Location was perfect. Easily accessible. Comfortable bed. Bedroom layout was nice. Also wasn’t able to choose a preference of room on arrival which is a lovely touch. The downstairs bar area was classy and had a sophisticated touch to it.

Lack of parking. £85 for 4 days parking in the Red Carpark (Friday 2pm-Monday 12pm). This may be standard for London area but coming from Cornwall it was a bit of a shock. The bathroom design wasn’t ideal, when using the shower the water was able to run under the doors and flood the bathroom floor. Also wasn’t a fan on the step up to the bathroom especially in the middle of the night but soon got used to it.

We stayed here for the Carabo cup final, its location in relation to Wembley is fantastic. The reception, dining and bar area are modern and comfortable. The staff were excellent the bar, reception and in particular the security staff did an amazing job in managing two raucous sets of well served football fans with a calm and common sense approach. Check in and out was super fast (we used the pre check in). Would definitely stay again if visiting Wembley.

The room we were in was small and basic but clean and comfortable it was a twin room with two single beds with an extra sofa bed set up, its expensive for what you get but really you are paying for the location.

Basic but clean. Breakfast self service, Staff very helpful as were reception Staff but tried to help within the rules of employment.

Pillow on bed far to puffed up for my liking gave me a stiff neck. No telephone in room in case of needing it. No availible Taxi firm suggestion but given a card with Airport service but needed local services. Because of ongoing road works in the (area since January.) no information regarding buses for use into local station as both my Friend and I cannot walk any distance and she has a stick. I relise the price reflects its basic needs but at least a phone in case or emergency should be there. Not all visitors are totally able bodied and can walk for 20+ minutes comfortabley.

Location & price

Not enough coffee in the room & no I’m not going down to reception to ask for more when I’m on the 13th floor! Just be a bit more generous with coffee milk etc

Great room, extremely convenient for Wembley stadium (and arena). Clean, quiet, lovely staff and even the other guests were very polite. I'm a lactose-intolerant coeliac so feeding me is always hard when out of the house. We had complimentary buffet breakfast and my son and husband had the usual cooked items with juice and pastries. I was offered gluten-free baps, which were utterly delicious and could have bacon, beans, ham and fruit with them, so great for me, too.

Due to the location, this stay was extremely dear compared to usual Ibis prices, but completely understandable when you are staying so close to a major venue.

We were asked what floor would you like. My reply was 12 please. Went up in the lift and found our room. It was much bigger than the last time. It was great. Other people of all nationalities were on this floor were all friendly. We decided not to have breakfast but one evening we did have a supper. That was superb. The rest of the holiday was fabulous and yes we did have a view fro. our window which was lovely. We were close to a large shopping centre and prices were great. Thank you Ibis Wembley to all the staff for making our short break so enjoyable. We will be back soon.

Nothing.

Great location for Wembley stadium, clean on arrival bar and restaurant, very accommodating especially as we got there at 9.30am asked for early check in, Sent us straight up to the room. The room was okay, Breakfast was excellent. there was plenty of choice. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Smell of body sweat in the room,The carpet in the bedroom was very dirty and odd things stuck on the carpet, shelf only on one side of the bed that wasn't fixed very well and no shelf on the other side of the bed. So no where to put phone and bits and bobs.

Location.

I have stayed at many Ibis hotels even in other countries and the night before in Southampton where I had snacks and even dinner which was excellent. I ordered food here and it was a shocking surprise how the food differed to the previous experience and not in a good way. I have used Ibis Wembley many times and it seems to get worse every time I go there and it used to be a place I looked forward to. I have another stay there coming soon and I will certainly not be eating there again. The room was freezing as well and the heating did not work so I am glad it was just a one night stay.

Location was superb. 5 minute walk to get to Wembley Arena. 2 minutes to get to the shops and restaurants. Perfect location! Lots of places to eat and drink at. Staff super friendly and held our luggage for us free of charge. Was able to take bar drinks to the room too. Room was surprisingly big for London. All well kept and nicely decorated.

Only faults, shower leaked through the shower door and covered the whole bathroom floor. The TV didn’t have many channels that actually worked - but that’s nit picking! It was nothing of concern really.

I travelled to London to attend a concert with my son. We were located on the 11th floor. I am disabled and getting up to the 11th floor was very easy via a lift. The room was clean, comfortable and big enough for the 2 of us. The views from our windows were spectacular especially at night. The staff were welcoming and very helpful, upon check in we enquired about breakfast the next day as wasn't able to add this with the room type we had. We were told about the hotel bonus scheme which got us 20% off of our breakfasts. The breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from and it was hot, the coffee was just how I liked it too. We normally use another hotel chain but was unable to as was fully booked. We will definitely be using Ibis hotels in the future if they are available where we are going.

On this occasion there was nothing that we didn't like.
