The location is very good, close to the subway.as well as other means of public transport (the cable car and the Uber boat). Breakfasts were very good although the rush hour (9am) was less comfortable since there were queues but it might have been due to the holiday time when we stayed there. Housekeeping was the best!

Tbe hotel lacks a bit of better management. The breakfast staff could work a little faster or they are understaffed. There are faster ways to get tables clear and ready for the next guests. Also refilling was slow, however, nothing too serious. The elevators seemed not to be always working properly or there should be more. Two are not enough and waiting times were often a bit long. Nevertheless, it is not Holiday Inn to be blamed for it.

THE BREAKFAST IS ALWAYS GOOD IT WAS EXTREMELY BUSY DURING OUR STAY DUE TO BIG EVENT AT THE O2 AND TORVILLE AND DEAN'S TOUR, FOOTBALL AT WEMBLY AND IT BEING EASTER SCHOOL HOLIDAYS SO I THOUGHT THE STAFF DID BETTER THAN WELL UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES AND PRESSURE, AND WERE STILL SMILING AND MORE THAN HAPPY TO HELP WITH EVERYONES REQUESTS, AND WELL DONE TOO TO THE CHEF IN THE KITCHEN WHO NO-ONE COULD SEE BUT DID VERY WELL KEEPING UP WITH EVERTHING

INCONSIDERATE PEOPLE COMING IN LATE AND VERY NOISY PROBABLY DUE TO ALCOHOL, BUT THAT WASNT THE HOTELS FAULT JUST BAD MANNERED AND INCONSIDERATE PEOPLE STAYING

I had a really great experience staying at the Express London Greenwich. The location is perfect if you're planning to visit the O2 or explore the historic Greenwich area. The O2 is just a short walk away, which made attending an event there incredibly convenient. Plus, Greenwich itself is just down the road, offering beautiful parks, the Royal Observatory, and plenty of charming cafes and restaurants. The hotel itself was comfortable and modern, with everything I needed for a short stay. The room was clean and well-appointed, and the staff were friendly and welcoming, making check-in smooth and easy. If you're looking for a well-located, budget-friendly option with easy access to both the O2 and Greenwich, this hotel is a solid choice. I’d definitely stay here again!

It was very nice, clean and easily accessible in the lobby. Has a nice dining area. The lifts worked fine and the room was good. I liked the lighting. It was a good temperature and there was shampoo and hand wash and clean towels. Also had a kettle some cups and option for tea or coffee. The breakfast was really nice with lots of different options. The beds were comfy and big. It's also really close to the o2 about a 10 minute walk so was really good for concerts and events.

The air-conditioning was a little annoying but we turned it off. The windows were in need of a wash but other than that I had no problems.

We stayed here whilst visiting an event at the O2 arena (the Mamma. Mia party) . Just under 15 mins walk from hotel to O2 and North Greenwich tube/ bus station and 02 shops bars and restaurants. We were 2 females and walked back to hotel at 11pm along main well lit road and wide pavement, and felt safe. Hotel was excellent value for money. We paid just £79 for a room for 2 for 1 night which included a superb breakfast with lots of choice, cereals, fruit, cooked breakfast, croissants, toast etc All the staff were particularly friendly, warm and welcoming. The hotel was really clean, modern, and tidy. (I had expected perhaps a tired hotel for the price) . We slept well, with clean well kept bedroom and bathroom, with Dove soap and shower gel. Tea /coffee, kettle and iron in room. Hotel was well maintained . The location of hotel is surrounded by roads may put some people off but there was no noise disturbance due to the double glazing. Also excellent base if youre visiting London and don't want to pay the huge London hotel prices as good tube access.

Hotel is surrounded by busy roads so location doesn't look good but don't let that put you off. No local shops/eateries , however the 02 arena area is only ,just under 15 mins walk away and lots of things to see, do there with eateries and pubs. There was no traffic noise from bedroom due to the double glazing so we slept well.

The staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms clean , good choice of breakfast.

Unfortunately there were issues with the heating system ..we were offered a small heater....but we were fine .

Easy to get to, lovely view, comfy beds, you know what you are getting, very lovely and friendly staff, nice and healthy breakfast . Close to marathon start, the hotel was full of runners and they were very accommodating of our needs. 10 points to the staff!

Although I was on top floor and had nice sunset view of the river, it was a bit noisy with cars and also , being London Marathon weekend, quite busy corridors . Being an ‘express’ version, it doesn’t have a fridge in room, but staff kept our things labeled in their fridge by the bar.

Clean and comfortable

Breakfast was very disappointing, the staff there were working hard but there didn’t seem to be enough of them resulting in queues. Tables needed to be cleared and food needed topping up…… no teabags , no bacon , no soft fruit topping , this resulted in long queues of people waiting for the food to be topped up . Another problem that needs addressing is where you can get the tea and coffee there is no milk for the tea , this results in you having to try and squeeze back into the original queue to get some milk by the breakfast cereal. I will stress that the staff there were working as fast as the could and were very pleasant.

Firstly location is ideal for anyone visiting 02 , walking distance 20mins.. The staff went above and beyond , excellent staff …especially Alfie on reception very friendly and curtious.. I needed early breakfast due to Ramadan and was catered to (really made my stay brilliant) Any questions i had they made sure to address it making my stay even more pleasant Highly recommend place to stay My son had the breakfast and there was a good selection of food available There is plenty of safe parking space Thank you all at holiday inn express greenwich

The room was perfect and all staff we encountered were amazing and helpful from reception to breakfast. The young man at breakfast was obviously happy to be there and see customers which was instantly noticed. Bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was tidy and had everything we needed. High quality toiletries were very nice. The housekeeping team obviously do an amazing job. The breakfast was also really good. Having it included in the price of the room made a really good deal. We were staying to see a concert at the O2. the location of this hotel is perfect for that and we had no trouble finding it. Both check in and check out were very easy. Couldn't be much happier.

The only things are that we had to ask how breakfast worked rather than having it explained when we were greeted on arrival and only one of our two cards to unlock the door, use the lift and turn on the lights worked throughout the stay. Other than that everything was amazing.
