Everything! This was my first hostel experience. I arrived with doubts and concerns. I read their previews, and tbh I don't understand some guests. This is not a 5-star hotel. This is a little hostel. Those things what are important, i.e., comfy and clean bed, clean bathroom, community areas. The previous previews pointed on those thing what doesn't belong to the hosts. All bad things are the fault of the guests ie: when you use the toilet, flash it or don't break anything what you use, because it can take time to replace it and maybe the next guest is making the judgement, what you damaged and not the fault the place where you stay! And finally the staff! A big special thanks to Misti, Maddi, Zac, Rob, Marcio and of course the rest of the staff. All of them are special! They are extremely friendly, they have brilliant customer service and problem solving skills. They give full support, and you feel like if you stay with a family. I am happy I knew them. But my stay was extremely good, here. Thank you, guys. My rate for you 20 out of the 10!!!

It was good. The beds were alright. Everything was put in place to refresh the room. It was quiet in terms of outside noise. It was located centrally in Greenwich and London. Staff were great, too. The young lady who checked me in and served me water during my stay was really nice and professional, we had a good laugh about tattoos; unfortunately, she never told me her name, but I hope she recognizes herself (she deserves a raise). Grumpy was funny. The guy who signed me out was really nice. The pub was great, too, with some events at night. I could work there too. Wi-Fi and other facilities are good. Excellent value for money.

Other residents were problematic at times. Noise, phone calls in the room, behaving a bit too friendly for strangers. That's none of the fault of the establishment, though.

the guys at the front desk were really friendly and nice. a bit too much I think. Both of them tried to hit on me, and were too insistant even tho I showed no interest. My key stopped working twice, I don't know if these two things related (made it stop working so I had to go to the front desk and talk to them) but, it was inconvenient and I felt umconfortable talking to them by the end of my stay. I also would recommend as a female solo traveler to avoid the common areas late at night. Saw dr*gged guys randomly walking around and one tried opening the door while I was in the bathroom. made me feel a bit insecure which has not happened before.

Overall, everything was fine. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and they handled everything quickly and efficiently. The room and common areas were clean and well maintained.

As the window could only be opened slightly, ventilation was insufficient to prevent a buildup of carbon dioxide at night, when the room was fully occupied and the outside temperature was high, resulting in little difference between indoor and outdoor temperatures and therefore poor air exchange. Also, the power outlet next to the bed was not working.

Read reviews and got to know the hostel before booking, and I got exactly what I expected and a touch more. I was very happy about my stay. The rooms and beds with curtains were good and staff, breakfast and bar area great. Especially the authenticity and friendliness of the staff made me write the "touch more" part. Definitely very good value for money.

The chill out room wasn't cozy or inviting, I didn't enjoy hanging around there. Some small touches to uplift the room a bit could make all the difference to make it more inviting. But I had a short stay anyways and I didn't even try to connect with others during this trip as a solo traveller, so it didn't really matter. A separate bathroom there was great and very convenient.

I was having a terrible day but that changed as soon as I set foot in the hostel. I was surprised to find that it was also a pub (even better, great atmosphere) Ambrose was doing both a reception & bar shift on his own but nonetheless was the main reason my bad day turned good. Thanks to his friendly chat & smile I felt most welcome and at ease. Ambrose deffo deserves to be recognised for all his hard work and personality. Great host , great place, best location (trainstation next door) will deffo come back!

Was confused to what the entrance was and the bedside lamp wasn't working. I didn't like that I only stayed 1 night. Met some great people and Greenwich is beautiful.

The staff were fantastic, the discount card at the bar was nice. I popped up to watch an event at o2 and the hostel was full of fans. In the end because of my own insecurities I didn't sleep in the room I ended up with 2 lads from the same room relaxing and socialising in "the chill room" in the basement watching TV until trains resumed. The bedding was clean I laid down for 3 hours before heading downstairs at 1.30am. The facilities where good can't fault them for the price whatsoever, the weather was bad outside and for the price you essentially are paying for the protection from the streets and weather and for that it gets 5 stars from me. I'm just a bit rubbish at sleeping in a room with others which I didn't know before I booked as this was new to me. The 129 bus btw takes you too and from the hostel to the o2 and back so it's a very good venue for gig goers.

The only thing I can fault is no soap in the "chill room" toilet in the basement otherwise no a single gripe from me

Comfortable beds, accommodative staff, respectful roommates, storage underneath bed, clean bathrooms, restaurant/bar on ground floor, great chill-out room open 24/7 in basement, awesome place overall!

Guests in my room snored a lot, but free earplugs at the desk helped! Facilities perfectly adequate but not exceptional. Storage unit didn't fit all of my things so I had to use a locker in the basement: this only took 1-pound coins or smaller, which the hostel couldn't provide me with any so every day I had to go on a wild goose chase throughout town to obtain £5 worth of coins every day.

It is the perfect location for a great price with friendly and helpful staff and good breakfast. Cool guests, a super vibrant music venue, and delicious hot food. The main areas are cleaned daily. Recommended for those who like the hostel vibe, want to meet interesting people and do not mind sharing facilities in a relaxing atmosphere.

Cleaning - not just the floors and bathrooms but doors, windows, walls, etc.- details matter. Airflow could be better. Opening windows and ventilating the entire place will be good. Attaching pocket shelves made from fabric to beds will be handy.
