Good hotel location in South Kensington, tube station only a block away and on direct line to airport. Plenty of places to eat nearby. I was given a room by the garden and got to hear the birds every morning. Room was clean and comfortable, excellent bathroom, decent breakfast, attentive housekeeping. Staff is friendly and helpful! I’d stay here again.

London hotel rooms are really small so you won’t have a refrigerator. I recommend getting a room with balcony like I did, for a bit more space, it does make a difference.

We stayed at this accommodation for 3 nights. The room was very clean. We were welcomed in the room with a bottle of water, a few bags of instant coffee, a pack of coffee creamer, a few tea bags and some biscuits. We had clean towels every day. The breakfast was perfect, definitely above average. A wide selection of salami, cheese, fruit, vegetables and various drinks. Anamaria served us at breakfast and made our stay at this accommodation even more beautiful. The metro station is right opposite the hotel which made it much easier for us to move around the city.

Dated from outside and a little hard to get Ubers, maybe cause of the Time I was getting them. Confusing to find room. I had a ground floor room so I could hear outside noise but still ok

We loved that the hotel was London themed! The breakfast was delicious with good variety! Staff were very welcoming each time we arrived back or woke for breakfast in the morning! Our room was a good size and clean with everything that we needed! Sofa in a hotel room is a lovely touch so you don’t have to sit in bed all the time!

Only issue we had was our espresso machine only worked once, but I’m sure if we let the team know (which we didn’t) then it would have been resolved straight away!

Breakfast was really good, exceeded my expectation: fresh fruit, selection of cereals, marmalades and honey, vegan milk options. Even coffee from the coffee machine was enjoyable. We had room in the basement, but I didn't mind as we used the room for afternoon rest and overnights. I could open windows and have fresh air during night. Air-conditioning was functioning and cooled down the room. Bed comfortable. Bathroom was tiny, but clean and well functioning. Location super, with Circle/District line or Piccadilly line all important sites were easily accesible. Overall very satisfied!

Breakfast offered various options, including bread, croissants, fruits, and yoghurt. It was the best breakfast I've had in a long time! The beds were comfortable, especially after a long day of walking around. The bedroom design was very modern.

We believed the window could close properly, but it couldn't. Upon examining its installation, we discovered that the window was designed to remain open halfway. As a result, it let in a lot of cold air and caused high levels of noise pollution.

Great value for our trip. Rooms were clean and comfortable, perfect as a base for exploring London. Tremendous location across the street from three Underground lines made it so easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. Rooms are very small, no space to sit other than on bed. But that is as expected and we did not intend to use the rooms for other than sleeping anyway. Staff was very helpful with check-in, storing luggage, and anything else we needed. Thank you!

Lack of refrigerator meant we were limited in bringing back food. Supposed to be able to use app for door key, emails (back through Booking) did not work properly so we were limited to single room key.

Location of the property was excellent with only a few minutes walk to Gloucester Road tube station. Our room was small but very comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good value for money and replenished regularly so there was always plenty of choice.

The breakfast was sufficient. It was very pleasing that they made scrambled eggs. It was a nice and sufficient breakfast for the Turks.Hotel location was very good.There is a bus stop in front of it and it's 4-5 stops to the center.

The lack of a refrigerator in the rooms was a major shortcoming. We bought milk for the baby every day, but we had a hard time because there was no refrigerator.

I booked a balcony room for 4 nights, this aussie needs an outside area, even in the dead of a UK winter! Room was great balcony was great, but the stairs to room 105 were deadly and not for the faint hearted.

I didn't love the breakfast area, was tight so would take my coffee and croissant back up to the balcony before heading out for the day. The TV would not connect to my phone so I was unable to use my streaming apps here in the evenings.
