Some of the reception stuff, they need to be more qualified on welcoming all the residents regardless of their nationalities or the status ( family or single). They need to know how to find the solutions for any issues, they asked me to pay and I did then they left me for more than 2 hours while they busy with other residents. When I get tired I went to check what was the problem since they have another room that I can at least take rest! And then I asked again another lady once she checked the room was ready but no body come to tell me! I was who going to check and offer the solution!

From the moment we arrived, I felt genuinely cared for. The staff at Hits London Hotel are absolutely lovely—always welcoming and ready to help with a smile. The bar team stood out with their great sense of humor and contagious energy; they were always smiling and made our evenings even more enjoyable. The reception team was incredibly kind to me, especially when I lost my phone. They were so understanding and went out of their way to help. They also offer taxi services through their own trusted contacts, which was really convenient and reassuring. The rooms were spotless—super clean and tidy. We even received a bowl of fresh fruit in our room, a thoughtful gesture that made us feel right at home. It’s clear they truly care about their guests. Overall, I felt not just like a guest, but like part of a family. I can’t wait to come back!

The attentive service is slick without being insincere. Afternoon Tea was elegant and good value for money, with a lovely extra touch of presenting me with a small cake to celebrate the occasion. The room was pristine and the added extras of slippers, water by the bed and bookmarks during the 'turn down' service just go to enhance the experience. Breakfast was faultless. Not sure where they get their berries from that are so full of flavour in March! Everything is served at the table, no buffet style, which is so refreshing as this seems to be the norm at most hotels these days. Altogether, a fabulous experience and such a lovely way to celebrate a special occasion or milestone.

It's difficult to find anything that's not to like about a stay at the Ritz. If I was picky, I would say that the traffic noise through the night was quite loud, but that's hardly the fault of the hotel!

The Ritz is an experience in itself, amazing staff, everything is very very very formal. The bedroom was gigantic and very clean. Great location.

I didn't like the silence in the breakfast room (not even a bit of music, nothing). They will check your shoes (no matter how expensive your sneakers can be, you will constantly feel out of place) and the staff may make you feel underdressed, which to be honest was a bit annoying but I guess is part of the package when staying at this iconic hotel. No gym available.

We loved every moment of our stay at The Ritz London. From the warm welcome and seamless service to the luxurious upgrade to a Deluxe King Suite overlooking Green Park, every detail was perfection. The personalised touches, including fresh fruit, handmade chocolates, and rose petals, made us feel truly special. The dining experience at the Michelin-starred restaurant was unforgettable, with exquisite dishes and exceptional service. Breakfast served in our suite with a stunning view was the perfect start to the day. The attention to detail, elegance, and hospitality were unparalleled, making our stay truly magical.

Excellent bar none. We enjoyed a few nights stay post-christmas for our wedding anniversary. Every member of their staff is exceptional. Expect professional and friendly service and knowledgable recommendations. Our room was spacious and well appointed. The elegant touches make the experience from the heated bathroom floor to rose petals for our anniversary. The experience truly is end-to-end - we have never had such a smooth check-out, from our room to the town car in less than 5 blissful minutes. Keen to return!

Staff incredible, room incredible just an amazing experience

To be honest I was expecting to have tea and coffe in the room, I didn’t mind paying extra but when you pay £1300 for a room I expected to at least have a cup of team and coffee

The rooms are a stunning example of early 20th century interior design, they really are beautiful, but it’s all about the service at the Ritz, you are genuinely treated like the most important person in the hotel, regardless of who you are, it’s exceptional. Yes it is very expensive but you really do get what you pay for.

The only down side and it really is the only thing, is the road noise, it’s really down to the windows not being double glazed due to the age of the building. You do get used to the road noise, but you can’t stop people using their car, lorry, bus horns……incessantly!

restaurant was fully booked , I would expect a table for dinner since we were paying £1000 per night only to be told we would have to order in the bar from the bar menu,

The breakfast was fantastic. We had afternoon tea on the first day which was the best afternoon tea I have ever had. Loads of choices. Evening meal and the dancers and band all excellent. Was situated in a lovely part of London where I had not stayed before and so lots to do and next to beautiful Green Park.
