The staff at the reception has been extremely welcoming and helpful. The houskeeping staff in the hallway has been friendly and smiling anytime. We did not eat breakfast on site but have been to the cheese and wine thingy which was pleasant.

I think the beds were comfy but a little small. Maybe you could find an option to have 2 separate beds instead of one queen in every single room. We were assigned an handycap accessible room, which was fine but even there was no extra bed available. I believe it would just make sense in a room that typically serves a purpose.

Neat and modern, liked the hard floors. Elevator present. Area nice with plenty of shops and restaurants but pubs next door crowd the sidewalks at night and forces pedestrians into the street and traffic. Noise wasn’t bad on the fourth floor- occasional sirens at night. Area felt safe and there was a police station across the street. Proximity to underground station very good- about a 5-6 min walk but with some mild slopes (Covent Square, Leicester Square, Embarkment)- can take the underground straight to Heathrow Airport or Charing Cross station/Eurostar/St Pancras. WiFi fast and reliable. Space very small which made it uncomfortable to work, eat and change, with no table, but that was expected with booking. I saw some people in the small ground floor lobby working on laptops there. Some painted surfaces like the top of the bed did not look very clean- corners with dust and mug stains on surface. Some stains on duvet when arriving, which is how I knew at least the top sheets are not changed during a multi-day stay. Rooms cleaned and filtered water bottle refilled every two days. Body wash and soap provided but no shampoo or conditioner. The hair dryer was strong. No closet but hooks provided by the door. I had trouble waking up in the morning as the room stayed dark even after sunrise. Overall, it was a good stay, but I think I’ll splurge on a bigger room next time.

The location is perfect for solo travelers especially as a woman. There is a police station near and its a 5min walk to a lot of shops. I was able to walk anywhere. For the tower bridge and other sights the underground is only a few minutes away. The staff was really nice and helped me with all of my questions. My room was clean and after one night it got cleaned again. You can also watch TV and in general the facilities for that price are really good.

The room is smal but for me that was no problem. You can also hear others good but that also didnt disturb me a lot cause i expected it.

Superb location- a short walking distance from major attractions in the centre of London. A pleasant neighborhood, full of useful facilities- caffes, restaurants, Tesco, close to 2 subway stations. A wonderful staff- polite, helpful and very efficient. The check in and check out were quick and easy. The rooms were very clean and neat, very small but we'll equiped, a good water pressure in the bathroom and enough warm and hot water. We really enjoyed our stay and we'll definitely come back to stay here if we're in London again.

The room is really small, but it was known ahead. Takes a bit getting used to, but it was not a problem. Also a glass bathroom is not suitable for parent and child of different genders, but are totally fine for a couple or a parent and a kid of same gender, as we were

AMAZING location, super close to plenty of theatres, lovely restaurants, and the tube. Staff were extremely helpful and the rooms were very efficiently designed to fit all you needed into quite a small space (do note that when I say small, I do mean that... If you are staying with another person, make sure you are VERY comfortable with them, because only glass seperates you from the bathroom and the beds are against the wall on 3/4 sides). Also, shout-out to the on-site kitchen, I had a toastie and tea from them one evening and it was delicious and extraordinarily reasonably priced for a central London hotel.

Rooms seemed to collect dust at a very fast rate (had bed sheets changed once and they were dusty when we returned in the afternoon). Due to an unfortunate incident regarding a dropped phone, I did discover that underneath the beds are not cleaned terribly often, but I imagine (and hope) most guests won't have cause to consider this.

The staff was superb. Very helpful and kind. They all seemed to enjoy their work and appreciated their co-workers. So much so, I fancied working there. The breakfast and wine/cheese evenings were very enjoyable and high quality. The room itself was small (I knew that when booking), but was very efficient and clean with a very comfortable bed and modern tech conveniences. As a young woman staying alone for the week, I never felt threatened or unsafe. The local police station was across the street. I appreciated the free bottles of tap water that were available on-demand. If you're a tourist, the location can't be beat. Despite the lively street outside, the room interior was quiet and peaceful. Perfect respite after a long day of sightseeing.

The minimal storage space in the room is something to overcome. There are a few hangers and hooks to hang-up a handful of clothes, but no drawers whatsoever. If you're okay with using your suitcase as clothes storage, and don't have delicate clothing to hang up, it's fine. The bathroom did have ample storage for toiletries and such, though. There is no car parking available in the vicinity, but I don't expect that's an issue for most visitors.

Excellent service from the staff. They did not seem stressed like some other places. Great place for my first night in the UK. They helped me get oriented. I was tired and icky from the long flight and train ride. They let me freshen up in their common area bathroom. Room had everything I needed for a solo traveler. It was nice to be able to control the temp and lighting in the individual room. Very clean. Secure. The noise level was typical of a central location. Quiet most of the day but some crowd noise at next door pubs but nothing crazy or extended. Good location-little tricky to find first time. Plenty of hot water. Let me store my bags before check in and after check out.

The rooms are small, which suited me just fine as a solo traveler. However, this property might not be a good fit for a couple or big and tall people.

cleanliness was amazing though I did find it odd in my room in particular there was a pillow case wedged high between the shower and a pillar but it didn't really bother me much. Staff was amazing, the 2 ladies I spoke to at reception were incredibly friendly and happy to help but sadly I didn't think to get their names. Rooms I think were quite soundproofed (or atleast mine) as I couldn't hear anything when I was in my room.

Maybe a drawer or 2 somehow? I was packing very light so it didn't affect me too much but there wasn't much room to store clothes outside of your bag or suitcase.

The location was great for us. Just between Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square and Leicester Square. The hotel was very clean everywhere, reception, rooms, bar etc. All the staff were very friendly, helpful, courteous. While we didn't have the breakfast, it looked and smelt very nice. The rooms are very small (just in case you didn't know) but very nice. Once you get over the actual size of the room, it's a nice place to stay. Comfy Beds and very clean with excellent shower. Also our room did not have any windows, which was actually great as we slept in until 10am as no light pollution or outside noise!! Much needed rest. Bonus : In our Hotel every Tuesday and Saturday night until around 8pm is Cheese and Wine Night. All Wine and Cheeses are on the house!! Great selection of Cheese and freshly made breads and really nice wines. Thank You!

Nothing other than the initial size of the room. If I had looked at the hotel details better before booking I would have known, but I was mainly focussing on location. I would deffo stay again.

I have stayed here and at other Z hotels in central London and central is the key the locations are just perfect as are the staff . At the Trafalgar Z Hotel look out for Ali he was so kind and helpful especially appreciated as I use a walking stick all the staff including the cleaners are cheerful helpful able to help you beyond the normal hotel routines The wine and cheese evening events were a delightful free addition to there service. Best deal in London. Ursula

Nothing. Oh no fridge but the ground floor free endless coffee and lovely 24 hour service compensated. I was able to satisfy my Love of milky tea by asking them for extra milk and tea always served free with a smile
