The hotel is a lovely building, the rooms are very clean and well-cleaned every day, and the breakfast is one of the best I’ve had in a hotel.

The water pressure from the shower was quite poor. The difference in height from the car park to the road caused damage to my front bumper - the road is so much lower than the car park that no matter how slowly I exited, the front of my car would scrape along the ground and damage the bumper. And the parking was awful - there were often spaces, but the actual state of the parking by other guests often left many spaces unusable. I have attached some photos - the parking was incredibly poor and the hotel should really police this better.

The staff throughout the hotel were consistently friendly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. In particular, the receptionist stood out for being both friendly and helpful, making the check-in and check-out processes smooth and pleasant, we were thoroughly impressed by the quality of the breakfast, which was excellent and set a positive tone for each day. Our room was cleaned to a high standard, contributing greatly to our comfort and overall satisfaction with our stay. This was our second visit to the hotel, as we have family in the area.

We were satisfied with all aspects of the hotel; however, there are numerous stairs throughout the property. This feature, nonetheless, contributes to the hotel's distinctive character and charm.

Hotel was very nice for an older hotel with history and beautiful gardens. The meals were good and staff friendly and helpful. Easy bus or walk to Bromley High street and shopping mall.

Twin Room was very small for a 5 night stay , bathroom very small and beds were very uncomfortable and worn out. The last leg of our 6 week trip we were ready to relax and wind down. We spoke to Reception about our room within 2 hours of arrival and were told that hotel was fully booked over the weekend, but we could look at another room the next day at checkout time. They said they would contact us. We were available all next day, but no one contacted us about another room. We just made do for the next 5 days and sat in the lounge areas rather than in our room as there was only one chair..

Everything was exceptional about my stay. The check in was seamless and they gave me a complimentary room upgrade, which was very nice. The room was excellent. Clean and comfortable, with all I needed and more. The restaurant was smart and the food was very tasty. The staff were very polite, pleasant and helpful. The gym area was ideal for me, as I was only there in the late evening and there was nobody else using it. Both treadmills were out of order, which was a shame, however I used the exercise bike instead. The buffet breakfast was also tasty. My stay was very good value for money, too. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay and I would definitely stay here again.

Both treadmills were out of order, but that is the only negative issue I had, and it was not even that big of a problem.

check in was quick nice staff and checked in early as requested . restaurant food was nice , although my husband wanted his steak well done but it wasn't quite there . very nice wait staff service was fairly quick . food was good .

room was fine but wondered if it had been looked at recently as there was only 1 coffee cup , and half a dead wasp on the bathroom floor which wasn't fresh ? also when i went too take a tissue there only 2 in the box.. Just a little more attention to details really small things . But our stay was good overall . its our 1st stay and would stay again if in the area.Staff were really good .

Our De-luxe room with a garden view was very tastefully decorated with a wonderful view of the beautiful garden which with its mature, surrounding trees produced a view of nothing but greenery. Not another building in sight made you believe you were in the heart of the countryside instead on the old south-east London border and now fully envelpped inside Greater London. The all included breakfast was excellent and we were grateful that the hot buffet was still available up until 10.00 a.m. "Clean" We could not fault this apart from one thing which is more 'maintenance' than 'cleaniing'. Just as you entered the room on the lower, left hand wall there were some marks which would be very quick and simple to remove or paint over. It is always these first impressions that can be so important and lasting no matter how small they may seem. A final "Thank You" to all the staff for their friendliness and efficient service and particularly to Julie, the long term receptionist, who delighted us with extra information she knew about the fascinating history of the hotel.

Helpful staff and when we had a problem with our TV we were moved to a new room, room we were first in was good bathroom was. A little small for someone 6ft 5in in size, was very disappointed with booking.com the rate charged by them was much higher that the rate directly with the hotel which is not right, I tried to make contact with Booking. Com but impossible to make contact with booking.com so I will not be using booking . Com again for booking my hotels because customer services were no where to be found to make enquiries

The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. In particular, the lady on duty when we checked in noted that we were exhausted and was really kind and very helpful with food suggestions. The hotel reception was large, bright, airy and welcoming, with many areas to sit and chill out. Lots of free parking was a real bonus The room was beautifully laid out and the bathroom was also exceptional. The staff were very responsive to requests and replaced our pillows very quickly when we asked. Everywhere was very clean

The pillows were way too soft. Even the firmest options were super soft for us. Sitting up in bed was impossible. It would have been great to have actual firm pillows, or more of them. The air-conditioning was poor, despite lots of help from the maintenance crew, it was impossible to cool the room below room temperature. It felt to us like rather than air-conditioning, what we had was actually just a heating option, . The shower was really difficult to use, required too much dexterity and orchestration to turn it on and get it to the right temperature.

Staff were particularly helpful in accommodating my husband who has mobility issues. We were given an accessible room with a wet room which made our stay very much easier. On site restaurant was satisfactory. Disabled parking close to entrance.

On arrival we were asked to pay in advance for our 2 night stay and breakfast. After dining in the restaurant on our first evening we were unable to charge dinner to our room. Seemed a little odd, Eventually I had to authorise with a credit card at reception any future bar bills and restaurant bills. Perhaps there are guests who run off without paying!

The reception staff at Bromley Court are some of the most helpful and kind people we have had when staying in hotels. Our room was newly refurbished, and although the air conditioning did not work, they did everything they could to make the temperature more comfortable. They even offered us upgraded rooms, which we declined as we preferred the twin, and the mobile fan served perfectly well. The gardens are beautiful. All in all, it was a very pleasant visit, and we will be back when visiting our son in Bromley.
