We arrived earlier than the published checkin time but were able to leave our suitcases in the apartment while the cleaning was being finalised. Very appreciated after the flight to London. The transfer from the airport to the property was excellent and arrived via our booking. Good location, handy to shops and Earle’s Court tube station. Plenty of room for our group of 7. Towels were changed each day we were there.

There was no hot water on arrival or the next morning. This was fixed promptly once we reported it however, the hot water failed again and there was no hot water on the last day of our stay. Cold showers are not to everyone’s liking. System should be fixed for the next people as the property managers did call a plumber after we left.

Beautiful! And, precisely as the pictures suggested. Huge living room and dining room, four bedrooms and four baths, all sparkling clean. Furniture in excellent condition. Bathrooms with plenty of hot water. Clean. Really wonderful to have the entire family in one huge suite with full kitchen AND a clothes washer and dryer which allows everyone to travel light with only backpacks on a 2-week trip around England, France and Netherlands. Exceptionally professional team at reception, really cannot say enough about them. The neighborhood is wonderful, full of places to eat and a grocery store right across the street. Two of three dinners were enjoyed in the apartment. Will absolutely return.

OK the showers are a bit small but this is, after all, a converted historic residence and so one just has to roll with it. No air con and it was warm, but third floor opened windows and the staff providing plenty of fans - it was actually quite cool in the evening.

On the good side: I got upgraded to an apartment. Super comfortable beds. Wonderful shower. Super clean. The kitchen had almost everything you need to cook. Super hospitality and assistance by the caring Alberto. Elevator to the 5th floor. Very close to Earl's Court underground station which has easy access. If you get there early before check in which is at 4:00 p.m. you can sit in the waiting room or leave the luggage there. The place is secured and there is someone at the desk 24/7 which is awesome! Note that there is a 150 year old elevator to the 5th floor, so if you're on the 6th floor you have some stairs to climb, however, you can ask for assistance and they will be glad to assist you with luggage. As it being a very old elevator it is expected not to work smoothly all the time, but because it's the only elevator - they do everything to get it working again as soon as possible.

The downside: The kitchen had few things missing for cooking, such as aluminum foil, an oven glove, a proper knife for cutting vegetables and scissors. It would be nice to have them. I guess I could have asked for these supplies but didn't want to bother because I was there for only two nights and managed.

We stayed at a 130sqm apartment. Travelling with a group of 4 adults and 2 kids this was an excellent choice. Perfect location very close to Earls Court metro which gives easy access to all sights. But still away from noise and within walking distance to Holland Park which was the kids' favorite. Staff was welcoming and friendly, and was flexible accommodating our need to sign in early. Room was cleaned every day and all amenities were provided. Could definitely stay here again. We didn't need air conditioning so I'm not sure if there is one? If not, might get hot in the sunny summer days?

We loved the fact the beds were made and the rubbish was taken away every day. The apartment was spacious and perfect for our needs. The Temple Spa products were much appreciated too! Will on reception was absolutely fantastic too! He carried our bags and was exceptionally helpful with all our queries so thank you Will!

The sofas could have been comfier but I'm clutching at straws as really they were absolutely fine, we just pulled them round so we could both relax on one each but still be near each other :)

Very comfortable stay the staff is helpful and friendly with a 24h reception. The apartment was clean and spacious with everything we needed. There underground is very close with connections to 2 lines.

It was a little cold inside the apartment when we arrived and it needed a day or two to heat up to the temperature we wanted given that is a big apartment

I was here ten years ago and am happy to see that the hotel is even better than I remember. They recently renovated, and everything is new. The rooms are massive, which is a rarity in central London hotels. The staff is very kind; Alberto at the front desk was very kind and welcoming

Located in a very busy area so sometimes, it can get quite noisy. on the upside, you are pretty much close to everything

We loved this place! Huge rooms, a fantastic kitchen and the washer/dryer were invaluable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Great location, close to bars, pubs, food and trains/metro. We were in an apartment just off the main road and had no noise or disruption. It was walking distance to multiple transport options, although it is quite a drive from the tunnel train station.

The only thing is that the carpet could do with updating, but otherwise nothing!
