Shower excellent, good lighting, coffee and tea in cupboard was a nice surprise in the morning, comfy bed with plenty of pillows, nice duvets, cosy layout very useful videos for opening door and finding property, close to Finsbury park subway, roughly 10 mins, quiet road generally.

Blind in lounge hook falls out of wall and couldn't open blind easily. Windows not possible to open but fans provided in both rooms. Shower gel would have been a really nice extra but soap provided in bathroom. Narrow spiral staircase to upper bedroom, ok for us but someone may find it difficult.. Loads of household rubbish at front of property making the place look unkempt. Be aware in upstairs bedroom, windows open but noise from aircraft from 6am and birds....that can't be helped but something to be aware of. Overall though, nothing spoiled the stay, very good location and tidy, clean property with very helpful and friendly check in service.

Location fantastic, on a beautiful residential street, a couple of minutes walk from the tube. Lidl supermarket around the corner and plenty of lovely places to eat a short walk away on Stroud Green Road. Room 2 was very clean and bright and although small had everything you need for a short stay.

The only criticisms I have are the lack of curtains or black out blinds which makes for a poor sleep. The street lights are bright and the sun shines in the room from very early morning. The sofa bed is like a brick so my daughter didn't sleep a wink between the brightness and the uncomfortable bed. Definitely not suitable for an adult to sleep on. Its a shame because otherwise I would give Finsbury Park Studios a 10/10. I would definitely come back if these issues were addressed.

Great stay. Nice and clean, very easy check in process and sent a video on how to access the property which was very useful. Two bedroom studio apartment with all the things you would need for a short stay. Cannot complain

The broadband did not work. It connected, but had no internet connection. Wasn’t an issue for me personally, but something to consider for future guests who may need a live connection for work perhaps. Also, no toiletries. Some hosts have the basics such as shower gels etc , but you will just need to take your own. Again, not an issue as I expect most people do anyway.

The room was lovely, simple clean and had everything you need! The bed was extremely comfortable, we had access to netflix which was brilliant and it entertained my children during the evening, I loved that you could adjust the heating settings to your own preferences. Location was brilliant close to the bus station,upper ground and underground. A bit park opposite so my children could play and burn off some of their energy before bedtime. They also provided shampoos and hand soaps beautiful touch. They also provided videos to gain access to the property and your room which was simple to follow and provided videos instructions of opening the sofa bed for my children (nice touch)

I was in the lower front room and there was no blind at the bathroom window which made me reluctant to turn the light on during the evening-night whilst using the toilet or shower. I could hear people coming and going though the night and early morning due to bagging the door behind them.

The experience was all that I needed and the apartment was fitted out with all the essentials, and was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom bright and clean. Communication with the host was immediate and efficient. The outdoor space behind the property was a bonus too (especially since the apples were in season - we scrumped a few!) and it was surprisingly peaceful and bright given its proximity to the links and shops of Finsbury Park. It was nice to be near the large Park as well. Nice lamp on the bedside which made for a nice ambience.

The quality of the fit out was good and nice, and new, although Ikea standard, which was adequate but not luxurious. Same with the kitchen and equipment there. Perfectly adequate for my needs but part of the ambience. Being part of a set of studios, I was occasionally aware of other movements of other guests in the neighbouring apartments, and of activities in the hallway. The bedroom blind doesn't completely cover the window so it feels like the pillow end of the bed would be visible from the garden, although that's not overlooked by anyone so this was not a problem.

Great space, very clean and with everything you need for a weeks holiday! The staff were fantastic and checkin/out were simple and efficient.

The bed was very hard, partially resolved with a mattress topper, and there was no fresh air as no secure windows to leave ajar. Being next to the front door was noisy as everyone slams the door coming in & out. The location is good but does feel a little unsafe walking from the tube as a solo female.

Nice room, with separate kitchen and bathroom. Close walking distance to public transport, shops, bars and restaurants. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay out of central London, but also wanting easy access to Central London. Buses and Tube station just minutes away.

Squeaky bed, advertised as having a washing machine in the kitchen, yet it was a shared machine in the hallway. Nothing to put us off though.

Apartment was newly refurbished so everything was new. Location was perfect, close to tube station and bus links. Lots of places to eat and drink a short walk away. Owners were very helpful.

Unfortunately the windows were only single glazed. We were on the ground floor and a group of guys stood outside our window chatting loudly for 2 hours in the late evening. With the apartment being newly refurbished there was a very strong paint odour in the room.

The least positive point was the noise that could be heard from other guests entering the studio next door, which could be an improvement in the acoustics of the place in the future.

Very clean and modern. Lovely decor and easy instructions to get in the studio. Great space with everything I could need. Location is very close to the tube, the park and the highstreet shops.

Bed was very hard and the windows could not be blacked out so room got light very quickly
