Modern clean hotel with a well appointed room and lovely shower room. The room was a nice temperature with the air con. Comfortable beds. Asked the woman on reception for sheets to replace the duvet. Also, they missed the fact that they had set the room for single occupancy but quickly came with extra towels and supplies and the requested sheets. Quiet considering it borders Biggin Hill aerodrome.

Breakfast not included. Just seems a thing that's crept in to so many places. We had lovely breakfasts with great options in 2 of our other stays in cheaper places.

The breakfast, both cooked or the the buffet was very good and with plenty of choice. The cooked breakfast was prepared to order and the buffet breakfast had a choice of cereals, rolls, croissants, fruit and even come meats so you would never be without something to eat of a morning.

I was very pleased with the hotel - more drawer space for clothes would be useful.

Right next door to JetEx where I parked our jet Bus stop is less than 200 yards from the hotel Restaurant upstairs was very good. Noticed that the locals ate there regularly. Rooms were immaculate, the hotel is very well insulated. Did not hear the airport runway traffic at all. Staff is very polite, friendly and attentive. Mattress and pillows were very comfortable. I stayed 5 days and will stay there again in October.

Location perfect for the main business of the trip at Biggin. Building and facilities couldn’t have been much better.

Dinner menu was over-priced and under-delivered across its dishes. 12.5% service charge added prior to bills was ‘cheeky’ to say the least. Being over-billed for breakfasts didn’t help. A mistake most likely but service and attention to detail need to be as sharp as lines and look of the building.

Breakfast was excellent. Room was clean and spacious.

The number of parking spaces seemed inadequate for a hotel of this size, however, we did manage to park both on arrival and upon our return later in the evening (but is was the last space), so perhaps it is ok? I prefer to be able to open a window for fresh air, but this is not possible, relying entirely on the air conditioning system. I don't think I would like to stay here if the air con was not working!

A very modern ,clean and welcoming hotel , conveniently situated right at Biggin Hill Airport. The staff were wonderful . The rooms are compact but well furnished and exceptionally clean. All in all a great place to stay.

Nothing really all good

The location with panoramic countryside views and one could view tfe aircraft taking off and landing.

The shaver socket in the bathroom did not appear to be working properly.

Breakfast was excellent. Shame the lounge view does not encompass the whole runway - get them to move it perhaps?? (Joke)

Room 001 suffers from the double thump of the closing door to the corridor. A soft closer would help but compromise your security slightly. If we had known, we would have changed room.

Modern and stylish. Staff very helpful especially with early check in and late check out.

Pillows weren’t the best and were only given 2 on the bed as standard. Bathroom was modern but poor water pressure at times.

Did not have breakfast but meal in restaurant was good We travelled with my son and his wife who picked the hotel which had ground floor rooms and handy. Disabled parking

Not there long enough to have an opinion Only overnight to attend wedding nearby and were up late next morning
