It’s close to most of the popular attractions and within walking distance of several good restaurants. The room also had a stove and dishes.

Their policy is to only clean the room every four days. I think that is a little long. I would prefer every two or three days.

The hotel is in prime location if you want to watch the shows in the Strand area. Many restaurants in the area, there's a supermarket by the end of the street. It seems like it's a combination of an apartment building (upscale, with reception) with a hotel. The rooms were spacious, I guess bigger than more than the average for London. We were 3 and felt comfortable. The room had a kitchenette. Friendly, helpful staff.

Asked for a quiet room, but we got a street facing room. It seemed to me that they soundproofed the room, but I could still hear an occasional motorcycle/police siren at night. Taking into account all the pros of the hotel, I would still return despite the mentioned above.

Fantastic serviced apartment in an ideal location! We stayed in the fully equipped family room with a kitchen, and it exceeded our expectations. The room, kitchen, and bathroom everything was excellent, and the kitchen was perfectly equipped according to our needs. The room was quiet and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, always greeted us with a smile, and were happy to help with anything we needed. Fresh towels, toilet paper, and any other essentials were provided promptly. Highly recommended — we would definitely stay here again!

it would be great to have an additional full-length mirror in the room and it would have been helpful to know in advance that there’s a coffee machine, so we could bring our own capsules from home :)

The location is great, close to restaurants, British Museum, Holborn tube, West End, Chinatown. Everything we need is within 10-15 minutes walk. I do appreciate the washer/dryer combo inside the room, it's very convenient. Staffs are nice, friendly and helpful.

Cleaning could be better, our white socks darken when we use to walk in the room. And when I wiped the floor with paper towel it turns black. There's quite a bit of dust on the window sill. Our room's window faces office's building window and we can see inside their window so I'm pretty sure they can see ours if we don't keep our windows closed. Wall is thin, we could hear conversation sound of our neighboring room.

The room was very quiet. We had occasional noise from the hallway, but not enough to bother us at night. The windows were solid and dampened all but the loudest of street sounds. The bed was very comfortable. The location was awesome. We were halfway between Holborn station and Covent Gardens area. Easy to get around and a lot of access to good food. Our window was broken when we arrived. I was impressed how fast they had someone there to fix it. Maintenance was accommodating and courteous.

The only real gripes I had was the bathroom light was outside the bathroom so if you had to use the bathroom in the middle of the night the bedroom got flooded with light. The other thing was the shower had a glass panel that tended to get a lot of water on the floor. Neither were big issues.

We had the Superior Apartment since we were 2 adults+ 2 teenagers and it was plenty of space. Exceptional staff (especially Youssef who was always very friendly and helpful). Very clean, comfortable beds. Great Wi-Fi. The location was very central to everything we wanted to see - we walked everywhere and had multiple underground options within 5-10 mins walk from property as well. Safe area, we were out with the kids until late at night and never had any issues or felt unsafe. The heater got too warm one night (for our personal preference) and Youssef was prompt at adjusting to fit our needs. 100% recommend and would stay here again if back in London.

Good apartment, we were two adults and two kids (4 & 5), one bedroom with shower/toilet and another room with pull out sofa and adjoining kitchen. Stayed 3 nights. The reception staff were very friendly, easy check in, not to far walk from Holborn Tube. We went to watch the Snowman at the theatre opposite the apartment, so easy to get too, central location.

Was excited to be given a bottle of bubbly on arrival, before we realised it was non alcoholic, what's that all about! London is expensive, but that's no fault of the apartment...

Lincoln Suites is in a great location, very close to Covent Garden. Liked the one bedroom suites. Nice kitchen. Cameron, front desk staff, was fantastic to work with.

The shower stall was less than positive. When showering the water got all over the bathroom. It would have been nice to have pans to cook with that were newer and cleaner. Frying pans were old and utensils to cook with were lacking. One of the staff desk staff was really unpleasant and very argumentative about cleaning the suite. It was our 4th day of 7 days. He claimed we were on our 3 day when it was actually our 4th day. In general he never greeted us as when came in and out of the hotel. Didn’t even thank us of staying with Lincoln suites as we left. Also, the suite was very sterile. Possible add a bit of warmth with something. It felt very institutional.

The location was absolutely superb! The layout and size of the apartment was ideal with just the right amount of space for everything. It was very nice having lots of natural light coming through the windows. The bathroom products were really lovely to use. The ability to easily set up Chromecast on the TV was a great and really beneficial feature.

It would be beneficial for the kitchen to have a draining board as the worktop could get quite cluttered after cooking a meal and trying to wash up. Some more hooks by the door would have been beneficial for coats as the wardrobe space was quite small meaning minimal hanging space. The bed was quite soft which caused some back ache, we personally prefer a firmer bed but appreciate that is more a matter of personal preference.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and they ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay which we really appreciated. We arrived early and were able to store our luggages with reception until check-in was ready. The room was spacious, gorgeous, and impeccably clean with all amenities being new and fully functional. AC and hot water in the shower worked well. The sofa bed was already prepared for us upon arrival, and having our own washer/dryer was incredibly convenient for doing laundry. The location was fantastic, being right in the heart of London and close to everything. At night, the area felt safe and the room was quiet, allowing for a restful stay. Overall a marvelous experience, we will definitely stay here again.

The shower didn’t have a door so the bathroom floor gets wet after use, but a floor towel easily solved the issue. The free wifi sometimes falters. As a serviced-apartment-style accommodation, there was no breakfast or room service, but we knew this in advance so it wasn’t an issue for us.
