I have stayed at this incredible cozy hotel countless times, and each visit is just as amazing as the first! From the moment I arrive, the staff welcomes me like family, always ensuring that every detail is perfect with their warmth and professionalism. The service is simply outstanding—the team goes above and beyond to make every stay unforgettable. The rooms are always immaculate, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after a day in London. The location is fantastic, allowing easy access to the city’s best attractions, and the dining options are exceptional—delicious food, great variety, and top-notch presentation. After so many visits, I can confidently say that this hotel feels like a second home, and I will keep coming back again and again. Superb! First time at a Como hotel, and am bowled over. The staff are exemplary, and they are what makes this such a wonderful hotel. It is because of Arjun in particular, that I will now try to stay at a Como wherever I go. Arjun has really made this the perfect five star experience for us, from the moment of welcome. Our standard room was of classic 5-star hotel standards and very spacious, with a huge shower, spacious bathroom, and had everything that every good 5 star provides with very good quality bedroom slippers, bathrobes and vanity kit. Mini bar was very well-stocked: half bottle of Taittinger champagne, Chablis, beers and liquors, and good quality tea, coffee. Housekeeping staff are all fantastic, and very fast in delivering any items requested. Breakfast was the BEST I’ve ever had in London!!! Served in natural daylight from a translucent pyramid ceiling, which is a beautiful way to wake up. Many clean, lean and healthy menu options which are perfect for alkaline, vegan, vegetarian, or calorie-controlled diets, or for those into health and wellness. The staff are absolutely fantastic at breakfast, warm, polite, friendly, professional. Nothing was too much trouble. My full English breakfast with a side of avocado was perfect, with extremely good quality ingredients. We were served a complimentary shot of “blood building” juice to start, which was delicious. I ordered my own concoction of celery, cucumber, lettuce and lemon, which was also delicious because of the quality of the ingredients. The peppermint tea is also very high quality. So happy with my stay! And can’t wait to be back!

Interior design is not the best - shower, although big, was flooding and a pool of water on the floor each time we had a shower. There were no USB ports by the bedside for a hotel of this calibre, only a power point (UK point) but it was not next to the bed, but by the side of the bed head rather than at the bedside table (short charging leads don’t reach the bed).

The overall impression of the hotel from the exterior is simple and minimalistic, given it's brilliant location is a positive, however one inside there is a welcoming atmosphere. We arrived earlier than our expected check-in time, which was very well accommodated with us being taken to our room, having received a complimentary upgrade. Our room was a wonderful size, and well appointed and the staff were willing to assist with any questions or queries we had. We had breakfast included in our room rate, which was very pleasant, with a wonderful selection which was all presented well and the food was of good quality, despite an issue with one meal, that was dealt with professionally and quickly.

The only negatives for the hotel was the bathroom and breakfast experience. We felt the bathroom was too small, in comparison to the size of the room in particular and the shower was not up to the standard I would have expected for the calibre of the hotel. Whilst useable the size did not allow for a comfortable experience. Our negative experience at breakfast involved a foreign object in one meal, which was dealt with I believe professionally and quickly, it was however unpleasant and unexpected.

Me and my husband go to London often but never have we been completely blown away with the level of service and quality of a stay. This time the London visit was for my birthday so we decided to leave the babies with my parents to make it a little more relaxing. Upon arrival Pammy knew who we were (helps to fill in the pre check in questionnaire they send) and Tanvina checked us in, both very professional and friendly. I received a complimentary upgrade, a lovely hand written card wishing me a happy birthday and a spa voucher! I was absolutely blown away with the welcome. An added lovely touch was that Tanvia took us up to our room, the room was beautiful, very bright, clean, modern and very comfortable. Tanvia showed us how to work the control panel and if there was anything else we needed. We wanted to catch a show and Pammy introduced us to Lee who helped us book wicked. Very easy process if you don’t know what you want to watch, just ask and I am sure they will help. We left and returned late and went to the desk, again they knew who we were and we got a lovely welcome. This time I asked Imran if we could have a later checkout as I wanted to take advantage of having no babies and maybe having a layin. He off course was happy to help and we got a later check out. Honestly the BEST stay we’ve ever had and we most definitely will return (even with my babies). Great value for money and just amazing from start to end. Thank you Como for making my birthday so special.

The hotel was excellent in every way. It was very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. Their service went above and beyond — even when I forgot my daughter’s teddy bear after checking out, they made sure it was delivered back to me. I truly appreciated their honesty and care. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and smooth experience.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The cleanliness, spaciousness, and brightness of the room exceeded my expectations. The staff were truly amazing, welcoming me warmly and providing top-notch service throughout my stay especially Mr.Jorge . I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable accommodation experience.

The location, service and staff was amazing. The whole process from check in to check out was pleasant and straight forward. Maryam at the front desk was very welcoming & helpful which made the experience a nice one from the second I walked in, she gave me an early check in, she allowed me to see the room before confirming it and was kind enough to upgrade me free of charge. When your journey starts in such a positive way, it makes the rest of the stay pleasant. I would surely come back and stay there again.

Everything went well until check out

At check out I was advised of an additional 10% service charge over and above the what I thought was the all inclusive taxes and charges I agreed on the booking.com site. As I was in a rush I did not question but thought this was a bit of bait and switch practice and should have been disclosed at time of booking. Did not leave a good taste on what was otherwise an excellent experience.

Staff and service were impeccable. Staff knew that we had already stayed at the hotel and we were given a bottle of wine delivered to our room as a welcome back gift.

Room was a little cold despite trying to increase the temperature in the room. But it was not unbearable.

Great location, friendly and professional staff (Fidel) and the spa services were fantastic. I loved that Nobu restaurant was accessible from the guest room elevators.

Check in was not as smooth as I would have preferred, however the front desk was very accommodating with storing luggage and arranging a room when the original one I booked was unavailable for certain reasons. The breakfast room is not that aesthetically pleasing, it feels slightly confined and not as luxurious as you might expect for COMO. However hotels in London are generally limited with space so it was to be expected somehow.
