The room and bathroom were brilliant. The room had a good king size bed, equipped with all the things that could be needed for a guest staying at a 4 star hotel. The bar and restaurant was great, a good variety of drinks and bar food. Breakfast was good with plenty of variety to satisfy most pallettes. The team was friendly and welcoming, it added to a pleasant stay .
The front desk was busy and needed more staff on hand, especially at check in time, typically 3pm. The self check-in kiosks were difficult and problematic to use which added to the load at the front desk.

The room on the 6th floor had a great panoramic window. Laying in bed looking at the moon and waking up to sunshine was perfect. The bed was big and very comfortable. Good location for our agenda. The breakfast was great too with a wide selection of hot and cold, healthy and not so healthy (:-)) options Parking also available (albeit at a cost)
OK a little pricy but it is London

I always choose a hotel thoroughly, looking at many accommodation options and reading reviews carefully. The most important thing for me in a hotel is to have a clean and reasonably spacious room, secure parking, good breakfast, a convenient location, and a good price-quality ratio. My wife and I were very pleased with our choice of Clayton Hotel Chiswick. Our room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. We enjoyed the breakfast and the convenient secure underground car park. Getting into Сentral London was convenient as the Gunnersbury Underground Station (Richmond Branch District Line) was a 5-minute walk from the Hotel. The service at the Нotel was of a high standard. I would especially like to thank the Duty Manager Colvyn Crasto for his professionalism and caring attitude to customer issues. Thank you for a pleasant experience at the hotel!
We enjoyed everything about the hotel during our stay

Location-close to the ring road and the underground
Cobwebs on the fire sprinkler, rips in the net curtain and tired lampshades-spoils an otherwise luxurious and extremely comfortable room!

Excellent location for us as easy access to Gunnersbury Underground Station & Kew Gardens. Busy hotel as used by Heathrow travellers, but excellent staff coped with the many people. Our room was very good. Roomy. Large comfy bed. Very clean & quiet. OK shower. Breakfast choice was very good. Buffer style, but such good waiting on staff who you could order extras from. Special Thanks to Ohla who was a delightful person.
Reception service could be better. I paid on line to speed up check in, but still had to go to the desk. There was no welcome greeting or additional information given. Although I had paid in full, additional money was also taken, as pending, from my bank account. This had not been explained to me at check in. 48 hours after checking out, I still haven't received this back again.

The hotel is stylish and clean. The staff are very professional, polite, friendly, and helpful. My room was spacious, nicely arranged, and had all the essentials. Special thanks to the housekeeping manager for the hyperallergic pillows and mattress cover and the freshly prepared linen brought to my room by the housekeeping staff on a daily basis. I really appreciated the kind gesture because I have chronic asthma, and I am disabled. Generally, the calm atmosphere in the hotel, the gorgeous artwork, and the lovely spaces to relax and/or work was fantastic.
The view of the car park.

Lovely big room and the bed was very comfortable. Hotel is styled really nicely and everything was clean and tidy. Parking was good to have in a secure underground garage, although it was very full. We stayed specifically to go to a festival in Gunnersbury Park, which was very conveniently close. Kew is also not far - 30 mins walk.
There was a bit of a musty damp smell in the corridor of our floor, and the shower was a bit disappointing considering how nice the bathroom looked overall - small shower head and not that hot. Parking deal - would've liked to have a reserved space with details sent before arrival e.g. a number. Even though we bought this deal, it felt like there wouldn't have been any spaces left if we'd arrived any later.

The location was great as we were attending an event in Gunnersbury park. Which was a ten minute walk. And very close to some facilities eg pubs shops and Gunnersbury train station. The room was clean and had everything you would need
the carpet was being cleaned in the hallway which left a horrible smell that come into our room and the aircon wasn’t that strong in the room aswell as there being no windows. So for the duration of our trip we delt with bad smells. The room was clean with all of the facilities provided. I found the pillows to be quite hard and not very comfortable. And a day before arrival we were charged £118 which automatically came out of my bank account without us knowing. We asked when the money would be returned and the staff informed us that it would be put back in on checkout which did not happen. The hotel cost £309 for 2 nights which I find slightly overpriced. I understand there was an event taking Place nearby. However I would not pay thay much for a general night here

I was impressed with on-line check-in, but not so impressed that it didn't inform us that floor '9' was in another part so we wasted time going in a lift on the wrong side! The room was lovely and cool as soon as we entered which was much appreciated! Nice size room with full size single bed for our daughter, and some welcome bottles of water. Bathroom very nice too. Location wise, we were there for Smashing Pumpkins gig at Gunnersbury park and it was so close that I (I didn't go to gig) could hear some of it (if I opened the window). The tube station is so close (go left out of hotel and it's opposite the Co-op!) that we missed it the first time! We also had a walk around the area having never been and found it all very nice.
I think if doing on-line check-in it should advise if you are in a room that is not where the main lifts are! We were on floor 9 but totally confused once in the lift as there wasn't a 9! We then had to seek help, which rather defeats the point of on-line check-in! Duvet was far too heavy for this time of year, so it wasn't a comfortable night despite the aircon being great - the duvet was just too hot!!
