The staff I spoke to were friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything we wanted (museums, parks, places to eat, train/boat links). The price for staying in the area was very reasonable. I would stay here again.

The room was very small. I asked for a family room (double bed with single sofa bed) for my son and I. It was fine for the 2 of us for a short stay, but it wouldn't have been suitable for us if there were 2 adults and a child in the room. However, as it was reasonably priced, I can accept that. The breakfast option was not suitable for us; we are happy with a small continental breakfast but only had the option to pay for a cooked one, so a bit overpriced for us.

I stayed her with my teenager to attend a concert at the O2. We arrived an hour early for check-in but the member of staff on the reception proceeded to book us in and allocate us a room straight away at no ectra fee which was a pleasant surprise. Our room was a family room with a double bed and a small pull out bed. It wasn't a large room but was sufficient for our one night stay. There was a table and chair in the room, tea & coffee facilities, and a corner for storage/hanging clothes. The bathroom was small but sufficient. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel so cannot comment on that. Well located for the O2 - there is a bus that takes you to the O2 for free. The journey to the O2 took about 40 minutes due to traffic, but returning after the concert it was much quicker. The hotel reception is open 24 hours and there is a small bar where you can get drinks and snacks. The reception staff were always plesant and friendly. I noticed on the way out you can borrow umbrellas for a small fee which I thought was a nice touch. Luckily we didn't need them. Greenwich itself is a really lovely area and we enjoyed a walk round the following morning. They were happy to store our bags and did not charge an extra fee for this. Cutty Sark is very close by. There are plenty of cafes, bars, restaurants and some very tempting desert places. We enjoyed a stroll around the markets (we found 2) and the view of the city from Greenwich park was worth the climb up the hill!

The room didn't have air con. It did however have a system that blew cold air into the room. The weekend we visited was warm (but not overly hot) and so the room temperature was pleasant for us and the cold air did work; but it may not be as pleasant during a heat wave.

The staff were friendly and professional. The location is great. The room and bathroom were fairly clean. The bed was cozy, a little too soft for my back but of course, that is subjective. The bedding was nice. A check out time of midday was welcome.

The reception area has a bland, homogeneous feel to it ... If Ryan Air did hotels, this is probably how their reception would look. Constant piped music, an awful overpowering air freshener scent hits you as you arrive, and over priced run of the mill snacks and drinks available at a small bar area. The floor in the room was filthy, this I found out by putting my feet on the bed after walking barefoot across the floor. The room was small for two guests, the twin beds were very narrow too. We had a view of a brick wall outside the window, not too terrible as we were only really sleeping there and we had a small dog with us, so I guess we got the 'cheap' room.

Staff on reception were friendly and professional. Room was easy to find and a decent size. Bed was comfortable. Location was convenient. Only a short walk to DLR stations (Greenwich or Cutty Sark). Many good places to eat nearby.

Was told at reception that if I gave my email address I could then access the Wi-Fi, but the email I received was just about signing up to be a member of the hotel chain and seemingly nothing to do with Wi-Fi, so I didn't end up using it. No USB sockets in room. No A/C in room. Bathroom furnishings could do with touch-ups in places (were a bit worn down). TV was a bit difficult to use and wasn't updated with correct time or TV guide.

A very nice room and comfortable bed. The location is superb - you could not be closer to the Cutty Sark if you tried and, if you like rivers, walking and music, taking the Thames path to the O2 Arena is just for you - the views of the Thames as you go are just great and you'll easily be at the arena in less than an hour. Overall, I would say this is a very good hotel and I would stay there again (having already stayed there twice).

The breakfast was perhaps a little disappointing but it gets the job done if convenience is what you're after.

The ease of access with the tube lines and the fact it was literally on the door of the marathon.

I was put in a wheelchair access room although I do not use a wheelchair. I booked this room back in June 2024 with a stay for end of April 2025 so was shocked not to be given the room I should have had. There was also a mistake as they initially said I hadn’t paid for breakfast when I did. I also added an extra night on at the end of my 2 nights but this seemed to add confusion and I had to get my room key re activated even though I stated this when I first checked in.

Hotel location good - close to shops, train and ferry. Comfortable room with effective air conditioning system that maintained a pleasant night-time temperature. Every member of staff we met was very friendly and helpful. Good Pan-Asian restaurant next door

Our 'credit card'-sized room key was very intermittent and tricky to use, however all the staff who tried for us had no problems! We should have asked for a replacement. Breakfasts (optional) were provided by the restaurant next door - felt that the selection was disappointingly 'ordinary' and expensive. On a future visit we would use nearby bakeries, which were amazing!

The room was quite small but warm and comfortable and the bathroom was clean with towels and soap provided. The location is very convenient for the shops and attractions of Greenwich - Greenwich Observatory, The Cutty Sark, the Maritime Museum and Greenwich Market. The TfL river boat pier is a short walk (5-10 minutes) from the hotel as is the DLR station. There are lovely walks in both directions along the Thames Path.

The access cards to the room kept failing and we had to return to reception each time we returned to the room. Reception staff were able to reset them. The lighting in the bathroom wasn’t bright enough.

Great location with good transport links. Perfect for exploring London or even an overnight stay if you are going to a concert at the O2. Helpful, professional and cheerful staff team. Comfy room. A little bonus was that I managed to connect my phone to the TV on this visit when I couldn't last time (yay!).

The mattress could perhaps do with being a bit thicker. I think it is perhaps a futon mattress and much firmer on a bed than I prefer (that's only my preference and other folks might not mind so much). I think the TV possibly needs resetting to get the time and channel guide to show any information. Could get channels but it was a mystery tour of what it might be until clicked on. Good fun guessing though 😉
