Room - Well laid out room with an exceptionally comfortable bed. Location - Probably the best location for a hotel we have stayed in London. Staff - Friendly, welcoming and professional.

Breakfast - If you arrive at the wrong time the queues can be long to get in. The coffee machine produces tasty coffee but limited machines can be a wait.

Perfect locaton to visit all of central activities in London. Staff was very helpfull. Rooms are very quiet.

Breakfast is better to take at an exterior location, is far cheaper. Everything is at walking distance.

Breakfast was not up to the standard we expected. Food was not replenished and queue for coffee was long. Not enough staff on duty.

The hotel is in a brilliant location & very easy to reach by Underground. The staff were very polite, professional & friendly. The breakfast was good & very flexible in terms of access times. Check in & out was prompt & straightforward.

The hotel room was very comfortable, clean & had all the amenities we needed, but the lighting was so white & stark it made the ambience feel weird & uncomfortable. It was a lovely tall room with white walls, but this added to the feeling of strangeness while we were there. I would advise the hotel to change to softer lighting: a very small adjustment which would make a huge difference to guest experience. I feel really bad for mentioning this as it sounds like such a small thing, but we stayed for 2 nights & remarked upon it several rime. Everything else was great though, hence my score of 9/10.

I'm sitting in my next hotel missing the Club Quarters. I love that hotel. It was our second stay there and I hope to again. The staff is wonderful. The rooms are large. There is water and ice available on each floor! The location can't be beat. The restaurant was even good. The residents' lounge with tea and coffee was so nice. A refrigerator in the room. The bathroom was bright and counter space was plentiful. Loved the shower! I just feel at home there.

The bed was squeaky. If you needed to get up during the night, you had to be careful not to make too much noise when you got back into the bed. 😄

The hotel was very central. Close to all what we were looking for the staff are friendly and welcoming. I must pass on a good recommendation on the hotel front office especially he lady's two particular once Lima and Jamma when we asked for something always got positive response. It would be an honour for me to have them as colleagues.

I like all what there was to offer but one thing I like to point out is when we checked out at noon our key card had no more access to the lounge which our flight was in the evening may to unwind before our journey. This was our second stay I suggest that loyal visiter get rewared.

The hotel’s location was perfect. Close to most attractions, as well as metro and bus. I arrived 6 hours before check in time and was able to go to my room right away without additional cost. This was a big relief after 20+ hours travel. Staff were great and I enjoyed my stay. My favourite spot was the living room which had complementary coffee. Will come back next time I’m in London.

Room and furniture was a bit dated, but all was very clean. A modern/fresh look will improve the experience.

You cannot beat the location. Right by Trafalgar Square and 5 min walk to 2 underground stations. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and a decent size for London.

We arrived in the early morning before the official check in time. We were prepared to just drop our bags and go exploring but they told us our room was ready and we could check in. But they then charged us 40 pounds to do so. I didn’t feel this was right since the room was already ready. We didn’t ask for early check in. And they didn’t have to do anything extra.

Club Quarters Trafalgar Square was immaculate. The decor was tasteful and welcoming. The staff were excellent and courteous, assisting me (walking sticks user due to poor balance) whenever I needed help and making sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. My accessible room was perfect with a large walk-in shower and support rails. My room also included an iron and board, hairdryer, a safe, a large TV, shower room products, a nice snug throw in case I felt chilly and of course tea and fresh coffee-making facilities. The breakfasts were generous with a great variety of dishes available.

I could find no fault with the hotel.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, gorgeous views/location! Polite staff and hotel excellent facilities/cleanliness! Definitely reccomend and would stay again.

Breakfast included in price would make it 10/10 but everything else exceptional
