Position, staff really great, friendly couldn't do enough for you . T and coffee in dining area whenever wanted adm we could leave bags on last day then go back and have a coffee before leaving door our home train journey very good.

Room was a little dirty, there were half packet of biscuits and crisps packet behind cupboard on floor obviously fell down from previous stay and not cleaned around. Shower was a little grubby the screen looked like it needed a good clean. The light in the shower was out and had come away from the ceiling. We also had no new shower gel, soap or tea and coffee and we had 3 nights 3 mornings. Bed/ mattress I would say was old springs a little pokey and sank in the middle.

I stayed in Room 12 on 9th-10th June, Extremely pleased with my stay. Perfect location. Hotel very presentable and welcoming. During my stay I think I spoke with 3 members of staff and they were all friendly and chatty. The room was compact but perfect for the solo traveller. Comfortable bed and spacious toilet, bath and shower. Best stay I have had in a London hotel in a long time. Also a beautiful little lounge area upstairs and a welcoming breakfast room. Excellent tea and coffee facilities in the room and toiletries in the bathroom.

There was no remote for the TV but I did not want to watch TV anyway so I did not mention it to the staff.

It's location far from Oxford Street and other attraction but there are a lot of restaurants and super markets near it which is soo good a lot of bus stop and underground soo near .Bobby at the reception was so nice ,friendly and cooperative I didn't like the room reseved to me he kept showing me rooms and I chose the one I liked . thanks soo much .Not much variety for breakfast but it's okay .

Actually the road noise ,and being far from most attraction

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Especially the Estonian Receptionist and the Albanian staff member. Very welcoming and answered all of our questions and made the stay very personal. We wish we had got their names. The location was excellent and it was a short 5 minute walk to Earls Green tube station which allowed us to travel to almost anywhere in the capital. The breakfast was tasty and very prompt. I have no complaints

Lovely little hotel, great location and staff went out of their way to be helpful, brilliant shower lots of water pressure and piping hot, room was warm without being over hot and very comfortable. A few marks from luggage handling, but nothing I wouldn't expect in a popular hotel, you cant go round painting walls every day. breakfast was plentiful and could have had more if we wanted, all in all a great time and would definitely stay again.

Perhaps a little more complimentary shower gel / shampoo, but there was enough for what we needed, and I have no doubt if we had asked we could have had more.

The location of the hotel is great , well connected and well maintained as well. Hotel Staff were very nice and helpful , especially word of appreciation to Stacy for all the help.

I really hope that the Hotel could work a little more variety and options into the breakfast, it was very basic and having the same food for more than 2 days could be a pain.

The Staff was excellent! Very friendly, they went out of their way to help us! Thank you! The food was excellent! Beds were comfortable and clean. There were elevators! We needed those. Thanks!

The bathroom was a little small for me, mainly the shower cabinet. And the soaps and shampoo were small and barely enough, but we managed. The neighbors were too loud the last night, they were partying till 3 am.

This is a great value for money hotel, clean and in good location. Nice breakfast and a friendly all-female staff providing the 80s atmosphere complete with Boney M blasting in the breakfast area.

Clearly, this hotel needs refurbishing, but it is clean. The paper-thin walls and squeaky floors make you hear everything around. The hotel is located on a very busy road so the rooms facing the road would probably be very unpleasant.

I had a really great stay here! The location is perfect — just a few minutes’ walk from the metro, and there are tons of bars, cafes, and restaurants right around the corner. Everything was super clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I really appreciated how welcoming the atmosphere was. Highly recommend this place!

The staff was so friendly and welcoming, the room had everything I needed. I stayed for 12 nights and every day there was housekeeping! The location was great, close to Earl's Court tube station so getting there from airport was no hassle. I will stay here again on my next trip
