Perfect location, staff incredibly helpful. Feels like a little sanctuary in the middle of complete crazy mayhem that is central London.

No milk in room for tea/coffee, had to go searching for staff member who could help this morning, otherwise everything excellent.

The location was fantastic and the staff were very friendly. Our room was quite large (premium king), and faced Leicester Square.

The rooms definitely need to be updated. Furniture is old and worn, but everything was clean.

The room on the 7th floor was spacious by London standards with views of the city. Great size and comfortable bed. Good facilities excellent breakfast.

Lifts were slow. But not a major issue

Upon checking in we found we had been given a room upgrade (thank you very much!). Also, my husband had left the charger for his ipad in the room when we checked out. When he telephoned later in the day to see if it had been found he was told it had and that they would post the item back to us. Very happy husband!

We asked for a pina colada cocktail at the bar on the Saturday evening and it had to be made three times before an acceptable one arrived. Then, after some sightseeing on the Sunday we went back to the hotel to collect our bags and went to the bar for a final drink before leaving, at about 3.00 pm, but there was no bartender available to make cocktails.

Great location but room quiet, in spite of being right on Leicester Square. Well appointed, comfortable, room. Good selection at breakfast. All the team most helpful!

Only minor issues - the ‘hot’ breakfast dishes were lukewarm, suggesting a problem with the efficiency of the chafing dishes (a shame because, otherwise, the breakfast was excellent), and the soap and shampoo containers hard to dispense (using dispensers is a good idea but the brand used seemed to be hard to depress and catch the liquid). Didn’t spoil our stay but it seems right to pass on these relatively minor issues as, clearly, this property is striving to do such a good job!

Superb location. Staff were so friendly and helpful. I had booked a Superior twin room, but no twins were available so they upgraded us! Room was beautiful and very clean. Great view over Leicester Square.

While the room upgrade was nice, it did mean that one of us had to sleep on a rollaway bed. It was comfortable enough, but not what I had expected for the price I paid. It was only for one night though, so not the end of the world and is the only criticism I have.

We had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Blu Leicester Square. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, and the hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the area. The staff went truly above and beyond – I accidentally left valuables in the safe, and they immediately called me and arranged secure overnight postage to return them, which I greatly appreciated. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options that both kids and adults enjoyed. Highly recommend for both families and anyone wanting a hassle-free, enjoyable stay in London.

Welcomed was very nice and informative. Specifically asked for twin beds as I was visiting with my cousin, thankfully was given our request thank you. Breakfast we were served by a very lovely kind lady called Adeline, she worked there when I used to visit before all the decor had changed in reception and eating areas. Was on ‘the ball’ with all her tables we had to wait for nothing. Definitely a very personable lady helpful and a joy to be served by. A credit to your company. We had a lovely stay in your hotel and felt very safe thank you.

Just a few small things - Only thing we were surprised at was that we could not get a cup of tea/drink after 11 when we got back from our evening out. Yes we can have a drink in the room but we only like fresh milk not pasteurised. Not very keen on the products in the bathroom very difficult to get soap/gel out of bottles.

The location of the hotel is super. Most convenient for theatres and there are plenty of good restaurants in the vicinity. Our room was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable, although there was damage to the window pane which was a bit unsightly when the blind was open. The view from our window was fine (London Eye and Big Ben in the distance). A room overlooking Leicester Square would have been nicer but would, not unreasonably, I think, have cost more and may be noisier at night. The choices at breakfast were terrific - full English, meats, cheeses, fruit, yoghurts and pastries etc. The reception staff and waiting staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Will have no hesitation in booking this hotel again.

Nothing, really!

Our stay in London was part of my wife's birthday present and the Radisson Blu team and staff really made the trip and experience that little bit more special. We had a bottle of Champagne and a little birthday cake in our room along with balloons and decorations on the bed, thank you Radisson, it was a really nice extra little touch for our stay in London.

The toilets near the restaurant (when you go down the stairs) was dirty when I went to use this after breakfast which wasn't very nice. More regular cleaning of this space would have helped.
