The standard of the room for the price paid ,, very good value for money

No refilling the water after the first night , when requested the room to be cleaned

It is really a newly renovated hotel.

It was 1-2 days not the best cleaning in the room.

Recently refurbished. Very good standard of room and amenities. A very short walk (90 seconds) to the High St with plenty of food options, as well as the tube. WiFi was surprisingly excellent.

Overall really liked it, but if I’m nitpicking the bathroom was a bit small and due to the proximity of the lift we found best it beeping every time someone used it.

Had a nice conversation with Peter. The hotel is only a few months old, so everything looked brand new. Location is very nice, just off the high street which has loads of good food options. Hotel was very clean and cleaned daily. Just a note for people who may be confused about reviews on Google - this hotel has just been renovated and so the older Google reviews (and older pictures) do not reflect it. I would definitely love to stay here again.

Great location, brand new, very cheap for hotels of equivalent style and location. We were very satisfied with our stay.

Only thing I would say is how it wasn't 100% complete from the refurbishment and there was some noise on a weekday morning we stayed but nothing too unpleasant. Plus I think it will be complete very soon, so I wouldn't steer away from booking for that reason

The hotel underwent a complete renovation this year, 2025. Any reviews prior to this are out of date. The property is clean and modern, a 5 minute walk to the Earl's Court tube station. We were just a short ride from everything London has to offer and a straight shot to Heathrow with no changes. It is a small property with no lobby, no breakfast, so relatively bare-bones, but the room was tastefully modernized.

I booked a family suite for my family of 4 and the room was really much too small for the 4 of us (2 late-teen boys). The photos online made this room appear larger than it was in real life. It might have worked better for 2 small children. In retrospect, I wish I had booked 2 rooms.

Fantastic location near train at Earl’s Court. Comfy beds We arrived early and our room was ready so we were able to check in early. Very much appreciated. Shower was great. Able to open doors to let fresh air in. Plenty of coffee/ tea provided. Staff very accommodating for all requests. Overall a great place to stay

The room was clean, particularly the bathroom but… We were there for 6 nights and the sheets weren’t changed. There was a wrapper under one of the beds that was missed in the vacuuming. The hair dryer in the draw is quite weird. Had to ask for bottles of water which were immediately supplied and then always replenished from them on. There is a lot of building going on next door and across the road which was a little noisy at times.

Recently renovated so the rooms are lovely and new. Great location to tube stops but on a quieter street. Air con! Big bonus! Front desk man was lovely and really helpful, even managed to get us a room that was ready ahead of check in time which was really great for us. Room was quiet and had everything which we needed

The only small small small detail was they have a great tech item that you can select if you want privacy, or if you'd like housekeeping to clean your room etc... but the wee touch pad blue lights were SO bright, we had to come up with a way to hang some clothing to cover it though the night. But this is just me being picky and in no way would this stop me rebooking this hotel again!

The room was spacious and beautifully designed. The underground (metro) is very close to the hotel, and brings to the city center and airport quickly.

Perfect location, beautifully appointed room. Loved all the mirrors and the modern bathroom. Loved the electronic wall panel for housekeeping and Do Not Disturb. Very comfortable bed. Perfect housekeeping. Great to have the mini fridge with two new bottles of water daily. Four wine glasses - exceptional. Love the electric kettle and coffee/tea supply. Nice little desk too. Just lovely all the way around.

Tight space to maneuver by sink area in bathroom, but that's standard in most London hotel rooms. Didn't like that the view out my window was basically a work/storage area, so I kept the curtains closed.
