Staff were particularly helpful in accommodating my husband who has mobility issues. We were given an accessible room with a wet room which made our stay very much easier. On site restaurant was satisfactory. Disabled parking close to entrance.

On arrival we were asked to pay in advance for our 2 night stay and breakfast. After dining in the restaurant on our first evening we were unable to charge dinner to our room. Seemed a little odd, Eventually I had to authorise with a credit card at reception any future bar bills and restaurant bills. Perhaps there are guests who run off without paying!

We were upgraded so the room was excellent and exceeded our expectations. Big room lots of pillows, lovely shower and bath and good quality shampoo and soaps. Bath robe and slippers and a mini fridge in the room. Breakfast buffet has been upgraded too since our visit last year and has more vegan and vegetarian options. Restaurant and snack bar for things to eat. Lots of car parking space. Hospitality kindly helped us down with our suitcases. Excellent service with a smile.

Most of the rooms to the left of the building are difficult to get to being some distance from the reception area and involve mini stairs to get to the rooms; so with heavy suitcases it would be a problem. They are also a distance to the eating areas. The lift does not serve that side of the hotel.

My partner and I recently returned from yet another wonderful stay at Bromley Court Hotel. Having visited numerous times, it's safe to say this establishment has become a true local favourite for us. The staff are always so welcoming, and the overall atmosphere is incredibly inviting and relaxing. This time, we were fortunate enough to stay in Room 343, which has quickly become our new favourite. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and immaculately clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the local area. A highlight of this particular stay was indulging in their afternoon tea for the first time. It was an absolute delight! The selection of sandwiches was fresh and flavourful, and the pastries and cakes were simply divine. The scones, served warm with clotted cream and jam, were the perfect finishing touch. The whole experience was enhanced by the attentive service and the elegant ambiance of the tea room. It was a truly special treat that we'll definitely be repeating on future visits. One of the things we appreciate most about Bromley Court Hotel is its consistency. Every visit delivers the same high level of service and comfort, making it a reliable choice for a relaxing getaway. We always feel so at home here, and it's the perfect place to unwind and recharge. Whether you're a first-time visitor or a returning guest like us, I wholeheartedly recommend Bromley Court Hotel. It's a true gem in the heart of Bromley, offering a welcoming atmosphere, comfortable accommodations, exceptional service, and a delightful afternoon tea experience. We can't wait to return again soon!

There isn't anything we didn't like.

Our room was superb. Breakfast was borderline between ok and good, but noting that the hotel was catering for a huge number of guests due to at least 3 separate functions . Evening meal was superb. My aunt's 80th birthday private function was superbly managed - huge thanks to Andreas and his team. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the gardens are amazing. Most importantly, without exception, all staff members went above and beyond their remit to make us welcome and to make us feel valued. We just loved the work ethos of this hotel - we would definitely stay here again and we'd certainly recommend it to anyone visiting Bromley.

there was absolutely nothing that we did not enjoy about this hotel.

I was upgraded to a better room, which was really nice, including underfloor heating in the bathroom, which had a full bath. The bed area was on a raised platform, which made for an interesting feature. Ferrero rochers on the bed. I was also given a £5 voucher towards food or drink but as I didn't go to the restaurant, I didn't spend it. Nice gesture though.

The room was overheated. I am usually always cold. Despite the fact that I opened the window (it barely opens) and had to resort to putting the air con on cold (I don't like air con and it was November), I still couldn't sleep because of the heat in the room.

The friendly efficient staff. Comfortable bed. Clean. Nice decor. Beautiful garden.

Our full English breakfast from the buffet was overcooked. The scrambled egg and fried eggs were like rubber, the potatoes didn't taste nice, they seemed old. The bacon looked dry so I dug deep for a moist rashers and it was ok, but my husband didn't eat the bacon because he didn't like the look of it. The sausage and tomatoes was ok as were the baked beans. The croissants were very bready and tiny, I tasted a bit of my husband's and didn't bother to get one for myself.

We had a free upgrade to a suit which was lovely, when we spoke to staff everyone was lovely and welcoming. Our room was gorgeous and spacious the whole hotel was beautiful and the garden too despite the wind we had a lovely time and Bromley was a lovely town very close by. All in all very please with the hotel and would come back again!

The only small thing would be due to the Christmas parties sometimes we where waiting a while for bar staff or staff in general etc but this didn’t alter our opinion and was due to the time of year we came so completely understandable

This is a very comfortable hotel. Check-in offered a warm welcome while we were booked in by Alex and his colleague. Alex took us up to our room and demonstrated the keycard system. The room was emaculate and everything in place. House Keeping had done a first class job of getting the room ready. After settling in we went to the bar and ordered a light lunch. This arrived in around ten minutes. The presentation and quality of the food was very good. Breakfast was self-service and offered a wide range of choices. The cooked items were all of good quality. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a lovely garden and in the summer months I imagine it is delightful. The hotel is two miles from the town centre and within easy reach of London, with trains running to Victoria every 15 minutes.

There was nothing about this hotel that we didn't like. There is a health and wellbeing centre on site where a range of treatments are offered. The one lacking for this size hotel was a swimming pool and sauna, although the building's status may make this problematic in regard to planning permission.

The hotel is full of character. We were greeted warmly, and there was a courtesy phone call 10 minutes after checking in to see if our room was ok and if we needed anything. The bed was definitely one of the best I’ve ever stayed in and ensured a fantastic sleep. Lovely little touches like the toiletries from The White Company, and plenty of tea/coffee available. Breakfast was superb. They pay particular attention to guests with food allergies and have a fantastic variety of foods an available for them to enjoy. There’s plenty of parking available too.

The hotel was exceptional - we were lucky enough to be selected as their guest of the day which gave us a room upgrade to a garden suite plus a voucher for money off in the bar or restaurant. There is a good sized free car park - something that is important. Regardless of this the staff were all friendly and attentive from the check-in to the bar to the breakfast. As other people have commented nothing was too much trouble - and it seems that some of the recent comments have been addressed - the breakfast was very good with real tomatoes, plenty of choice of cereals and everything you needed and more. My only one comment (and minor) was that the plates used to put the cooked breakfast on were cold. Although the bar menu was not extensive the food we ordered was freshly cooked and delicious. The bedroom had a good shower, comfortable bed, a sofa (!) and tea/coffee making facilities. The hotel is clearly well liked - we went to a family event where other members of the family lived locally and they all remembered musical acts playing there! Well done to everyone at the hotel - we loved our stay.

Nothing comes to mind - just the cold plates to put breakfast on from the buffet!
