After reading some of the reviews, I was initially cautious about what to expect. However, the property exceeded all my expectations. I arrived after 9 p.m., and check-in was seamless. My room was inviting and comfortable, especially the bed, and I was delighted with the kitchen facilities. It was truly perfect, and I’m already looking forward to returning!

The room was clean, all equipment was available (microwave, washing machine, toaster, all basic kitchen equipment). Two towels per person were of good quality, clean and fluffy and bedsheets were clean. There were three windows but only one could be opened slightly, so in the morning four of us were missing a bit of fresh air. It was quiet place and you could sleep calmly during the night. The place is close to the tube station. There is excellent grocery store for fresh vegetables working until late. There is very good pizza and kebab place with excellent food. There are other small restaurants but we did not have time to try them.

Very comfy bed. Warm shower. Interesting local restaurants. Warm welcome. All I wanted and needed.

Only a small thing, sockets and switches in slightly strange positions but no big deal.

The accommodation was well located - 10 mins walk from Finsbury Park tube station, with a range of shops, cafés and restaurants nearby ("La Mia Cucina" was excellent). It was very clean, and with free instant cappuccino and bottled water provided. The staff were all very pleasant; I have read negative reviews of this place, but mainly from people who arrived in the middle of the night, expecting reception to be open (it isn't a 24 hour reception...), or from people who didn't bother to tell the staff when they would be arriving. You need an entry card for the main door and for your apartment, and you need to make arrangements to arrive at a reasonable time in order to collect this.

Soft mattresses, but some might like that.

Lovely room with very comfortable bed and a brilliant small kitchen with everything we needed, having a fridge and worktop space together with a separate sink was really useful. We could open the windows for fresh air which was great. It was less than 10 minutes walk from the nearest tube station at Finsbury Park. There was an M&S just opposite and a local supermarket just a few minutes away from the apartment.

This apartment was slightly further out than we would normally stay, but it was worth it to have the kitchen area and to be directly on the tube to several places we were visiting. Having the kitchen means a slightly smaller room overall but it wasn’t an issue for us.

Cozy place not very far from touristic places (30 min by underground or 45 min by bus) and in an area full of restaurants and supermarkets. The room had a small kitchen which was well equiped to have breakfast or dinner. The room was big enough and the bed was really comfortable. The lady in charge of the aparthotel was so kind giving us some detergent to use the washing machine

It's not cheap, like everything in London. The room was very clean when we arrived, but during our stay of 5 days there they didn't make the bed nor sweep the floor, only change the towels, they should reconsider it, mainly in stays of several days

The rooms were immaculate and very clean and spacious. My children loved their experience and the large tv meant they were happy to watch tv in bed and chill after much sightseeing. The shower was a great size and the kitchen was well stocked with amenities and it catered to all my needs as a busy single mother of three. And above all, felt extremely safe and secure. It is superbly located - a plethora of travel options (bus, taxi, underground) are all within walking distance giving you access to all of London in a matter of minutes. Would highly recommend and also will definitely use again for any future trips.

I wish we could've stayed for longer. Nothing bad to report at all.

We were staying for a family wedding and just needed somewhere to stay for the night. This was perfect!! It is in north London which was perfect for this occasion but some might find it a little way out of the centre of London. However, the Finsbury Park tube as 5 minutes walk away. It was quiet, comfortable, well equipped with everything you might needs. There was a Tesco across the road for teabags and milk. Most importantly, the staff were amazing!! They were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. They assisted us in arranging an upgrade on the day without any fuss. It was convenient, easy and exactly what we needed.

Nothing. It just might be a bit far out for some people. However, the transport links were excellent and it was perfect for north London!!

I was very positive surprised by this hotel - seen from the street it doesn't look like much and you don't think there is a hotel behind the doors, but when you open the doors you are very pleasantly surprised. SUCH a lovely apartment!
