Bed was super comfortable. Front desk mentioned they recently added all new beds.

Perfect location, staff incredibly helpful. Feels like a little sanctuary in the middle of complete crazy mayhem that is central London.

No milk in room for tea/coffee, had to go searching for staff member who could help this morning, otherwise everything excellent.

The location was fantastic and the staff were very friendly. Our room was quite large (premium king), and faced Leicester Square.

The rooms definitely need to be updated. Furniture is old and worn, but everything was clean.

The room on the 7th floor was spacious by London standards with views of the city. Great size and comfortable bed. Good facilities excellent breakfast.

Lifts were slow. But not a major issue

Upon checking in we found we had been given a room upgrade (thank you very much!). Also, my husband had left the charger for his ipad in the room when we checked out. When he telephoned later in the day to see if it had been found he was told it had and that they would post the item back to us. Very happy husband!

We asked for a pina colada cocktail at the bar on the Saturday evening and it had to be made three times before an acceptable one arrived. Then, after some sightseeing on the Sunday we went back to the hotel to collect our bags and went to the bar for a final drink before leaving, at about 3.00 pm, but there was no bartender available to make cocktails.

Love the hotel as I stayed here before. Always have great stay.

Nothing to dislike.

Convenient location. The staff was absolutely amazing! I had come over for work trip. My mum who was visiting me from Qatar had tagged along. The staff kept our luggage safe and they were extremely kind to my mum while she was alone at the hotel. My mum forgot to check out at 12pm and ended up checking out at 2pm instead. They did not mind the late check out. Our request for twin beds was also accepted. I was quite sceptical about the location but felt completely safe at the hotel. There is plenty of space on the ground floor to sit and relax. Free water was also provided which was great as lot of hotels in London have stopped doing that. Overall I’m very impressed with the service and would definitely recommend it my friends and family.

I stayed at the Radisson Blu Leicester Square on Saturday for my birthday, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, the team went above and beyond to make my stay special. Our room was upgraded and it was absolutely beautiful—the bed was incredibly comfy, making it the perfect place to relax. I was blown away by the thoughtful birthday touches: a delicious cake, prosecco, and balloons waiting for me in the room made me feel truly celebrated. The front-of-house staff were so friendly, and the gentleman who checked us in was such a credit to your team—professional, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Thank you so much for making my birthday in London so memorable. I will definitely be returning!

Great location but room quiet, in spite of being right on Leicester Square. Well appointed, comfortable, room. Good selection at breakfast. All the team most helpful!

Only minor issues - the ‘hot’ breakfast dishes were lukewarm, suggesting a problem with the efficiency of the chafing dishes (a shame because, otherwise, the breakfast was excellent), and the soap and shampoo containers hard to dispense (using dispensers is a good idea but the brand used seemed to be hard to depress and catch the liquid). Didn’t spoil our stay but it seems right to pass on these relatively minor issues as, clearly, this property is striving to do such a good job!

We had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Blu Leicester Square. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, and the hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the area. The staff went truly above and beyond – I accidentally left valuables in the safe, and they immediately called me and arranged secure overnight postage to return them, which I greatly appreciated. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options that both kids and adults enjoyed. Highly recommend for both families and anyone wanting a hassle-free, enjoyable stay in London.
