Perfect location for Wembley Stadium! We stayed whilst visiting to see Dua Lipa and the hotel vibe was on point, card board cut out of her, tv screen and her music playing both before and after the concert. Such a nice touch! The bed was so comfortable and the breakfast was delicious, fresh and had plenty of choice. Would highly recommend.

If I had to pick anything it would be the steep price, but I understand why prices are inflated during events at Wembley. I’d rather pay slightly more than try and attempt public transport with another 90,000 people whilst with my young daughter.

Warm welcome on arrival, prompt service. Room clean and hotel within walking distance to OVO London Arena.

We noted the busy period in the dinning area and went down after this time. Tables not cleared, hot food not replenished staff no where to be seen. Eventually food replenished item by item. Collected my plate and placed the food upon it to find there was no cutlery! Found someone and said there are no knives and forks. The assistant walked off, stopped to talk to a colleague who had just come out of the kitchen then went to get the cutlery. The assistant came back with knives! I then had to ask for a fork. At least ten minutes to wait for cutlery, my food was now luke warm. Did I enjoy it, no.

The room was very clean and welcoming

I would not say I didn’t like this is a suggestion to the hotel In the bathroom as it was an accessibility room if I had been in a wheelchair or even some like me there was no where to put your towel or clothes except on the floor and as a wet room they would have got wet There was not a toilet sit lid so could not put them there Also as this was a twin room the bed with the panic button was the bed closest to the wall and if in a wheelchair I would have to got on the bed from the bottom and pulled myself up too pillows as there was not enough room to put a wheelchair beside it These are not complaints just suggestion to make small changes

Location was perfect. Easily accessible. Comfortable bed. Bedroom layout was nice. Also wasn’t able to choose a preference of room on arrival which is a lovely touch. The downstairs bar area was classy and had a sophisticated touch to it.

Lack of parking. £85 for 4 days parking in the Red Carpark (Friday 2pm-Monday 12pm). This may be standard for London area but coming from Cornwall it was a bit of a shock. The bathroom design wasn’t ideal, when using the shower the water was able to run under the doors and flood the bathroom floor. Also wasn’t a fan on the step up to the bathroom especially in the middle of the night but soon got used to it.

Room was comfortable and clean. Location for Wembley Arena was ideal. Staff were al friendly, helpful and polite. Foyer and bar area were very pleasant. I don't eat breakfast normally and haven't eaten breakfast in a hotel for over 40 years, however, I made an exception on this occasion and thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you.

Minor, but slightly irritating, issue was the bar service. Even accepting that the hotel was busy, the speed of service at the bar was disappointing. The staff did not really seem to be experienced bar staff. They are not helped by the lack of optics to dispense basic spirits, being forced in stead to pour them into 25ml measures by hand. Staff also seemed to be hindered by, or perhaps were not familiar with, the payment system. It seemed to take them an age to input the drinks purchased and then transfer the price to the card reader, even for just one or two drinks. I would really have liked a second pint of the excellent IPA, but the long queue and equally long wait just put me off.

The hotel is perfectly located for an overnight stay after attending an event at Wembley Arena. It is in easy walking distance of the venue and other local amenities. The room is clean, comfortable, and everything you need for a stress-free stay. The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. The bar was a lovely place to relax before and after the show. I would stay here again.

My only complaint is that there was a lot of noise early in the morning from doors slamming. I suspect that this was because my room was very close to the lifts and stairs. I expressed no preference regarding choice of room. Lesson learnt!

We stayed here for the Carabo cup final, its location in relation to Wembley is fantastic. The reception, dining and bar area are modern and comfortable. The staff were excellent the bar, reception and in particular the security staff did an amazing job in managing two raucous sets of well served football fans with a calm and common sense approach. Check in and out was super fast (we used the pre check in). Would definitely stay again if visiting Wembley.

The room we were in was small and basic but clean and comfortable it was a twin room with two single beds with an extra sofa bed set up, its expensive for what you get but really you are paying for the location.

Pillow on bed far to puffed up for my liking gave me a stiff neck. No telephone in room in case of needing it. No availible Taxi firm suggestion but given a card with Airport service but needed local services. Because of ongoing road works in the (area since January.) no information regarding buses for use into local station as both my Friend and I cannot walk any distance and she has a stick. I relise the price reflects its basic needs but at least a phone in case or emergency should be there. Not all visitors are totally able bodied and can walk for 20+ minutes comfortabley.

Close to Wembley - live music in the bar before the concert and music played in the bar after the concert. Quiet rooms on higher floors Good choices at breakfast

Get in the queue at the bar straight away after the concert if you want food ! We joined the huge queue after being directed there by security, got to the bar to be told the kitchen had closed ! I think staff should have made us aware what time the kitchen closed. I didn’t like only having the hotel info via a QR code. We didn’t use it as our phones flagged up it was insecure site.

Great room, extremely convenient for Wembley stadium (and arena). Clean, quiet, lovely staff and even the other guests were very polite. I'm a lactose-intolerant coeliac so feeding me is always hard when out of the house. We had complimentary buffet breakfast and my son and husband had the usual cooked items with juice and pastries. I was offered gluten-free baps, which were utterly delicious and could have bacon, beans, ham and fruit with them, so great for me, too.

Due to the location, this stay was extremely dear compared to usual Ibis prices, but completely understandable when you are staying so close to a major venue.
