Excellent apartment high quality fixtures and fittings. Fabulous location.

Upon arrival the key code I was E mailed 24 hours before did not work. It took me 1 hour to get someone on the phone to speak to. Eventually they reset the code remotely. However my 88 year old mum was sitting on the stairs in very hot weather . The live chat did not solve the problem. Further I had paid extra for an earlier arrival time. Which I did not get. Also no communication after from the company with a refund.

The location was fantastic, the property was immaculate, and the bed was spacious and cozy. The kitchen was well-equipped with teas, coffees, and basic essentials. There were plenty of power outlets, which made things so convenient. I would absolutely stay here again.

A few more cups and slightly larger mugs would have been useful. As for the low-quality toilet paper, I ended up deciding to buy my own.

The location was amazing (I grew up in London). The concept / decor really good. I'm not that easily impressed but it felt really special. It was a very memorable stay, worth the price. I loved it.

A couple of small things were right, the TV didn't work and the glass dining table wasn't attached to the base, didn't feel safe for our kids. But the staff were responsive in offering to fix these issues and these points were really minor compared to all the things that this place got right.

We loved everything. The flat was clean, quiet, next to tesco (important for us) and lots of places to grab food. If travelling with kids, I wonder where the kids would sleep. This time I was just with my daughter, so it was fine, the bed is super large and easy to share.

Beautiful apartment, fantastic location. Clean, comfortable, secure, well equipped. Would happily stay again.

Unfortunately the air con & WiFi we’re not working during our stay. The online staff were very helpful and sent an engineer the same day, but the problem was not fixed. Otherwise everything was great.

Really large apartment right in the center of London. Clean and spacious for large groups.

This apartment is advertised with AC but It's not available in the building. Also had issues with the elevator not functioning.

We asked for a small fold up bed or bed guard for our 3 year old but there was nothing there. The dishwasher didn’t work ( which was reported) The apartment though lovely could have had few more homely touches eg cushions, rugs. it did feel very clinical.

Door code was incorrect when we arrived after an international flight. Had to wait 20 minutes for new electronic code. Workers came into the flat repeatedly over our week stay. VERY inconvenient and disruptive. No respect for privacy. No one renting a flat for a week should have so much disruption and rudeness. Won’t stay here again due to staff lack of communication, disruption and lack of privacy.
