beginning. She treated us like we were going to stay in her place which she provided for free. Thankfully rest of the team was great. The full glass windows that can't be opened wouldn't be my first preference.

Nothing. Only things would improve to make it excellent - should add a small vanity mirror in the bathroom as the big mirror is a bit too far away. Pillows were a bit soft, option for firmer pillows would be great.

Excellent comfortable business stay at central location. Perfect access to trains via Blackfriars and London Bridge. Good starting point for business meetings in the city. Fantastic breakfast, lovely staff.

Blackout blinds in my room were faulty. Room was bit cold. Lighting system was not really intuitive to use. Staff could have offered an introduction to all available facilities of the hotel at the start.

The staff was outstanding. Breakfast buffet had numerous selections and they even made special oatmeal for us with almond milk instead of whole milk. Bar area was large and a nice area to play a game or some cards. Staff helpful booking taxis, etc. Very young vibe (though we are not young)! Large rooms !

Location not really walking distance to main attractions for someone a bit physically challenged.

I cannot boast about this hotel enough. Excellent location, waking distance to restaurants, cafes, grocery store, pharmacy, London Eye (15 min walk for that one). Staff were over the top excellent. So helpful and friendly towards our kids from the moment we arrived. We really appreciated Mustafa who helped us with our luggage and was quick to provide the kids with toys to entertain them. The rest of the staff were amazing as well. The room was spacious and very clean. You should definitely stay here!

Location was good - just a bridge across from Blackfriars tube. Very comfortable room with modern amenities. Shower and bed both excellent.

A bit far to Heathrow airport - if with luggage, had to take uber or taxi, and going through the city meant traffic. otherwise, excellent.

The room was clean and spacious. Bed and sofa bed were spacious, soft and comfortable. Very lovely and helpful staff. Good location next to tube station, cafe, supermarket, superdrug and some of London top attractions (London Eye, Big Ben, Sky Garden).

Location is a little away from some of our places of interest i.e. (The famous Oxford Street, Edgware Road, Regent Street)

To hot in main areas and room temperature had to be turned right down to cool it. Nice smell in rooms but a bit overpowering. Breakfast COLD had to ask to microwave to warm it.

Amazing locations and facilities. "Dumdu" from the breakfast service was just excellent, she really makes the difference and handle situations efficiently focusing on customers. Best in class. Apologies if name is misspelled.

- Breakfast. I don´t find adequate charging your customers for the breakfast and first thing you bring them is the "breakfast menu" outside of what you have paid. It clearly worsen the experience. What should I paid for the breakfast then? - Staff on the Kitchen give you bread with their hands - Start vacuuming the restaurant at 11:05 when you have customers still having their breakfast is something absolutely avoidable
