Firstly a massive shout to Ian who dealt with us upon arrival, he was so helpful and nothing was an issue, our wasn't ready when we popped up so he got us a round of drinks while wee waited. Chap like him is worth his weight in gold🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 All the staff were all super nice and helpful. Bar area was clean and lots of choices on bar menu, drinks etc Outside area was quaint and bustling with other patrons, but atmosphere was so relaxing, found it nice watching towards the road through the gate watching the world walk by. Room was absolutely lovely, loads of character from original building but with a modern feel with paint and fittings. Bed, always a three bears issue 🤣 For me it was very comfortable, firm but with a bit of give. Had a great nights sleep, no roll together in middle with the Mrs like you get in some establishments.

Nothing it was perfect

Exceptional place to stay, located in the heart of Greenwich, close to all the major attractions in the area. The rooms were very quiet, clean, stylish (just like in the pictures!), cozy and comfortable, with a great view. They were cleaned every day - every night we came back to empty trash cans, tidied beds, clean mugs and re-stocked Biscoff cookies ;) The staff were very helpful throughout our stay - I locked myself out of my room twice, by accident, and they helped resolve the issue right away. The beautiful, traditional pub downstairs was a huge plus, with great drinks (including mocktails!) and food (several vegan options available on the menu, which was important for us). We will be coming back in the future!

The hot towel rail did not work. When we turned the heat up in our rooms, the moisture from the air pooled on the inside of the windows, making a mess. The shower is not completely closed off - the shower door only covers about 2/3 of the shower area, which means you have to be extremely careful when showering to avoid water pooling on the floor outside. The avocado we got with our breakfast was probably taken from the freezer, with an odd texture and appearance - recommend to switch to fresh avocado for better taste.

We were able to checkin earlier and checkout later. The stuff was very helpful and kind. If there is no one at the receprion, there is someone in the pub, who can help. I needed to iron my clothes, and they took an iron into my room. There was heating on in October, which made the room warm and cosy. The pub downstails was fantastic, good choice of food and drinks. I would stay here again.

The wifi hotspot is overcomplicated: you need to create an account and a new password to start browsing. And each time you come back, you need login again. At the end we were using mobile internet.

We had such a wonderful stay, staff were warm and welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us! Check in was easy and stress free. Room was lovely, a nice size for the 2 of us and very clean, nicely decorated, bed was spacious, comfy and it wasn’t noisy considering location. TV was a great size and free WiFi was much appreciated. The food was also fantastic, and breakfast was fabulous and great value. A great location, close to the train station, without it being too noisy or too close, plenty of buses, bars, restaurants, things to do. Great for an event at the O2! Would 100% recommend and I look forward to visiting again! :)

Beds could’ve been a bit comfier/ softer and maybe bottled water in the rooms would be nice touch, along with dairy alternatives for tea/coffee and maybe herbal tea option?

The staff was super kind and welcoming. They let me in 2 hours before check-in time and even upgraded me for free from a double to a family room. Easy check-in/out process (could be done via an app, I did in person, but both were easy). I didn't use their breakfast service but it seemed honestly priced. Lovely location in the center of Greenwich with tons of restaurants and bakeries in the area. Easy convenience to the city airport (direct, free bus) and to the O2 venue (the purpose of my trip was a concert). Bathroom and bed were really clean, and the bed was also super comfortable. The room was quiet at night (facing the church and not the street), so I could sleep very well.

Not a fan of the carpet. It was stained here and there, which I think is unavoidable, but still unpleasant. The shower drain wasn't working super well. I wish there was a mini fridge in the room.

The hotel is set in a beautiful, historic building in Greenwich, full of classic English charm. It’s conveniently located with excellent access to central London - during our stay, the nearby DLR station was still open and fully operational, making travel simple and quick. Even if the station were to undergo works in the future, the area is very well-served by buses, so getting to the hotel remains easy. The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive, and our room was consistently spotless. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and even the soft carpets in the hallways felt almost luxurious - like walking on clouds;)). There’s also a lovely on-site pub that’s often lively and popular, adding to the charm of the place - yet we didn’t hear any noise from our room, which made the stay all the more peaceful.

There was nothing we didn’t like - everything about our stay was smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable.

I booked this for my sister and I and my 16 year old grandson so we could visit London with him. It was the perfect location to explore Greenwich. I’ve stayed here before and can’t fault the place. The staff are all amazing and nothing was too much trouble for them. From the manager to bar and breakfast staff but I have to give a special mention to Thea who was so kind on the phone when I explained a predicament about our arrival. She put my mind at ease and was such a gem on our check in and during our stay. A real service superstar! It was very quiet and comfortable. Our food was good too!

Nothing it’s a lovely place.

Great location, lovely staff, comfortable bed, great shower. Nice white bedding & towels. Tea, coffee & shower gel provided. Pub downstairs, easy walk to all the sights...cutty sark, observatory etc and not far from Greenwich station. Overall I would probably stay again, but skip the breakfast.

The place is a bit tired, paint peeling off the bathroom ceiling, wallpaper peeling off the bedroom wall, shower had a bit of leak. For the price we paid, which wasn't cheap, we expected it to be better. Breakfast was ok, but you can only help yourself to tea, coffee & juice. Everything else you have to order with the staff. If you decide to have the full English breakfast that's it.....it's either or, no option to also have some fruit or cereal.

The location is so convenient for getting to O2 Arena and central London. Easy to get to/from - no long walks from bus/tube stops. The rooms are a good size. The air con was amazing during the two very hot days we stayed! Everything is clean and well presented. The showers are lovely. There are plenty of towels. The food is so good - we only had breakfast but one day must try lunch too. This was our 2nd stay. It's definitely where we'll do all our stays in London in the future if there are available rooms. Can't praise them enough.

The stairs are very twisty and steep! But there's a lift so I didn't have to use the stairs.

Fantastic location – the train and metro are very close, with a variety of dining options just steps away. All the must-see attractions in Greenwich are within walking distance. The room was clean and cozy. We stayed in a family room, which was spacious and didn’t feel crowded. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were extremely polite and helpful.

Since we used the sofa as a bed for our son, we didn’t have any other place to sit (besides the bed) or space to store our belongings, as the room didn’t have a wardrobe. Breakfast was a bit unusual – it was either a pre-decided standard selection (yogurt, croissant, muffin, Kellogg’s, fruit, etc.) or an item from the brunch menu (mainly English breakfast and eggs on toast). While everything was tasty, we grew tired of the same options after three days (we’re not used to having beans and sausages for breakfast).
