Very well located, it was very easy to access. The property is big so is perfect for a family. If you want to cook there is everything there and the kitchen is huge. We had two toilets and they were big, clean and almost like new. The location is perfect, close to lots of things, restaurants, there is a food court just beside the apartments.

The only thing is that the sofa looks dirty. Maybe a cover would help also because it can be washed.

Fantastic location. Well equipped apartment, with everything you need and beautiful decor. Very restful spot in the middle of the bustle outside.

There are steep stairs up, so if you're in apartment 3 or above be warned, there is a climb up!

Really wonderful location - close to Kensington High Street tube stop and many delicious restaurants and bakeries! Whole Foods across the street! Easy access to Hyde Park as well for lovely walks. When the windows are shut the sound proofing is great and the traffic/people are barely audible. While everything looked a little worn, it was all serviceable and made for a good base for a week long stay. Really excellent iron and ironing board for those who care! We were able to drop our bags when we arrived before the flat was clean, which was appreciated.

Not that the property can change this, but be aware all units require stairs and there is no lift. We ended up on the top floor which required 78 steps (yes, my mom counted ha) to access the flat. While there was a washing machine, there was no detergent left for us to use, which was a bummer because then we had to buy a large box for 2 loads. Comfort-wise, it was a little weird that one of the beds didn't have a comforter, instead they used a mattress topper inside a duvet, which didn't work well because it was too small for the bed and was way too warm for the summer months. No AC and only 1 small fan, which we made due with even though it was very warm in July. No hair dryer provided here.

Email with details of how to get in arrived in plenty of time and the instructions were very clear. The apartment is huge - much bigger than expected - and modern, nice to have a dishwasher etc. And the location was perfect for our needs, just 15 mins walk from the Royal Albert Hall.

The kitchen was a little lacking in equipment - lots of some things, like glasses, but no real serving utensils. We managed though. Mattresses weren't amazing but since the apartment we had was so quiet (high up and not overlooking the main road, just as requested) we all slept exceedingly well. Table lamps or side lights in the main room would have made the ambience feel a little more relaxing in the evening but again, this is a small thing.

The location was excellent with best restaurants in same street and lots of shopping options available. Most of the popular landmarks were in radius of around 2 miles

Apartment was at 3rd floor and we had many bags so it was really difficult to move our stuff and even not easy for us to go 3 floors

Very spacious apartment, very clean and everything worked and functioned properly. Communicating with host was easy and they were responsive. We had a quiet apartment on the first floor away from the bustle of the High street at the front.

The apartment had everything needed, in kitchen/living room, bathrooms and bedrooms. It could benefit from a bit of colour, or a picture or two on the walls to make it more welcoming. But this is a minor issue which could be easily addressed.

We were in an apartment on the first floor with windows facing the High Street. This is a busy street and noisy so my only negative comment is that you can clearly hear everything from the street with emergency vehicle sirens, car horns and people speaking loudly. If you are a light sleeper, you will struggle to sleep

Lovely modern, spacious, and clean apartment. Easy check in, washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. Good location near Hyde park, whole foods, m&s, and an underground station. You can hear the nearby church bells from here. I was upgraded to a two bedroom, there would be enough space for 6 people with chairs, and kitchen wear for each person. They give you plenty of useful items like laundry detergent, tea/coffee, and soap. Fast wifi, and excellent communication from the owners.

There are a lot of stairs to climb, which is difficult with luggage. The street outside is busy, so if you are taking a car you should get one from a side street.

It was ridiculously well priced for the location and quality, to the point we were wondering what was going on. Two min to high street Kensington tube station, light, bright, clean and (relatively) spacious comfy beds, good sound proofing, lots of natural light and nice view of high street and cathedral/church. And we were 2 min to walks in Kensington palace gardens in the other direction. And whole foods across the road sell pizza by the slice.

We think that they must be doing up the building, and that once it is finished, they will increase the prices. We had no construction noise, and all fixtures in the property were complete, but it might be worth checking before your stay?
